somebody argues that the taes on birth proclaim to the public what the government wants. thats true. but will the public take birth control without hesitation just because the government wants it? besides, we cant always count on taes to reverse peoples behavior. the doubled taes on wine and cigarettes over the past years dont discourage the consumption of them at all, not to mention other luuries. to a certain degree,drinking and smoking have become more attractive to people as a symbol of financial abilities. how can we epect things to work out better if we simply apply the similar kinds of taes on birth?with the taes on birth policy, the government seems to suggest to people that it is acceptable to have more children, as long as their families can afford the taes. thus new challenges to social equality were posed. rich people can enjoy larger families while poor people are supposed to have fewer children. the rights of giving more births seemed to be entitled to wealthy people under the taes policy.

besides, once a child is born, he should be guaranteed the very best his parents could offer. in poor families, wouldnt the children, who are taed be regarded as burdens by other family members because theyve imposed more economic pressures on their families? the ta also directly deprives his or her rights to grow up in a better economic condition while such deprivation to a child in a wealthy family doesnt have much influence at all.

The college entrance exam is a big exam for students, they have learned so many years for the purpose of entering the college. For most person, they have the very deep impression about the big exam, it has changes so many people’s destinies. I had taken part in the exam, I remember it clearly, the situation just like happened yesterday.

I studied so hard, in those days that were nearing the exam, all the students focus their attention on the study, we fought together. The paper and the books were piled up our desks, when I entered the classroom, I hardly could see my classmates’ heads. City streets around the country have seen an explosion of the colourful bikes that users can rent on demand with a smartphone app and then park wherever they choose.

The sharing economy is taking off in China, where ride-sharing and Airbnb are increasingly commonplace.

From Shanghai to Sichuan province, bike-sharing schemes are being rolled out in an effort to slash congestion and air pollution by putting a country once known as the "Kingdom of Bicycles" back on two wheels.

Companies such as Ofo and Mobike, with their rival fleets of bumblebee yellow and fluorescent orange bikes, have been locked in a cut-throat battle for customers.

But problems have arisen when clients have abandoned their cycles.

"Some people these days just have really bad character," a man named He, who lives near where the stacks appeared, told the Southern Metropolis Daily.

"When theyre done using (the bike) they just throw it away somewhere, because theyve already paid."

In the past few days he witnessed people demolishing the bikes before discarding them on the side of the road, he said.

Residents told the paper that bikes had been piling up over the past week, either parked haphazardly by careless users or stacked by local security guards trying to clear narrow residential alleys and footpaths.

Zhuang Chuangyu, a representative at Shenzhens municipal peoples congress, said the city needed to step up regulation of the bike-sharing industry in order to improve traffic conditions and safety standards, especially since schoolchildren often used the bikes.

In 1980, almost 63% of commuters cycled to work, the Beijing Morning Post reported in 2015, citing government data. But by 2000 that number had plummeted to 38% and today it stands at less than 12%.

Car use, meanwhile, has rocketed. In 2010 China overtook the US to become the worlds largest car market, with 13.5m vehicles sold in just 12 months.

有这么一群人，纷纷写请愿书，女的还剪去长发，都义无反顾的奔赴武汉这个重灾区，接触的绝大部分是确诊的感染患者，风险不言而喻。脱下白大褂，都是人妻人母、为儿为女的一群普通人。她们一天不喝水穿着纸尿裤，就为节约短缺的防护服。

杭州有一位69岁的管道疏通工人，这次也把自己辛辛苦苦攒下的十万元积蓄全部捐了出去。捐完后，他的卡里只剩下了十三块七毛八分钱。

汉中一位51岁菜农冒雪步行了10公里，捐600元卖菜钱支援武汉。当他那双长满老茧的双手从衣服夹层中掏出崭新的600元钱递给工作人员时，工作人员忍不住流下感动的泪水。

大年初五，河南洛阳一家家具厂，接到了一笔20万元的医疗柜订单。老板袁先生定睛一看，原来是武汉火神山医院要用的。他立刻接单，并回复：“不用买，我们免费捐赠!”由于自家储备不足，袁先生把这个消息发到了当地家具协会的群里。协会的人看到消息后，竞相捐赠。14家企业连夜加班，一夜之间就凑齐了订单。

世界各地的华人纷纷行动起来，捐钱捐物，汇聚成强大的爱心暖流，涌向祖国……此时此刻，我不禁想起张明敏的歌曲《我的中国心》。“无论何时

，无论何地，心中一样亲，流在心里的血，澎湃着中华的声音，就算生在他乡也改变不了，我的中国心。”是的，无论身在何处，根系在祖国。祖__亲有难，中华儿女怎能不牵肠挂肚，怎能不赴汤蹈火?

