The ways to keep healthy Everyone wants to live long, however, that just

depends on your bodys health. Do you know how to keep healthy? Id like to

offer you two ways: 1) Proper Dinners: Generally speaking, one should eat 3

times every day. But some students who get up late will ignore the breakfast,

which will do a very bad effect on their healty.

Anyway, some girls who would

prefer to be thin will avoid eating anything or only little during the meal

time. Both of the two ways are bad habits of dining. We shouldnt feel hungry or

full after dinners. Students are usually very busy with their homework, so

they cannot take time to do exercises or too lazy to do them. This is another

killer to health. We should at least take time to have P.E lessons or do morning

导游告诉我们说，这个翡翠白菜是清代的能工巧匠在一块一边灰白一边翠绿的玉上精细雕琢的。白菜从谐音来讲寓意着百财，是很旺财，吉利的象征。

这使我们更加惊奇，赞叹了：就算是人工雕刻的作品那已经是巧夺天工了，选材之妙就像是浑然天成，而且还有这末深刻的寓意真是无法用言语表达了。

之后我们又参观了肉型石。肉型石的外观像一块厚厚的五花肉，乳白色的毛纤毫毕现，逼真极了。仿佛都能闻到肉的香味来，勾起人们的食欲来，让我垂涎欲滴了。

我们又参观了书画，碑帖，青铜器，玉雕，陶瓷，刺绣……这些国宝有些大自然的杰作，有些是能工巧匠们一点一滴的辛勤汗水的结晶。

一件件国宝让我们目不暇接，流连忘返。

短暂的展览在我们的欢笑声中结束了……

这次展览使我想到了北京的故宫博物馆。台北故宫博物院和北京的故宫博物馆都是中华民族的瑰宝。现在两岸“三通”了，我希望台湾的小朋友多到大陆来看看祖国的变化，我也希望台湾早日回到祖国母亲的怀抱。

你听过杨树唱歌的声音吗?你听过小猫走路的声音吗?你听过小雨滴淅淅沥沥的落到地上的声音吗?

也许你会说：“这都是想象出来的，怎么会听出来呢?”那么我再说得清楚一些。

你总听见过开铅笔盒的声音吧?当游人们欢笑，当吵闹的喊声在你的身边，当狂风吹到窗户当闹钟在你的床头响起，你总该听到些什么了吧?

你总听过走路的声音吧?当妈妈穿这高跟鞋走在地板上，当你不听得上楼下楼，当你在踢毽子，你总该听到些什么了吧?

只要你的耳朵能够听，从你出世的那一天起，你就开始在听了。你听见妈妈开窗户的声音，爸爸冲咖啡的声音，爷爷说话的声音，听见开灯、接水、削苹果、电话铃的声音。你很快就会懂得，每一种声音，都代表了不同的意思。从声音里，你逐渐熟悉了你身边的世界;在声音中你会不断的成长。

但是，当你一天天的长大，当你熟悉了这些声音后，不知不觉中，你就会逐渐失去对听的兴趣，你不再像小时候那样用心得去听身边的各种响声了。有一些声音你没有听见，就好像他们发出是你的耳朵关闭了似的。

别让你的耳朵关闭，在寂寞的时候听一听音乐，在尽情的夜里听一听窗外有什么声音发出;在无聊的时候，看一看你从来没有看过的电影或短片……

你还可以做一些声音的游戏，吃几个硬硬的糖果，唱一首美妙的歌曲，冲一杯好喝得高乐高，感觉一下是什么声音。用手拍拍桌子、铅笔盒或台灯，那们的声音有什么不一样?

用心去听吧，你一定会听见的，然后你会微笑，你会感叹：我们的这个世界多么丰富多彩呀!多么美妙!

I will never forget one thing. Once, I had a bad mark at a math test. I was

shy and afraid to meet my parents. But when I got back home late, my parents

knew what happened, they said to me: “It doesn’t matter, my child. Remember

we’ll be always beside you when you need help. We believe you can be better next

time. Never give up!” I was moved and made up my mind to work harder and

I feel happy. Whenever I am in trouble, I can feel my parents’ love. I want
