I have read the book called Readaholic recently. I can know a lot through reading. I can learn some foreign culture and habitude . It is really interesting. Most of my classlates are interested in it.

A Little Princess is a touching novel written by Frances Hodgson Burnett—a famous novelist and dramatist. It obviously contains lots of fancied plots, but the parts it talks about creating miracles, can really reach the bottom of my heart. The book can bring me into a world that is more than reality while reading it. The extraordinary story makes me ponder a lot and gives me a deep impression that every girl can be a princess.

In my opinion, it is impossible for every rich girl to act like a well-behaved princess, but Sara, the heroine of the novel, did it! She was an imaginative little girl who had such intelligent small face and such perfect manners. Sara was a very nice girl who had a gentle, appreciative ways of saying, such as “If you please” “Thank you” which was very charming. So, not only her teachers and classmates liked her, but also her servants liked her. There was a time when Sara became a poor and pitiful servant insulted by the snobbish headmaster of the school. In spite of this, she had never complained to anyone about the horrible suffering she had endured. Sara was confident, brave, optimistic and kind-hearted just like before and she had never given up her enthusiasm of life. No matter when, Sara acted like a princess, and on account of this, she had accomplished a great deal of miracles over and over again.

After reading this outstanding book, I was shocked by Sara, a little girl who suffered such unimaginable pain and tortures, but still had an opposite attitude towards life. What impresses me most is that Sara put on her act of being a princess when she wore thin bottom shoes, wading in the street of London. From my point of view, her spirit of being so strong-minded when she was in hard times is worth admiring.

Truly, every girl is a princess coming into common life. The “princess” I mean is not a princess living in the palace and being regarded as the apple of everyone’s eye. As the matter of fact, the “princess” is at heart. I am in the belief that every ordinary girl in the world can be a princess. The way for a girl to be a princess is quite simple. Just suppose! You can suppose yourself to be a princess, and go about your business confidently without caring how the others would treat you. despite i’ve not in my childhood yet, i still prefer reading fairy-tale stories. the tales, which accompany with me in my old days, often make me think of some precious experience and sensation which only belong to children. this summer i’ve review this kind of tale, which was published in 1940. it’s the world-famous fairy-tale by the french author, antoine de st-exupery, the little prince.

as many other fairy-tales, the outline of the little prince is not very complex. “i”, the narrator of the story, is a pilot whose plane has something wrong and lands in the sahara. in this occasion, the pilot makes the acquaintance of the little prince, a little boy from another planet, the asteroid b612. the little prince has escaped from his tiny planet, because he has some quarrel with a rose, which grows on his planet. in that case he left his own planet and took an exploration at some neighbor asteroids.

Though Mariannes disregard for social conventions and willingness to consider the world well-lost for love may appeal to modern readers, it is Elinor whom Austen herself most evidently admired; a truly happy marriage, she shows us, exists only where sense and sensibility meet and mix in proper measure.

《老人与海》主要讲了一位名叫桑地亚哥的老渔翁一次特别的打鱼经过。在连续八十四天没有打到一条鱼后，但在第二天，他非常幸运地捕获到了一条巨大的大马林鱼。那条马林鱼是他平生捕到的最大的一条鱼，那条鱼比他的小船还要长2英尺呢!马林鱼的身体大，力气自然也大。它拖着老人和小船在海上漂流了两天两夜。老人在这两天两夜中经历(了)从来没有经历过的艰难考验。大马林鱼在大海上奋力挣扎，企图逃回大海。老人为了制服马林鱼，精疲力竭，皮开肉绽，但他并没有向大马林鱼屈服。他凭着顽强的意志，终于把大马林鱼扎死，拴在了船头。然而，幸运并没有出现，等待老人的是更大的考验。一群嗅着血腥味而来的大鲨鱼与已经皮开肉绽的老人展开了殊死博斗。最后老人的命虽然保住了，但鲨鱼们吃光了大马林鱼，老人拖回去的最终是一副光秃秃的骨架……

