The Hero in My Heart

As we know， most peoplehave heroes in their hearts. For me, Dr Norman Bethune is the hero in my heart.He was a great doctor from Canada.

Dr Bethune was good at performing operations.And taking photos was his hobby. In 1938， he came toChina. He opened hospitals and invented medical tools. He worked so hard thathe saved thousands of Chinese people. He didn’t stop totake care of his own injured hand and died.

I am deeply moved by his stories. So I’ll work hard today and do my best to helpothers.

Everyone will have some unforgettable memories. These big and small

memories are like the shining stars in my memory, and one of them is the first

time I read science books.

It was the second day of the summer vacation for Daban. It was sunny and a

little sultry in the morning. My father said to me happily, "son, today my

father will take you to climb the mountain and enjoy the beautiful scenery on

the top of the mountain." I readily agreed. So we came to the famous Dayang

mountain in Dongzhu.

My father and I went to the foot of the mountain, looked up, and could not

forward to my father.

At the beginning of climbing, I was full of energy and very relaxed. But

when I climbed to the middle of the mountain, my body became heavier and heavier

The Ten-minute Break Between Classes Time seems to be so limited for us Senior Three students. As a result, more and more students try to study from early morning till late afternoon, even during the ten-minute breaks. In my view, taking a ten minute break between classes is equally important. Otherwise, we will feel exhausted both physically and mentally,During the ten minute break, we are supposed to do something really relaxing, we need is to have a rest, instead of getting more tired. Besides, studying during the break doesn ’ t necessarily mean that you will achieve more. So doing nothing tiring in that short period is of greater significance. As far as my ten-minute breaks are concerned, sometimes I take some simple exercise, such as having a walk with my classmates, or just a free chat to refresh myself. There is no meaning to do this. Honesty is very important, because it decides

Nowadays, with the development of technology, the market competition is

fierce and people feel great pressure. In order to improve the working

Christmas Day is very popular around the world, when that day comes, we can
