vegetables and fruit every day and I drink yogurt twice a week .Although I like

30、走向明天，这是我在小学时就学到的，而从没有走向昨天之说。是的，昨天即为昨天，那就说明它已过去，不管它有多么的卑污，我们都可以做到忘却，然后是昂首挺胸，大步向前走，毫不畏惧的告诉人们：“我要走向明天，我要开拓我的明天”!

31、自己适合哪些行业，哪些职业，有很多东西是先天决定的，只有充分地发掘自己的潜力，而不是总与自己的弱点对抗，一个人才能出人头地，就像现在很多企业招聘的时候，他们相信通过培训和教育可以让火鸡学会爬树，但是还是觉得选个松树方便一些。方向不对，再努力、再辛苦，你也很难成为你想成为90的那种人。

32、宁静，是装不出来的优雅。心事是装满桶的水，有一点缝隙都会外溢。人生是一方田，种啥得啥，因果循环，谁也逃不离。痛就痛了，痛，让你认识自己，也看清了别人。败就败了，站起来拍拍灰尘，多少人在乎你摔过跤?人间多少事，看清了，想开了，淡了，忘了，就静了。

33、贫穷并不可怕，可怕的是缺少自强自立的精神；贫穷不可怕，可怕的是遇难而退或甘愿平庸、贫穷而导致持久贫穷。意志上对贫穷的妥协，会导致行为上对改变贫穷的放弃，最终会让贫穷伴随一生。

34、行动是治愈恐惧的良药，而犹豫、拖延将不断滋养恐惧。

35、每个人的成长环境不同、经历不同，所以价值观也不同。别人不认可你，不代表你是错的，只说明他和你的想法不一样。知音和知音一起玩，不是知音的到一边去。

37、手酸了，可将手里的东西放下；心累了，请把心里的事放下。说到底，再累也不要让自己心累。轻装上阵，人生会更美好，身体会更健康。

38、“天将降大任于斯人也，必先苦其心志，劳其筋骨，饿其体肤……”这其实就是告诉我们要远离舒适的圈套，要不断让自己处于“不舒适”的状态，才可以有大的作为。

Now the earth is in bad condition。 For example， in some places， the air and

water pollution is so serious that it causes many deaths。 At the same time， many

animals and plants are in danger because of the destruction of their

habitats。

Luckily， we human beings have realized the problem。 On April 22nd， millions

of people across the world do something good for the earth。 Some clean up

beaches and water， some pick up rubbish， others give speeches to call on more

people to take action。 But can we save the earth only by one day’s work? The

future of our planet depends on our efforts。 What we should do is to make every

day Earth Day。 Only by taking good care of it every day can we hope to live in

harmony with nature。

I am a student of Hope Middle School.My campus is big and beautiful.There

are many tall trees and beautiful flowers.There is also a big playground.Our

teachers are all very kind and friendly.They work hard and teach us very

well.They take good care of us,but they are strict with us.There are forty-five

students in our class.We all get on well with each other.At school,we learn many

subjects,such as Chinese,maths and English.We try our best to learn them well.I

love my school because it’s just like my home.
