September 28th is the birthday of the world-famous teacher Confucius-KongZi. Kongzi is a great philosopher and he is also a great teacher. He had thousands of disciples (students), including Aristotle. In the ancient times, Kongzi’s birthday was regarded as a TeachersDay.

Now, September 10th is the TeachersDay of China. In the year f 1984, Wang Zishen, former president of Beijing Normal University, suggested to establish a festival day for the Chinese teachers. On Jan. 21st,1985,September 10th was fixed as the TeachersDay of China.

I would like to say, thank you ,dear teacher. You always treat us students as your own children. No matter how bad the weather is or how sick you are feeling. You never miss the classes because your personal reason.

September 10 is our Teachers’ Day. In the afternoon, Zhonghua school held a

celebration meeting, at which more than twenty old teachers each were praised

with a medal for their over thirty years of teaching. Our principal made an

enthusiastic speech at the meeting, and then the representative of the teachers

and students gave a talk to us. After the meeting, we started performances

played by some teachers and students, which were very interesting and

instructive. We all had a wonderful time. I think we all should respect the

teachers, engineers of human soul.

Teachers day is a day of Thanksgiving, the school the teacher said, dont accept gifts, as long as the student teacher four things, 1. Cordial greetings 2. 3 a smiling face. 4 a perfect homework. Carefully in class.

But today the students or the bundles of beautiful flowers, delicate CARDS to the teacher, the teacher didnt refuse the gift, because the teachers know that this is our students mind. Every time the teacher said in class today class students were all standing neatly, unlike the usual stand stagger, the students also have a bow and tidy said "good teacher, I wish the teacher happy holiday, your hard work. It is Teachers Day on September 10th every year. Teachers are the greatest

Yesterday was Teachers Day. It was a great day for all the teachers and also a happy time for us students. Manson was our oral English teacher in the middle school. When he came to the classroom for the first time, the Canadian man gave us a very deep impression: aged about 40, hook-nosed, brown hair, a little fat. This kind of communication aided much pleasure to our dull life. Not infrequently, he organized us to perform role-play in class. We tasted much freshness when we played different roles. We all found that we had learned a lot from his classes。

Manson often acted like a youngster. Whenever he saw the boys playing football in the field, he would join them. He was not a good player, but he would try his best to perform well. He also practiced "Taiji"----a traditional Chinese exercise in his spare time. He even performed it in class occasionally, which resulted in a burst of laughter.

Manson seemed to have no trouble in his life except for weight. He told us that he never stopped struggling to lose weight. One day when he entered the classroom, someone mentioned to him that he looked slimmer. "Really?” he responded promptly, smiling with his shinning teeth. To confirm the truth, he stepped onto a chair and danced in a circle. He looked like a lovely panda at the moment. We all burst into laughter.

Mansons unique humor and unusual teaching not only widened our sight but also brought great joy to our life. We all thought it our good luck to have such a wonderful foreigner as our English teacher.
