Every day during rush hour, especially at noon, stalls selling everyday goods and food appear on the street, which makes it terriblycrowded. 建设管理小组，由学习委员带头课代表、组长为骨干，全面负责班级学习工作;开展学习竞赛活动;开展“学习结对，共同提高”的互帮互助学习活动。

4.加强师生对话

建立师生联系制度，以周记形式有话就说，实话实说;对学生进行一对一的学习和心理辅导，争取一个学期每个学生谈话两次以上;建立师生结对活动，让学生走近老师、了解老师、激发热爱老师的热情，让老师走近学生，指导学生竖立更远大的理想、提供更科学地学习的方法、养成更好地生活态度。

5.加强学生心理教育，促进健康成长

对心理严重的学生，给予更多的关心和指导;对全体学生进行心理上的辅导、教育，引导学生心理的健康发展。

6.配合学校德育部门做好以下德育工作

2月：①优秀学生颁奖典礼;

②发动学生为灾区人民踊跃捐款;

③班干部换届选举。

3月：①组织学生“学习雷锋，乐于奉献”活动;

②播放“感动中国”，培养学生正确的人生观和价值观。

4月：①迎接“广东省心理健康教育示范学校”的复评工作;

②全力以赴，筹备参加“2009年主题班会公开课”;

③中段考前复习考试方法、技巧及心理辅导;

④“五·一”劳动节的“艰苦奋斗教育”、“爱劳动教育”、“安全教育”。

5月：①以“责任”为主题进行强化纪律的教育，增强“尊纪、守纪”意识;

②准备家长会工作;

③开展“树立自信心，艰苦奋斗”的教育活动。

6月：①进行分班动员和指导;

②以高考为契机开展“激励与成功”主题班会。

7月：考前的学习、复习动员、守纪教育。
