First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

西部周村区是"古商城"旅游区，素有“金周村”、“旱码头”之誉，明清时代风格的古商城旧址被专家誉为展现中国民族商业发展的博物馆群。

中部淄川区是聊斋旅游区，既有"世界短篇小说之王"蒲松龄的故居，也有建造独特新颖的聊斋园。  南部博山区和沂源县是自然景观旅游区，山、水、林、泉、洞天然生成，自然资源特别是溶岩资源之丰富在我国北方罕见。

北部桓台、高青是湖泊民俗旅游区，这里碧水环绕，民风淳朴，一派“江北水乡”、“北国江南”之景象。
