The Laba Festival is a traditional Chinese holiday celebrated on the eighth day of the twelfth month of the lunar Chinese calendar. I have a lovely family and my families live a happy life. My mother is a farmer.She is fat,but she is beautiful.She has big eyes,a small nose and a small mouth.She is very kind and clever, so she has many friends and she is welcome among my neighbours. My father is a worker. He works long time a day and comes home late. He is always tired.But,my mother often cooks delicious dishes for him and that makes him happy and moved. Last evening Tom, Judys brother, was having a birthday party with his

classmates. They were lighting the candles when the power cut. But they thought

Last week, my friends asked me to spend the weekend in the house that near

the lake. It is one of my friends’ house, where their families often spend the

holiday together. Though the house was not big, the environment around was

really beautiful. In the daytime, we walked around the lake and appreciated the

beauty of nature. At night, we made some food and barbecued. It was such a happy

time that we sung and danced. We talked about our future thoughts. Before we

I began school at seven in accordance with the law in a remote village. Short of funds, the school had only a few classrooms, all poorly constructed.  to say, our teachers were few, too. Such were the happy moments in my life at that school. The happiest moment, to me and to all of my schoolmates, however, was the one when the school was letting out at the last bell of the day and we were rhing home as if we would never be back. Once, on our way home, a bunch of naughty students found a crickets hole and exerted themselves to inject water into it with loud cheers. The girls were  less frantic than the boys when they were having a good time at such games as jump-rope, hopscotch and battledore and shuttlecock.

I am primary school now, this is my second year, in order to focus more on my study, I live in school now, I will go home on the weekend. Our school is under construction lately, the workers are doing their work in the daytime, the machines make out large noise, I can’t focus my mind on the study.

That’s not the worse situation, when I take a nap in the afternoon, the machines are still working, I can’t sleep. So when I wake up, my head is not well working, I want to sleep all the day.

The school should limit the time for the workers, they should stop working during the snap time for school. It will be reasonable for students.

今天，我们游览了世界闻名的古建筑奇迹——长城。

长城是中华民族的象征，它全长一万两千多里，是世界上最伟大的建筑之一。我们游览的是长城八达岭段。当车行到离八达岭不远处时，就已经看到了气势恢宏的长城，随着连绵起伏的山脉向远处曲曲折折地延伸，像一条龙在云雾缭绕的山峰中飞腾。长城上每隔一段距离就是一座烽火台，像一个个巨人手牵着手，担起了保卫中原大地的重任。

我们从长城脚下往上爬，长城并不像我想象的那样陡峭，而是由许多缓坡连接起来，在比较陡的地方都筑有阶梯，阶梯的两旁和中间还装有扶手，一点儿也不难爬。长城上人山人海，还有许多“老外”呢!在不知不觉中，我们已经爬到了第一个烽火，这里让我想起了“烽火戏诸侯”的故事。过了烽火台，我们又继续向上攀登，在山间云雾里，我隐隐约约看见对面的山上有用钢板做成的“同一个世界，同一个梦想”的标语牌。接着往上爬，我们看到了一座碉楼，爸爸说：“这是哨塔，古代哨兵就在这里放哨。”过了哨塔，我们就往回走，来到了“好汉碑”。好汉碑上有毛主席的题词——不到长城非好汉。我们全家在这儿留了个影，便回家了。

“不到长城非好汉”，今天我爬上了长城，我也当了一回好汉，真开心啊!