看着一个个感人的事迹，泪水模糊了我的双眼，心里感动万千!更多的是骄傲与自豪!感动的是他们虽不是英雄，却做出了英雄的壮举。我的内心被深深地震撼着：这是一个多么团结的民族，一个多么强大的国家!这样一个国家，这样一个民族，“敌人“怎能不肃然起敬?“敌国”怎敢轻视中国?区区的病毒又算什么?

英雄有时并没有穿着金色的铠甲，他也许就是你身边那个不起眼的人。作为一名老师，不敢奢望成为一名英雄。老师能做的就是尽自己微薄的力量把爱奉献给每一个学生，善待每一个学生，把每一个学生培养成对社会有用的人。

这次疫情，我默默思考，心里只有朴素的想法：我们要教给学生的知识还有很多很多。这次疫情，是教育学生的重要契机。让他们知道生命、卫生和生态有着如此紧密的内在联系。懂得如何与自然相处、与动物相处，与环境相处是每一个学生必须学习的重要知识。让他们知道在人类和自然相处的过程中，什么能做，什么不能做，什么绝不可做，什么非做不可。让他们知道在灾难面前为什么要实事求是，为什么要挺身而出、临危不惧，为什么要同心协力、同舟共济。胜利是不靠空喊出来的，需要每个国民的实际行动，从我做起。要引导每一个孩子学会从容，在灾难面前，从容地面对前所未有的挑战。让每一个孩子对这个世界充满信心与爱心。让他们知道最重要的是努力学习科学知识，长大后用科学技术回报社会、造福人类。

病毒无情，国民有情。在这场疫情防控阻击战中，每个国民都是战斗的主角。众志成城，就一定能战胜这场瘟疫。

这里是中国，人定胜天!

It has been a hot topic discussed heatedly for the time being that how indeed the media influence our teens. Different peopie come up with different opinions. The following passages are two different comments given by several teenagers ranging from 15 to 20.

One, Teens are the most influenced and the easiest to be influenced by the media. The media influence the way they dress, talk and conduct themselves. From the latest trends to the coolest celebrities, they imirate what they see, whether its Katie Holmess new haircut or the pink shirt that Christina Aguilera wore. So it follows that more serious actions like carrying arms or doing drugs could be copied as well.

Young people are impressionable. Therefore, some request that the media should take responsibility by changing some of the content of their shows especially those for teens. They are huge consumers of media, so networks should show them respect by promoting positive images. They think some shows confuse the lines between entertainment and life.The producers know their audiences are young, so they should realize that teens watching "reality" shows might not be ableto tell the difference between fantasy and fiction.

Opposing voices have also come from others. They think that they use the media--magazines, television and movies--to connect to one another and to the world, so naturally,theyre influenced by the images the media present. For example, a boy would be lying if he said he didnt want to be like Brad Pitt. Pitts flawless style, good looks and moneymaking talent seem to define whats "cool".

Nevertheless, those teens hold that the media only provide information, what they as viewers do with that knowledge is up to themselves. They have to learn to make their own choices and accept responsibility for their actions. To blame entertainment figures for certain crimes committed by teens isfunny. Its not the fault of TV. Media are an expression of our culture--not the cause. Its time we stop making the media a scapegoat for our nations problems. Its not the medias job to make sure kids understand what theyre watching; that responsibility belongs to parents. Parents and schools should dedicate more time to establishing clear rules of discipline.The influence of parents and teachers--the teens true role model--carries more weight with teenagers than what they hear on the radio or see at the movies.
