The writer made the story from the child’s view.Actually,what the prince said is what the writer wanted to said.The theme of the story is to criticize the human beings’ drawbacks.As a alien, the little prince could see the human beings’ disadvantages clearly. In my opinion ,The Little Prince is more than a funny book written for the children.It is a kind of profound reflection of humans.Everyone finishing reading the book can form his thought in his mind. 《骆驼祥子》以黑暗统治下的北平社会为背景，讲述了人力车夫祥子颠簸坎坷的生活遭遇。读完这部辛酸悲剧，我深深地被小说所影响。

祥子在北平城拉车谋生，他埋头苦干熬了三年，三年的努力兑换了一辆梦寐以求的车。拥有属于自己的车，未来似乎充满了希望，祥子感觉一切苦难都是从前的，日后的日子将越来越好。祥子就这样幻想，憧憬，可谁又能预料茫茫漫长的未来会怎样?

在这兵荒马乱的年代，他一样全力以赴地追逐他的梦想，为了拉近理想与现实的距离，他把握住每一个机会，竟冒险把车拉到清华。结果，他断送了自己的车，使三年的努力化为乌有。虽然理想和现实充满了矛盾，不能调和，但此时的祥子还没有被黑暗的力量扭曲，吞噬。

而后因为孙侦探，他的梦想再一次烟消云散。直到第三次的准备，他再次买上了车，然而不久之后虎妞因难产而死，祥子逼迫卖掉车为虎妞办丧事。“三起三落”的买车挫折，使祥子的生活看似再也没有了希望。此时，小福子的出现却重燃了祥子对生活的信心。可惜故事到最后，因生活所逼，小福子沦为娼妓，吊死在树上。经过一系列的挫折，祥子的所有信念彻底成了泡影。他已经累了，或许觉得再如何努力亦是徒劳无功，便不再奋斗，让命运主宰自己，慢慢地堕落，终究被残酷的社会所打败了，而他的梦想、信念也不了了之。

写到这里，我想起了奥斯特洛夫斯基的小说——《钢铁是怎样炼成的》，读了它，我对人生有了不同的理解与想法，对生命的价值也有了新的诠释，同时亦被保尔那顽强坚韧的意志深深地感染了。

保尔和祥子有非常多相像的地方，他们都经历过来自各方面艰巨的考验。可惜的是，同样的起点，同样的经过，却是不同的结局。保尔最后成为一个生活的强者，炼成一名钢铁战士，创造奇迹;祥子却不敌命运的蹂躏，没有好下场。

在黑暗社会中，人类的力量是渺小的，既然无法改变世界，那么就改变自己。日子还那么长，人类必须学会坚强。哪怕阴霾几乎笼罩了整个天空，哪怕你只是黑暗中的一只荧火虫。荧火虫的光虽然微弱，但亮便是向黑暗挑战。不管在什么时候，只要有希望，只要心还在，一切都有可能，上帝把心给我们，是希望它把我们带向光明。

每一个决定我们都可以想非常久，一但选择好就无论如何也得走下去。我知道我不能在乎一时的伤害，回想起自己一路走来的不易，不会甘心就此放弃。在挫折面前，人若软弱就是自己最大的敌人，真正的对手其实是自己。应对挫折的过程，其实正正是成长的过程。

读完《骆驼祥子》，我受益匪浅。风浪不可怕，受伤不可怕，只要希望还在，信念还在，我依然坚信，命运是由自己主宰的!

今天，我学习了一篇课文，叫《一夜的工作》，我的感受很深。

本文通过记叙作者陪同周总理审阅一篇稿子时，目睹了周总理一夜工作的情形，歌颂了周总理忘我的工作精神和简朴的生活作风，抒发了作者对周总理无限崇敬，爱戴的思想感情。

还记得有一次，我在上学的路上，猛然看见路口拐弯处一位老人跌倒在地，旁边还有一只菜篮子。我正想上前扶老奶奶，谁知身旁一位同路的“红领巾“一溜小跑，抢在我前面扶起了老奶奶：”，您摔伤了吗？要不要紧？“老奶奶摇摇头。小男孩扶起了老奶奶坐在路边石凳上，又弯腰拎起篮子：”这样吧，您住在哪儿？我送您。“望着男孩诚恳的面容，老奶奶点了点头。小男孩搀着老奶奶朝我身后的路慢慢走去。咦，那不是折回去的路吗？他上学准会迟到的。我暗自想着，多好的男孩呐！瞧模样，不过八九岁吧。望着小男孩远走的背影，我仿佛看见他那颗金子般的心。

