吾辈青年应高扬起“实干之风”，“道不可坐论，德不可空淡”。鼓励青年们应积极投入到社会主义现代化建设之中。蛟龙入海，量子升空，这都是实干的成就，是无数中华儿女的汗水的结晶，而酒泉卫星发射基地的首位“女一号”从进入这个行业便以在大屏幕下喊“一二三”为目标，她并不是只是空谈，而是从每一个基层岗位做起，做遍了每一个部门，最终成为了这历史的第一人，吾辈青年也要拥有理想，要不忘初心，脚踏实地，以“宁违千夫之家诺诺，也作“一士之谔谔”来鞭自己，扬起实干之风，筑就美丽华夏。

吾辈青年应高扬“奉献之风”!古往今来，无数人为中华之繁荣而牺牲而奋斗。回望过住，霍去病“匈奴未灭,无以家为也”震动天地;王安石“天变不足畏，祖宗不足法，人言不足恤”，只为一个繁盛的王朝;鲁迅“寄意寒星荃不察，我以我血荐轩辕”，以笔为刀，启蒙国人。如今，屠呦呦用毕生研究青蒿素，黄大年用心血填补了我国医部探测学空白，南仁钟奋战于西南山区，只为“天眼”建立。吾辈青年在改革开放的大潮下，也应以自己的书生意气，挥斥方遒，为中国梦出一份力，吾辈青年当扬“奉献”之风，以筑美丽华夏。

吾辈青年应高扬“自强之风”!志之所趋，虽远弗届，穷山距海，不能限也。改革总会遭遇挫折，但我们也要像泰戈尔那样“世界以痛吻我，我却报之以歌”!自强不息，我们要在改革开放的洪流里保持自我，要坚定自己的意志，即使遭遇失败，也要相信“能秋微者速成”。吾辈青年当扬起自强之风，以筑美丽华夏，助力改革开放。

古语云：古之立大事者，不惟有超世之才，亦必有坚韧不拔之志，吾辈青年应担当起时代之责任，扬“实干、奉献、自强”之风华，坚信“眼底有光，心中有梦，未来可期”!抗起改革开放之大旗，筑就美丽华夏!

昨天，妈妈生病了。

昨天中午，妈妈睡醒了，忽然觉得头晕恶心，非常难受。我赶紧问：“妈妈，你怎么了？”妈妈不说话。我看着妈妈难受的样子心里也很难受，我一句话也不说，赶紧去给妈妈倒了杯热水， 妈妈喝了这杯热水，觉得好多了。

我和爸爸扶着妈妈去对面的湖滨区医院，医生给妈妈量量血压，说：“你去黄河医院拍个片子，在输点液体。”我又和爸爸扶着妈妈去到黄河医院拍片子，拍完片子又去输液。后来爷爷奶奶来 了，我就和爸爸回家吃饭。吃完饭，我对爸爸说：“给妈妈带点稀饭吧。”爸爸说，让妈妈输完液回来吃吧。我们又到医院时，妈妈正好输好了，我们就扶着妈妈回家了。

医生说，妈妈是因为太累了，有点供血不足，我希望妈妈健健康康不要在生病了。我也要好好学习，不让妈妈太操心了。

Graduation and Moving on

Graduation is a time when we move on, from school to university, or out

into the real world.

Before graduating from school, We usually have a variety of activities,

like taking pictures, leaving encouraging words to one another in memory of our

friendship, or giving presents to our teachers express our thanks and show

respect.

However, I have mixed emotions about moving on.I want to stay and have more

fun with my friends, but I will have to move on.Graduation means taking a step

forward---moving onward and upward.Thus I can learn more and will be more

skilled and experienced.

Graduation is coming whether we are ready or not.Lets make great efforts

so that our dream will come true.

今天，妈妈生病了。妈妈对我说：“宝贝，你已经8岁了，妈妈病了，今天让你：‘当家’，你要学会照顾妈妈啊！”我对妈妈说：“好啊！妈妈你放心休息吧。”妈妈说：“先打扫卫生，再洗碗，然后去超市帮妈妈买一些东西。”

我听完妈妈的话，立即拿起扫帚扫地。扫了一会，我看到地上还有一些灰尘，于是用力扫，可还是扫不干净。我于是焦急地问妈妈：“妈妈，怎么扫也扫不干净，怎么办啊？”妈妈笑了笑，对我说：“宝贝，你先随便扫扫，然后用拖把拖一下干净啦！”我于是照妈妈的说法去做，果然地板被拖得很干净。我扭头朝躺在床上休息的妈妈说：“地板干净啦！”妈妈笑了。我继续打扫房间，忽然感觉手有些痛，我低头一看，原来是手破了皮。我走到妈妈跟前说：“妈妈，我手破皮了。”妈妈拿起我的手，瞧了瞧，心痛地说：“哦，宝贝，这肯定是你扫地太用力，擦破皮了，算了，不扫了，快！去取一点药膏涂一下。”我看到妈妈心痛的眼神，急忙向妈妈撒了个谎：“不是的，这是昨天我自己不小心弄伤的，没关系，我继续打扫。”说完继续帮妈妈打扫卫生，直到把地板全部打扫得干干净净。

要洗碗了，我拿起碗，扭开水龙头，用抹布抹碗，可怎么也洗不干净。我大声问妈妈：“妈妈，怎么碗洗不干净呢？”妈妈在房间里大声朝我说：“你用洗洁精洗洗干净了。”“哦。”我听了妈妈的话，急忙拿起洗洁精倒出几滴洗了一下，碗果然被洗得干干净净。我高兴地大喊：“妈妈，碗洗干净了！”

我拿着妈妈给的钱到超市买东西。到了超市，我按照妈妈说的走到日用品架子前，拿起妈妈要买的东西，然后走到食品货架前，拿起食品，一起放进超市的专用篮子里，最后转身走到超市门口。我把篮子放到收银台上。收银台的阿姨看了看篮子，问：“小朋友，你是出来帮妈妈买东西的吗？”我回答说：“是的。”阿姨摸了我摸我的头，说：“你好聪明哦，是个懂事的乖孩子！”

回到家，我把东西交给妈妈，妈妈看了看，说：“哇，宝贝，你真能干！谢谢你哦，你今天做的真棒！你长大了！”我听了心里高兴极了。我学会了帮妈妈干活，学会了照顾生病的妈妈，真好！虽然感觉有些累，但心里像喝了蜜一样甜。
