healthy lifestyle. A healthy diet is one of the most important parts of it. As

the goal we pursue. From my point of view, in order to build healthy eating

habits, we should eat more vegetables and less fat and sugar. Vegetable is the

best source of s vitamin, because vegetables are rich in vitamins. Among them,

called music appreciation which I greatly enjoyed. This was not to learn how to

art form. We read the stories about the lives of many composers and the history

High school students have come into a sensitive stage, their bodies grow so

fast and their minds have to keep up with the change. The boys and girls start

to realize the gender difference, there will be some awkward moments between

them. The troubled adolescent annoys many teenagers, because they have problems

all the time. For the girls, they want to look as beautiful as the commercial

models, so they go on a diet and struggle with hunger. For the boys, they want

to be as cool as the heroes in the TV, so they pretend to care about nothing and

go against the school regulations. The troubles teenagers meet are very typical,

they can talk to their teachers or go to see the psychologist. They need to take

the right attitudes towards these problems, or they will go the wrong way.

"Yeah, right. It isn’t that easy." I protested.

all the junk, every situation is a choice. You choose how you react to

"The first thing that went through my mind was the well being of my

chose to live." "Weren’t you scared? Did you lose consciousness?" I asked.

Michael continued, "... the paramedics were great. They kept telling me I was

going to be fine. But when they wheeled me into the operation room and I saw the

expressions on the faces of the doctors and nurses, I got really scared. In

during rush hours, I can still move freely. Secondly, using a bicycle is good

for environment protection, because it wont emit any waste gas. Moreover,

bicycle riding is also a good sport. While riding a bicycle, I can exercise

myself, which is healthful to me.

In my free time, I often ride my bicycle to get around in the downtown area

or in the countryside, so as to relax myself. Its really a nice outdoor

activity for me, I think.

A library is a building for a collection or books, magazines, periodicals

and newspapers. The books are kept on the shelves in the stack room whereas the

magazines, journals, etc. in the reading rooms. Modern libraries also have xerox

rooms, and computer rooms.

If you want to borrow books, you can go to the loan desk, look over the

correct call numbers in the card catalog and ask the librarian to take then, out

for you. Or youre allowed to enter the stack room to rind books for yourself,

can also listen to language tapes and music tapes.
