“模考”的部分成绩已经出来了，得到一个满意的分数是每一位学生以及每一位家长所希望的，而什么样的分数能令自己和家长满意呢？那就是在每一个人的心目中，都希望考试成绩一次比一次好。所以当有的科目即使打了高分，也会心生郁闷——唉，应该更高；而有的科目即使比上次好，也会想——唉，还应该更好。当把目光直直地盯在分数上时，脑海出现的只是分数的本身，而完全忽略了原因的分析。

第四种：面面俱到，不懂得选择与放弃。每道题都不放过，都要做出来，自然就会加重压力，不自觉地加快了答题速度，出现了上述的负面结果。

第五种：思维定势，审题主观臆断不严谨。有的同学平时做了很多题，考场上见到了眼熟的题目，于是就迫不及待地落笔作答。结果发了考卷就深深自责和遗憾，自己审题有误错失得分。对策：每次做题，都像首次见到题目一样，耐心、严谨地分析题目。
