聪明的人越来越少，因为机器在他们的生活中广泛使用。现在人们需要使用他们的大脑比他们在过去所做的，一切都是程序，我们唯一需要做的就是按下一个按钮或扔在一个开关。这给了我们很大的便利，却使我们越来越不聪明的。每个人都有尴尬的时刻困扰的一个简单的单词拼写时用钢笔写。但有一个计算机，它会自动检查拼写和语法的写作。这样的人越来越少，学习有关的事情。这不是进步而是倒退了我们的智力和文化。

但是机器有许多好处，没有人可以否认大工作效率和低成本大批量生产。工作量可能需要几个月时间才能完成的体力劳动可以完美无缺的机器人以分钟完成。我们有了更多的购买力来享受更多种类的商品和服务的生产成本和工厂使用机器减少。其他的福利包括机器可以做高风险业务如采矿和建筑的人危险的工作。

最后，机器有许多优点，使我们的生活更轻松、更方便，但会引起如削弱我们的工作机会和过度依赖机器的许多问题。

Whats your favoured job after your graduation? Whats your career plan

after working in a company? Both of the questions are related with university

students seeking jobs problems. Its very tough when confront with those

questions. As a junior/senior student,I would love to say something as

following:

A part of students are aim too high.They always want to find easy and

comfortable jobs with high salary.But, they neglect they are just undergraduates

who lack of real experience in a company. Aim too high but lack of real

experience leads them to be frustrated:they cant find their suitable jobs and

are not interested low-salary jobs. Its a real situation in our current

society. The best solution is that our undergraduates should change their minds.

The new minds is that to be capable before getting high salary.

There is also a issue should be pay attention to. Some advertisements

say:"Only men available". Thats gender discrimination which couldnt be occured

in the modern society. With the development of our society,our women s ability

are also enhancing. Some women even can do some jobs which men couldnt do well.

It not easy to solve the gender discrimination.It needs our governments help,

our government should do some propaganda about gender eq equal and make some

rules for the companies.

一、环境布置

1、在门口以及堂内布置万圣节主题风格的装饰。南瓜灯、鬼模特、蜘蛛、骷髅头等。

2、服务员统一换成万圣节主题风格的服饰，尽可能夸张、恐怖。

3、给来店顾客发放道具，例如各种鬼脸面具，化妆颜料(自愿化妆)。

4、在凳子座垫，或者其他地方准备整人小道具，被整蛊的顾客成为幸运顾客，将有福利发送(下文介绍)。

二、前期宣传

POP宣传： 提前一周，利用店内的POP宣传活动主题，做到让消费者都能初步了解活动。

短信营销：利用星野科技的八优短信通，给消费者群发活动短信。还可以将短信与G商通技术相结合，消费者通过点击短信里的网址链接，一键进入手机网站，就可以突破短信的限制，了解到更为详细的内容。例如：“吸血鬼、千年女妖、骷髅怪、还是性感女巫?今晚你究竟会是谁?xx酒吧万圣节大型party让我们一起释放所有的压力，尽情狂欢尽情尖叫吧。

DM传单：利用G商通技术，在DM广告或者传单印上一个二维码，消费者通过手机扫描就可以进入手机网站，这样与短信营销形成整合，大大提高了传单的效果。

如果有官方PC端网站，提前做好本次活动的网站宣传页面。

三、活动内容

1、在活动开始前暂时不准消费者入场，并且拖延入场时间，造成一个活动前的等待，这样可以利用人们的好奇心，达到更好的活动效果。

2、入场后先有嘉宾的表演，表演内容符合节日主题，消费者在看节目的时候，可以进行点餐。菜单上将食品名字改成与节日主题相符的，在食物造型上也贴近主题。

3、随后进行游戏环节，被事先安排好的道具整蛊到的顾客，成为幸运顾客参与游戏。游戏内容要让参与者感受到紧张恐怖的氛围，能让观众大声尖叫。

4、揭下来是舞会，要通过音乐、灯光等引导出高潮，假面狂欢，群魔乱舞。中间可以利用一些小技巧来是舞会达到高潮，例如突然降低音乐，熄灭灯光，放出狼嚎鬼哭的声音，营造阴森的气氛，在突然又提高音乐回到狂欢。

5、消费最高的顾客会获得大礼一份，所以参与的顾客都有一次抽奖机会。

整个活动过程中，抽时间给客人们拍照，要来联系方式以便以后可以送照片。这样可以让顾客充分体会到主办方的诚意，要他们深深记着这次活动，为以后成为客源打下基础!

Computers are affordable for almost all people nowadays. As a result, an

increasing number of college students take computers to their dormitory to

browse website, watch movies and play video games and so on. This phenomenon has

caused lots of public concern. Some people believe that computer does bad to

students’ health for college students spend more than five hours staring at

computer without break every day. However, for other people, they are positive

to students’ owing computers because students can search for the newest

information. Standing on my point, I’m more tending to the first opinion.

Reasons are as the following:

Firstly, computers will transfer students’ attention. If students take

computers on campus, they would spend much time on computer than on study. For

instance, lots of my classmates usually play computer for amusement once class

is dismissed instead of going to the library to read more books to enlarge their

knowledge circle.

Secondly, students spend lots of time on computers which hurts their

health. It is quite often seen that students stay in dormitory for almost a

whole day without any breaks playing computers. It is all known that computers

have radiation which hurts eyes and skin.

To be honest, students can use computer to search for the updated

information that they want. But for the reasons above, I firmly believe that

students shouldn’t bring computers to college.

今天，我一大早就从梦中醒来。今天就是大年三十，准备过春节啊！

我早早的从梦中跳出来，我不与往年一样，急着向大人讨压岁钱，而是来上网玩游戏的。平时上网爸爸妈妈管制很严，今天他们“开放政策”了，可由我自由上网，我可不能错过这个大好时机。我按捺不住激动的心，我一下子就打开主机的按钮，稍后40秒钟，电脑荧屏打开了，我先打开qq，与好朋友一一拜年，再双击qq空间，查看朋友的留言。接着又双击了qq农场，一看，我栽种的西瓜可以收成了，我再点了一下，就全部收好了。又用铲子铲了我的土地枯萎的作物，把新的种子种下去，然后就偷摘好友的果实。我又进入牧场，哈哈，我养的鸡长大了，一只只胖胖的好可爱！母鸡生了一堆鸡蛋，我马上用篮子收下，再顺手牵羊地收获了好友的动物，收入很丰盛，真不错！

我关掉qq空间，就开进了“地下城与勇士”游戏。我输入了帐号和密码，接着就按下回车键，马上进入了游戏场面。

我按下了游戏中的人物按键，显示出我还没有完成的任务。我按下了一个任务，它提示必须要在8分钟之内打完，靠我一个人在8分钟打完，实力是不够的。于是，我就邀请好同学张建麟两个人组成一个队伍一起进去打。

开始了，我用的那把剑是“残旧的重剑”，不太好使，于是就换了一把叫做“古老的枯叶剑”，是绿色的，速度极快，攻击力也十分强。我点击“x”使劲地按来按去，不一会儿，这些小怪物就被我和建麟消灭了，然后就乘胜追击，与怪物女王交战，这个女王会使唤大火球，不好惹的，要防着点。不过也有漏洞，她召唤时会有一个圆圈出现，我们就一看到圆圈就迅速躲开。轮到我和建麟攻击了，我俩绝招一齐使出来，五分钟后，这只怪物女王终于在我和建麟的同心协作下给解决了，这场惊心动魄的游戏结束了。真过瘾！

整个上午，我都在电脑里度过，有趣的电脑游戏让我太开心了！
