全国每天确诊和死亡数字都持续上涨，百城空巷。我宅在家里，不停地刷各种有关疫情的新闻。信息让人感动的，让人难过的，让人震撼的。一场疫情，像巨浪一样卷入我们原本平静有序的生活。一时间，巨浪翻滚，各种感人的事迹也频频显现。他们都是一个个闪闪发光的普通人，当中有医护人员、农民、工人、商人、华人……值得我们铭记，值得我们震撼!

有这么一群人，纷纷写请愿书，女的还剪去长发，都义无反顾的奔赴武汉这个重灾区，接触的绝大部分是确诊的感染患者，风险不言而喻。脱下白大褂，都是人妻人母、为儿为女的一群普通人。她们一天不喝水穿着纸尿裤，就为节约短缺的防护服。

杭州有一位69岁的管道疏通工人，这次也把自己辛辛苦苦攒下的十万元积蓄全部捐了出去。捐完后，他的卡里只剩下了十三块七毛八分钱。

汉中一位51岁菜农冒雪步行了10公里，捐600元卖菜钱支援武汉。当他那双长满老茧的双手从衣服夹层中掏出崭新的600元钱递给工作人员时，工作人员忍不住流下感动的泪水。

看着一个个感人的事迹，泪水模糊了我的双眼，心里感动万千!更多的是骄傲与自豪!感动的是他们虽不是英雄，却做出了英雄的壮举。我的内心被深深地震撼着：这是一个多么团结的民族，一个多么强大的国家!这样一个国家，这样一个民族，“敌人“怎能不肃然起敬?“敌国”怎敢轻视中国?区区的病毒又算什么?

英雄有时并没有穿着金色的铠甲，他也许就是你身边那个不起眼的人。作为一名老师，不敢奢望成为一名英雄。老师能做的就是尽自己微薄的力量把爱奉献给每一个学生，善待每一个学生，把每一个学生培养成对社会有用的人。

这次疫情，我默默思考，心里只有朴素的想法：我们要教给学生的知识还有很多很多。这次疫情，是教育学生的重要契机。让他们知道生命、卫生和生态有着如此紧密的内在联系。懂得如何与自然相处、与动物相处，与环境相处是每一个学生必须学习的重要知识。让他们知道在人类和自然相处的过程中，什么能做，什么不能做，什么绝不可做，什么非做不可。让他们知道在灾难面前为什么要实事求是，为什么要挺身而出、临危不惧，为什么要同心协力、同舟共济。胜利是不靠空喊出来的，需要每个国民的实际行动，从我做起。要引导每一个孩子学会从容，在灾难面前，从容地面对前所未有的挑战。让每一个孩子对这个世界充满信心与爱心。让他们知道最重要的是努力学习科学知识，长大后用科学技术回报社会、造福人类。

病毒无情，国民有情。在这场疫情防控阻击战中，每个国民都是战斗的主角。众志成城，就一定能战胜这场瘟疫。

那一刻，我长大了。当我写下这个题目时，我的眼前仿佛又浮现出妈妈的笑脸，那是我记忆中第一次独自走夜路……

那年我上二年级，我和弟弟一边写作业一边等妈妈回家。6点、6点半、7点……

看着钟表上的指针不急不慢地走着，我和弟弟趴在窗台上，目不转睛地盯着大楼拐角处。8点了，我打了个哈欠，正准备去厨房找些东西吃。“姐姐!姐姐!快看，是妈妈回来了!”我顺着弟弟手指的方向看去。哇!真的是妈妈。我把弟弟抱下窗台，急忙给妈妈开门。

“妈妈，我想死你了。”弟弟说着就扑向妈妈。我连忙拉住他，一边帮妈妈拎过她手中的袋子。“好重啊!这是什么啊?”我把两个沉甸甸的袋子放在桌子上。“是食材，我刚刚去超市了，今晚给你们做红烧肉吃。”妈妈换下鞋子，不停地喘着气，脸通红通红的，或许是天气太凉?或许是累着了?还是……但是一想，一会儿就可以吃上妈妈做的香喷喷的红烧肉了，我和弟弟就欢呼起来。于是我对弟弟说：“走，我们赶快去写作业吧!等我们作业写完时，也许妈妈就会做好红烧肉了。”

呼，作业终于写完了。我放下笔，站起身来。咦，厨房里怎么没有人呢?妈妈呢?按理说，妈妈应该在厨房给我们做红烧肉啊!“姐姐，快来啊，妈妈的头好烫啊，她怎么了?是不是生病了啊?”听到弟弟的声音，我急忙跑进妈妈的卧室。妈妈正躺在床上，脸红的像喝醉了一般，全身直冒冷汗，还不住地发抖。我当机立断，妈妈发烧了!弟弟一听，哇哇大哭起来。我忙给他擦眼泪，并安慰他：“没事，妈妈只是发烧感冒了，吃过药就没事了。”其实我心里也很害怕，但在弟弟眼中，我这个比他大3岁的姐姐是无所不能的。给妈妈去买药，那种退烧药我见过，红色的小药瓶，深夜里去药店买药——这任务对于4岁的弟弟来说太困难，自然无法胜任。这么艰巨的任务只能我来了!我叮嘱好弟弟，拿了20元钱，走出了家门。

外面虽然有路灯，但在空无一人的街道上走着，还是吓得我心惊胆战的。我紧紧地攥着手中的钱，一步一步慢慢地向前蹭着，不停环视着四周，好像一不小心某个角落就会蹦出一只妖怪来。有一瞬间，我看着渐渐远去的家门，真想打退堂鼓，退回自己的家门，然后钻进自己的房间不出来。可一想到病倒在床上的妈妈，我心中顿时好像涌现出一股超能量，让我心中充满了勇气和信心。我一闭眼，那一个个怪兽似乎都消失的无影无踪，我大胆而坚定地朝药店奔去。

药终于买回来了，看着妈妈吃下药后，流露出笑脸的妈妈，再看看躺在妈妈旁边早已睡着的弟弟，我的心中充满了骄傲和自豪。

那一刻，我长大了!

Every Chinese knows the importance of the college entrance examination, so the high school students always can feel the stress from that exam, especially when that day is nearby. Some students will not do as well as usual because of heavy stress. It is necessary to adjust their mood well before the exam. They should not give too much pressure to themselves, instead of having usual heart. Then they can do in working order. 昨天，我和爸爸把生病的妈妈护理好了，而且是以我为主，你不信吗？

这段时间，气温较低，所以晚上写完作业后，我们一家人跟往常一样挤到一个被子里倚靠在床头看电视。可是看着看着，妈妈就躺下了，并说些感觉不舒服。我仔细看了看，发现妈妈脸色很苍白，看起来十分无力。我和爸爸立刻起来，转在妈妈身边，想知道她到底怎么了。