人生的道路是曲折坎坷的，遇到失败是再平常不过的事，我们应该时时刻刻拥有一颗坚强、不屈服的心来面对失败，成功就一定会向我们走来。

这个学期，老师叫我们每天读4篇课外阅读，不过多久，我们就把课外阅读，读完了。一共有7篇，每一篇都有我最喜欢的。

第1篇，我最喜欢的是《一日的春光》是冰心写的一篇脍炙人口的散文。该文写于1936年，在写作此文之前大约两个月左右的时间里，冰心或是生病，或是杂事缠身。这样的思绪，不免使作者渴望自然春天的到来，祖国春天的到来。然而苦苦等待春天，春天却迟迟不来，许多次春天刚一露面，就被寒风冷雨驱散；到处寻找春光，却发现春天早已远去。这种情况难免使作者痛苦。然而，春光好似有意，在作者九十日的等待之后，终于等来了春光的烂漫、骄奢、光艳与迷人的景象，使作者饱尝了“一日春光”带来的快乐、活泼、力量和生命。

第4篇我最喜欢的是《假如给我三天光明》，《假如给我三天光明》是的散文代表作，她以一个身残志坚的柔弱女子的视角，告诫身体健全的人们应珍惜生命，珍惜造物主赐予的一切。此外，本书中收录的《我的人生故事》是海伦·凯勒的本自传性作品，被誉为“世界文学史上无与伦比的杰作。

第5篇，我最最喜欢的是《爱心树》，爱心树》是世界绘本的经典作品之一，出版30年来，一直是绘本世界的著名典范，历久不衰，魅力惊人，销量超过600万册。这是一个由一棵有求必应的苹果树和一个贪求不厌的孩子，共同组成的温馨，又略带哀伤的动人故事。爱心树的英文，顾名思义便是牺牲奉献的意思，但它亦是一本述说友谊的书。树并未因为男孩的予取予求感到难过，即使后来只剩下残干的他，是那么凄凉孤寂，但当男孩回到他身边只求一个安静的歇脚处时，树竟是满欣喜乐将自己奉献给他，这样的喜悦比起男孩小时在树上刻的那些甜蜜文字，更令他感到真切舒心。天才的绘本艺术家希尔弗斯坦以简单俐落的线条和充满诗意又带有嘲讽幽默的文字，为各个年龄的读者创造了一则令人心醒动容的寓言——在施与受之间，也在爱与被爱之间。

其他的我就不一一介绍了。

This book is about the story--Bell Pavilion four (1) class of students, they adopted a variety of small animals in a zoo. Is a Taoist adoption "transfixed" OWL full of thoughts. Once camp, he discovered an OWL alive, came up with a daring idea-flying owls. He conspired with friends "rescue plan." They have overcome numerous difficulties, finally put the owls released into nature. These students pay particular care to animals, but I decided to let the animals return to nature. I want to learn their caring, protecting the environment, excellent qualities for nature lovers.

荒凉不堪，岩石嶙峋的边界之内，仿佛是囚禁地，是放逐的极限，因一叶障目而错失整片森林，岂不因小失大。是简爱教会了我，与她相约在故事中。

《简·爱》发表于一八四七年，带有自传性作品，摆脱了当时流行牧歌式的爱情描写，塑造了一个其貌不扬，但性格倔强，感情炽烈新型女性形象。

展现主人公简爱豆蔻年华时，没有父母陪伴，被寄养在富裕舅舅家，舅舅对她视如己出，可是好景不长，舅舅病逝，舅妈憎恶她，她被鄙弃，嘲弄，欺辱，不久被送到了一所慈善学校，她也受尽折磨，在克服种种阻力之后，简爱终于以平等的姿态与心灵相通的罗切斯特先生走在一起。

