Monday to Friday. And the I would go running with my classmates, as our head

teacher says health is themost important thing. After running I have to do

morning exercises on theplayground. Then I can have breakfast. Having breakfast,

I need to have morningreading. Oh, I almost forget that all of the students have

to do some cleaningbefore breakfast. There come the various classes. Then noon

comes. Havinglunch, I will go to sleep. I often read twenty minutes before I

fall asleep. I haveclass in the afternoon. And I still have classes at night.

It’s boring, right? ButI have got used to it and enjoy myself at school.

Without exception,everyone has to make choices in life,whether they concern

school,career,or love.While some choices are simple,one cannot avoid the task of

making difficult decisions.

Choices are often directly related to ones happiness.University

students,for example,face a hard and crucial decision upon graduating.Many

students have difficulty deciding whether to continue studying or begin

developing a career.Every individual is different,and one must take the factors

of ones personal life into consideration.In addition to an awareness of

specific circumstances,however,making the right choice also depends on correct

appraisal of oneself.

In order to choose correctly,therefore,one must be both realistic and self

aware.Furthermore,once having made a decision,one should seriously accept and

pursue the path one has chosen,and strive towards the realization of ones goal

with spirit.

Today, Chinas economy has made the great achievement. More and more

foreign people come to China to seek for cooperation. It is true that peoples

life standard has been improved a lot during the last decades, but the

environment has been polluted badly. When I was very small, I could see the

green trees and clean water around my hometown, but now, the river becomes

smaller and the rubbish can be seen everywhere. I feel so sad about it. We have

sacrificed so much to chase the profit. If we cant save the environment, we

wont live the comfortable life. For us, we should not throw away the rubbish

and plant more trees. The little things we do will make a great difference.

Mid-autumn day is a special festival in China, which is one of the traditional Chinese festivals. It falls on the 15th day of Augustlunar month every year. Our Chinese will celebrate it on that day. I think there are not too many people can reject the temptation of it. I like this festival very much. I have two reasons.

First of all, Mid-autumn has the deep meaning of reunion. In China, people regard Mid-autumn day as very important, so no matter where they are, they will come back to their family if there is a chance. They don’t like celebrate this festival outside, which will make them feel lonely. Thus, they will go home by all means. Luckily, the government also pays great attention to this traditional festival. There are laws tomake sure people have holidays on that special day. In the other word, mid-autumn festival gives a chance for family get together.

Secondly, every family will prepare a big meal on that day. All the food is delicious. It is good to have a big meal. I think nobody will not interested in delicious food. The mooncake is a necessary decoration forMid-autumn day. It tastes good, too. It is the tradition for a long time. How pleased to enjoy the glorious full moon with mooncake!

This is why I love Mid-autumn festival so much.

那一天，我去番禺大夫山爬山。山虽然不大，但是很险峻，大概有几十米高。面对这座山，我不顾一切，心中征服大山的欲望已压抑不住了，便开始攀登起来……

开始的几步还好爬些，手脚并用。不一会儿，就爬了两三米，回头一看，下面是万丈深渊，我情不自禁地打了个冷战，胆战心惊。

再往上攀登是越来越陡了，我费尽九牛二虎之力才登上去，那道小坎刚好只能容下一只小脚，无法再向上爬了。此时的我停在小坎上，上无门，下无路，已成为笼中之鸟，真是进退两难啊!

我心里害怕极了，此时此刻，我想放弃!但海伦·凯勒的故事以及夏洛蒂·勃朗特——坚持使她高大，使她可以克服种.种困难的故事在我的脑海中浮过，让我增加了战胜困难的勇气和力量。我试图挪动脚步寻找下山的路。谁知脚一滑，整个身子一倾斜，我以极快的速度滑下去。我瞬间产生了一个念头，我要用最快的速度抓住附近的障碍物。就在这千钧一发的时刻，我用手抱住了一根粗壮的树枝，总算是停了下来……我通过树枝转移到旁边的石台上，然后小心翼翼地顺着凸起的大石块往山顶爬……

一步一个脚印，一步一份小心。我终于成功了!当我站在山顶上抬头向天空望上，心中的害怕不翼而飞，一种自豪感油然而生。

“世上无难事，只要肯登攀”坚持是一种收获，更是一个人获得成功的信念，只有坚持，才能成功!