《笑着离开惠普》这本书中，很多地方作者不惜花较多篇幅去说明一点 – 惠普公司的以人为本的精髓及公司文化，甚至有时不惜以牺牲暂时经济利益为代价!在这一点上，是绝大多数其它在中国大陆的公司所不及的。

在这里讲讲台资公司(本人曾在一台资企业持续工作6年)：事实上如今在中国大陆的台资公司，很多都取得了不俗的战绩，最典型的要算鸿海了，短短十几年在大陆的发展，就从当初的一般规模做到如今的EMS全球最大!超过了旭电(Solectron)和伟创力(Flextronics)。台资公司之所以有如此迅猛的发展，事实上她们也是有非常完善的机制作为公司的运营环境，而且是不断地改进提升。但是就以人为本的宗旨上来讲，台资企业则显得有点打着旗号的味道了。

台资企业以军事化管理著称，以抓执行力为主，以低成本, 高品质，大规模为竞争力，因此相对来讲，对“人”就不那么看重了。在台资企业里，尤其是台资工厂(当然一般在大陆的台资企业都是工厂)，劳动力廉价是蛮明显的，作业员的基本工资有时低到每月就五六百块左右，其它就得靠加班了，然而超长的加班时间(不夸张地讲，加班180小时/月在台资厂里绝不会是什么新闻，也许现在有所改善)再加上低廉的加班费，确实使很多的作业员难以忍受。

以上只是谈工作强度的问题。事实上，在对员工的尊重上，甚至有更多的和“以人为本”相悖的。比如，早期在台资工厂，保安见到台湾干部要敬礼，同时大声喊：长官好!然后大陆干部却进出厂时要检查(甚至要被搜查行李)，还有这样不准，那样不允许，当然有些是为了员工考虑而设立，但其中蛮多是不合理，更不用说以人为本。同样在工作中，老板斥责下属更是习以为常，当然同时会冠以“下属不力，老板之过”。在处理上下属关系中，比较偏向像日本一样，绝对服从。也许是因为曾沦为日本殖民地长达五十年之久之故吧。不过近些年来，已有较大改善。

《西游记》是吴承恩的作品，书中剧情惊险，让人家哦叫好不绝，主要讲了：在花果山上，有一座灵石，吸收了天地之精华，有一天破石而出，四处拜师求艺，名叫孙悟空。学得本领，取得装备后，大闹天宫，最终被如来的五指山压住500年，被命随唐僧西去取得真经。一路上，孙悟空对师傅忠心耿耿，对妖怪毫不留情，在路上斩妖除魔，收服了两个伙伴——猪八戒和沙和尚，三人团结友爱，齐心保护师傅西去取经。最终，师徒四人经历九九八十一难后到达西方，取得了真经。

在《西游记》里，最让人敬佩的便是那神通广大的孙悟空了，因为他机智勇敢、不怕困难、勇往直前、嫉恶如仇、永不放弃，他还浑身正气，让我明白了：在生活中，不要被那些困难所欺骗，要坚持不懈，克服困难;也不要被某些美好事物所蒙蔽双眼，要经得起考验，识破骗局;还要勇往直前，朝自己的目标努力，只有这样才不会被骗，只有这样才能够获取成功，否则自己就会离成功擦肩而过。

就像再踢足球，我们的对手很强大，我们都是初入茅庐的新手，但是我们并没有被这只巨大的拦路虎吓倒，我们队都十分团结，咬咬牙，把这场实力悬殊的足球赛踢了下去，坚持到了最后，把分数努力拉进，虽然我们最后输了，但是我们都坚持了下来，都当了一次不怕困难的“孙悟空”。