我赞赏简爱，勇敢自强，纯洁坦荡，自尊自爱，敢于抗争的女性形象，《简·爱》反映了一个平凡而伟大的灵魂，是如何与不公平现实进行抗争，不甘安于现状，不随遇而安。让读者真真切切感受到简爱那颗躁动炽热的心，那勇敢坚定的眸，永远闪烁对未来憧憬的光，对尊严捍卫的心，对爱与恨的明晰与坚定。“真正的幸福在于美好的精神世界和高尚的纯洁心灵。”

道路漫长，故事丰盛，若无人伴你颠沛流离，便以梦为马，随处而栖，所到之处遍地阳光。简爱执着追求着作为一个人平等地位，歌颂真正意义上的爱情，展示高尚而纯洁的心灵。

“你以为我会无足轻重的留在这里吗?你以为我是一架没有感情的机器人吗?你以为我贫穷，低微，不美，渺小，我就没有灵魂，没有心吗?你想错了，我和你一样多的灵魂，一样充实的心。”《简·爱》告诉我们人最美好的生活是人的尊严加上爱，是这样朴实无华的种子种，在黑暗的世界，造就美丽与坚强并进的心灵。这是一本平凡心灵坦诚的倾诉。

纵观全书，虽然对社会习俗的挑战与反抗是简爱性格的主导方面，但是，在她身上也存在着受宗教等束缚的一面，也正是这种性格的矛盾性与复杂性构成了简·爱这个真实、丰满的艺术形象化。

时代如一粒粉尘，落在个人的头上，就是一座山。在简爱的那个年代，简爱不安于现状，依然追求女性形象，她比我们想象的还要勇敢。在黑暗的夜晚，也会有璀璨的星河。

只能看到微小的缺陷，却对星球万丈光芒，视而不见。我们一个人拥有了自己的价值，便会成为一颗耀眼的明星，这一趟才值得。夜雨染成天水碧。有些人不需要姿态，也能成就一场惊鸿。是简爱教会了我，与其说是与她相约，在故事中不如说是体验人生价值。

Mr。 A Gan is a man who is short in intelligence but rich in mind! It is impossible for us to make the wildest guess at what achievements he could fulfill。 History does not recount whether a man regarded as ‘stupid’ can do so many amazing things， but the fact is that he does gains a great deal of unexpected fame and success。

The deep impression that the movie give me is that he just keep running all the time。 Mr。 A Gan， it seems， has run into the university， the White House and even the whole continent。 Sometimes I wonder if we all misunderstand the true meaning of smart and clever， for Mr。 A Gan has taught us a very different lesson。 From my point of view， kindness and simplicity is the cleverest wealth that God has given us。

But of the human beings， unpredictable Nature selected only Mr。 A Gan， one wonders also why Nature， with Mr。 A Gan， made it possible that people who was treated as a fool can surely make a difference。 Mr。 A Gan’s success is no accident。 There is no doubt that ordinary people like you and me can live a rich life by perseverance!

There are a varity of books for us to choose from,like history books,science books,literary books and so on.I like history books very much.First of all,reading books can widen my knowledge of customs,cultures and life styles of different places and countries.Seondly,I can make friends through reading more books.I can share my opinion with my new friends who like reading history books too.Finally,reading is the best way of pastime.

In a word,we can benefit a lot from reading.It is worth spending the time reading books.

I was read the book which called “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer”。 This story is about a clever boy called Tom Sawyer.

Tom is a naughty boy, he doesn’t like school and he doesn’t like work and he never wants to get up in the morning. But he like playing like swimming, fishing and having adventures with his friends. In this story he and his friend have a lot of adventures. These adventures can be dangerous. One night in the graveyard he and Huck see three men. Then Tom and his friends saw a murder. Joey killed the doctor and referred to Peter. Tom and his friends exposed Joey and caught him and became hero.

I think Tom is naughty but he is sympathetic and upright, he is brave he doesn’t afraid of Joey and full of his mind are wicked idea but he is clever and optimistic, he want his friend work for him, he make a lot of funny things.

