My Views on Examinations

Since school comes into being， the test standard has been used to appraise performance of students。 So far it is still being used， which may suggest that actually there are some advantages in it。 However， it is also highly possible that the test standard is a not ideal way to find out what students have learned and what they havent。 Most school is still using it just because there is no better method to replace it。

In my opinion， the following three points are the critical flaws in the test standard。

Secondly， tests will bring the examinees great pressure， which can affect their lives。 A typical example of this is that most young students have worn glasses even though some of them are still children。 For preparing for tests， they must spend a lot of time on doing their homework so that their eyesight becomes worse and worse。 And the more time they spend on those， the less time they have for playing and relaxing。 Consequently， there is a bad influence on their health。

Thirdly， in fact， test system itself can not veraciously estimate who is better than others because there are many factors impacting the results of test。 For instance， someone cheated in test so that his score would be higher than others。 Or someone who was too nervous to perform well fell in the test。

Only in spare time and no pressure of tests existent， students can study simply for the fun， for obtaining knowledge and for the things that they are really interested in。 But now the test system is the only way to select which one is better， who can reach better school and who can get good job。 Then what we can do is to improve the test system or hope that something better will be invented and replace the test system。

再特意提一句："wed better"在这里不是“不得不”或“最好”的意思，而是一种自然而然，水到渠成的得出结论。

This is a very common examination, parents are stirred in disorderly fashion not tense, and are not calm down! The teacher rolled it, I got the first volume and looked back, huh?! Thats easy! I was secretly happy. But I still clear my throat, ready to jump into the "sea" to travel, explore. I also believe that peace is an important point, so that it can be static thought; seriously is also very important, the so-called "nothing is unachievable, as long as seriously, what things can be solved; also must be careful, careful person, who will love you!

I finally wrote my name, class, and started thinking about every question! The first question seems like I started doing it from grade one. Its a piece of cake! After second volumes, I suddenly realized that it was so hard and difficult to read. I read three times and didnt come up with the answer! Oh!

Finally, its time to roll in, and Ill have to take a good look at the next door! I think.

"Ding ding." The bell rings again, and I have to start doing some boring questions again.

After several I have done very well, that is, to the last one - English, and I am stumped.

Was that right? Whats this again?! Listening to a very vague English word, I really dont know what to choose is the correct answer, ah! Another door is doomed! What a bad luck!

今天，我一起床，就感觉十分不自然。怪不得呢！爸爸妈妈不停地叮嘱，周围的空气好像都凝固在一起——要期中考试了。

吃完早饭，我们班同学陆续上楼做准备工作。前两节课要考语文，我激动地拿出铅笔盒，取出语文书开始最后的复习。很久没有举行这样大型考试了，我不免有些紧张！语文书我已背得滚瓜烂熟，不用操心基础题，关键就在于阅读题，我的水平不是很好。作文倒是还可以，说不定能得个满分。

突然，上课铃响了，同学们的表情十分难看，我也严肃了起来。爸爸总是告诉我：“考试不要嘻嘻哈哈，这样会分散注意力。”这本是很普通的一个考试，都被家长们搅得糊里糊涂，不紧张的人，都冷静不下来！老师发卷了，我拿到第一卷后一看，咦！好简单呀！我心中暗暗高兴。可我还是清了清嗓子，准备跳入“题海”中去遨游、探索。我还认为平静是重要点，这样才可以静心想；认真也很重要，所谓“天下无难事，只怕有心人”，只要认真，什么事都可解决；还必须具备细心，细心的人，谁都会喜欢呀！

我终于写好姓名、班级，开始思考每一题啦！第一题好像是我从一年级就开始做的啦，简直是小菜一碟！一直做到第二卷，我突然发现，阅读题好难好难，我读了近三遍都没想出答案，算了，凑合凑合编一个吧！唉！

终于到收卷的时候了，下一门我一定得好好考！我想。

“叮叮叮。”铃声又响了，我只得又开始做那一些无聊的题目。

之后几门我都考得挺好，就是到了最后一门——英语，又把我难住了。

刚才是不是啊？这个又是什么呀！听着一个个极其模糊的英语单词，我真不知道选什么才是正确答案，啊！又一门要完蛋了！真倒霉！

以后我要认真对待我掌握的不好的地方，争取以后科科考满分！

私以为，如今的孩子已不及昔日的孩子快乐，而越来越大的学业压力是一个极重要的原因。家长们将太多的期望寄予孩子，他们严苛的要求成了残酷的枷锁，将孩子牢牢捆绑在童年那绚丽的梦境之外。我知道很多孩子，他们一考不好就担惊受怕，生怕回到家里会经受父母“狂风暴雨”的洗礼。他们一想到考试就不寒而栗。他们的快乐童年已支离破碎，从来就只存在于记忆中遥不可及的一隅。的确，他们都是漫画中的孩子，无论55分还是98分，只要未到标准，便被家长呵斥。笔者曾听过这样一句话：“你折断了我的翅膀，却怪我不会飞翔。”漫画中的家长用他们对“分”的严厉要求折断了孩子的翅膀，当“分”真正成为了孩子的“命根”，孩子早已失去了自由翱翔的能力。

然而，事实证明，考试分数的确不是评价孩子的唯一标准，善良、勇敢、责任心等等，也许是比智力更聪明更为宝贵的品质。同样，分数的高低并不一定代表着孩子以后的成就大小。中学时成绩平平的马云，却成为了今日的互联网大亨;科举屡屡不中的柳永，却在“浅斟低唱”中为后人留下了凄婉动人的词句。

所以，笔者恳请家长们，别让自己的孩子成为漫画中的孩子，别让他们在分数中迷失自己，希望家长们除了关注孩子的成绩，也要关注他们的其他方面，让他们均衡、全面、快乐地成长。

要知道，一个孩子无论考了55分、61分、98分、还是100分，都值得他的父母，在他脸上留下爱的一吻。但愿漫画中孩子的不幸更少地在我们身边的孩子身上复制!
