So im addicted to cell phones, so i suggest relaxing a mobile phone, but it requires parental supervision, proper play, and not obsolete. You can relax your emotions, so i suggest that every day you can come back to play for an hour a day and relax and dont be too old to play. Relaxing, relaxing, relaxing relaxation

现代社会，手机成为主要的通讯工具。逐渐地，手机也在中学生当中出现，出于攀比心理或其它原因，越来越多的中学生开始在学校里使用手机。

课堂上出现有人在发短信的现象，晚上很迟了却仍然还有人在打电话或者上网。很多学生白天都没有美精神，神情疲惫不堪。手机，作为移动终端，在我们生活中扮演着越来越重要的作用。手机虽然对学生有着负面影响，但也够帮助学生获取许多有用的知识。

手机作为高科技产物，确实可以给我们带来许多生活上的方便，我们可以通过手机及时与家长联系，也可以向老师汇报学习等。

但同学们经常将手机带到课堂上，上课时经常会有手机铃声响起，学生发短信，交头接耳地交流各自收到的有趣信息，打乱课堂秩序的现象已不偶然。且手机长期的辐射对学生的身体发育也不利。，手机辐射会对青少年脑部神经造成损害，引起头痛，记忆力减退和失眠等。而频繁玩手机游戏也有可能使孩子耳聋，并使我们的学习成绩下降，无心学习。

手机的种种利与弊，影响着同学们的学习与生活，我们应当正确的去使用，让它成为辅助我们学习的好帮手。

Today is a happy day, because I’m full and the class is interesting. Sara and Jenny are good teachers. In the class we play games, study English. We have lot of fun.

But, some thing is unhappy., like I sleep late. So in the class I want to sleep. And today I will sleep earlier.

A book exhibition

Dropped in at National Library to see the National Book Exhibition which will close today. Suprised at the fact that so many kinds of books are published in our country. Thought the childrens books with many pages of colorful illustrations were made very nicely. Bought a copy of the Chinese version of English and American Short Stories at a 20 per cent discount. Am going to read this through in this good season for reading.

信步走到图书馆看即将在今天结束的全国书籍。惊奇的是发现我们国家竟然出版了这么多种的书籍。我觉得富有多页彩色插图的儿童书籍印刷的相当精美。我买了一本打八折的《英美短篇小说》中文版。我要在这读书的好季节里将它读完。

In my opinion, it’s not right to use mobile phones in school. We should try our best to use mobile phones in right ways.