This book let me know we need to “The road sees rough, gone to bat” to face difficult things we can’t shrink back and we need to fight with them. In the same time l know if only have a dream have pursuit and should try our best to do it , we can’t give up easily .

It just like in our study life we need to do our best. When we have problem we need to overcome it and get better scores.

老人圣地亚哥是一位老渔民，老人与海就讲述了他在连续八十四天都没有捕到一条鱼的情况下，终于独自一人钓上了一条大马林鱼，但这条鱼庞大的像一座山丘，所以将老渔民圣地亚哥的小渔船整整拖了几天几夜叉筋疲力尽，被老人杀死绑在了小船的一头。老人返航的时候却遇到了鲨鱼，他应用的抵抗鲨鱼的攻击。可最后回到港湾的时候，大鱼只剩下鱼头、鱼尾和一条脊骨。

这篇小说描写了老人在中亚紫霞仍保持着优雅的风度。作者这样写突出了老人威严冷静的性格特点，就像我们小学五年级的一篇课文《桥》中的老支书一样。面对鲨鱼的攻击，老人并没有吓呆了，而是沉着的应对鲨鱼疯狂的攻击才保住了自己的性命。如果老人并没有沉着的应对鲨鱼的攻击，那老人将会一无所有（宝货老人的生命）这篇小说主要告诉我名字一个人应用有的最宝贵的精神—人可以被毁灭，却不可以被打败。圣地亚哥也因此而成为了文学史上最着名的“硬汉”之一

所以在生活上我们要学习老渔民圣地亚哥的品格与精神，才能成为对住过有用的人。

Santiago, an old man about sixty years old, fished alone with nothing caught in eighty four days. No one would like to talk to him for his extremely bad luck except a boy who always came to help after the day and finally left to another boat under the pressure of his parents. Ignoring the contempt from the younger fishermen and sympathy from the older, on the morning of the 85th day, the old man started his fishing with determination and rowed his old boat very far in the sea where he believed there would be big fish. Fortunately the old man met with a big fish as he had wished and finally defeated the big Marlin with two days and nights struggle after overcoming great difficulties. But more unfortunately there were many sharks coming after his boat attracted by the smell of the blood of the big Marlin. After death-and-life struggle, when he finally got rid of the sharks coming after the boat, the big Marlin was bare skeleton.

The Old Man and the Sea tells a frustrated experience of the old man who fishes alone in the sea in plain languages. Through the simple lines, a “tough guy” image is shaped and heroism is praised. The whole story starts with a peaceful beginning which is some trivial of life and talking with the boy, and suddenly turns to its climax which is the dangerous fighting with the big fish and sharks alone in the sea, and ends with the old man’s return with the bare skeleton of the big Marlin. Though the boy only appears at the beginning and the ending in the novel, he plays an indispensible role, it is his inspiring and supporting that helps the old man to be “graceful under heavy pressure”.

In the book, the old man prepared his fishing properly and preciously than any other fishermen so that “Then when luck comes you are ready” as the old man thought to himself. In reality, some of us keep complaining that they are born in wrong time or good luck never knocks their doors. In fact, good luck sometimes just comes when they are not ready. Taking Newton for example, if he had not acquired a lot, millions of apples could never make him discovery the gravity. So if we just keep studying as much as we can, good luck will finally find us and a bright future is ahead of us. The old man never gives up hope. When all of people think he is doomed, he still strongly believes that he will get a big fish. And he does. So never giving up hope is very important to us. This reminded me of the sentence in Churchill’s speech “Never give up, never, never, never…”. “But man is not made for defeat. A man can be destroyed but not defeated” has always been inspiring me when I counter with some setbacks in my life. Setbacks are inevitable in pursuit of our goals, but we should never be frustrated and should be “graceful under heavy pressure” like the old man. It is his relentless pursuit that contributes to the victory.
