古人可能怎么也没想到，学原来是学习。

自打学习古文以来，老师不断强调一个概念，古文一字为一词，高考文言文翻译一定要记得加字组词。按此理解，“学习”自然也包含两件事：学和习。论语第一句是学而时习之，现在流行将这句话翻译成学得知识后要时常实践，也有老师们会告诉小朋友学到了知识要经常温习。尽管人们对“习”存在不同解读，都将它作为一种独立于学的动作，或者是一种独立于学的状态。荀子说学不可以已，谈论的是学不能停止，并没有讲学习不能停。
