Because she is able to view the situation from his perspective, conflict is diverted. Mutual understanding such as this is a fundamental aspect of civilized society.

Some people tend to think the worst of others and become angry over even the smallest of matters, regardless of how their own actions are disturbing in turn. Such intolerance only leads to more conflict. Disrespecting or mistreating people not only inflicts pain upon others, but can also harm ones own conscience and attitude.

如今的我再也不用母亲和老师逼了，我总会自己逼自己。有一点时间自己就会对自己说：“趁现在有时间，赶紧去做一张大卷吧！赶紧再去学一会儿吧！ ”现在做起卷来真是太轻松了，以前是我错了，我不应该对母亲，对老师产生抱怨。他们也是为了我们好，为了让我们能取得一个满意的成绩，他们不惜付出再多辛苦。

我至今才知道什么叫做史上最easy的考试了，因为这张试卷在维恩学校这只不过是一张幼儿园才做的试卷，连双美班都会做那叫一个什么简单发呢？这只不过是一个1+1=2的试卷罢了不过科学也是一样，虽说简单，可杀机却暗藏其中。几个填空，几个选择都坏让我痛心疾首地失去宝贵的分数。这次科学多少？93啊！93！！！！为什么会这个样子？是粗心吗？我觉得有可能是的

考试随风而过，等待我们到来的，是一个个鲜红的分数。考卷，连一克也不到；价格，买一只笔还不够。可是成绩代表着什么？压力？负担？奖励？惩罚？都可能有。这么多的压力都集中在一张纸上，能不成了学生背上的一座珠穆朗玛峰？况且，有八座！体育、科学、英语、电脑、音乐、思想品德，只不过是家后面的一座长冈山罢了。可语文，加上数学，不就是珠峰吗？这后面，我们付出了多少心血？一连串的模拟考，一叠叠的作业本，一堂堂令人想睡觉的课换来的是什么

Water Pollution

With the development of industry, water pollution is becoming more serious now. The polluted water not only kills fish, it is also harmful to our health. Many people get sick because they drink the polluted water. In some rivers the water is so dirty that they can even kill plants.

We should fight against the pollution. We should stop using harmful things. I wish it is not a dream that in the near future we can have clean rivers again.

Environment Protection

Nowadays, peoples life has changed a lot with the development of modern technology and economy, which has put lots of negative effects on the environment.

Why this? Because, firstly, some factories are pouring wastes into rivers, lakes, seas and so forth; secondly, because of human activities, a great number of plants and animals are losing their lives; thirdly, using modern machines and chemicals is bad for the environment. Besides these, there are a lot of human activities which have done or are doing harm to our surroundings.

For this, I think, first, our government should make drastic measures to regulate human activities; second, we human beings should take pains-taking work to stop ourselves destroying the environment and try our best to protect our living space more.

Forest Pretention保护森林

Our country has a large area of forest. However, not until recently did the government begin to realize the importance of protecting the forest. As we may know from various sources, the government recently adopted a policy called "restore the farmland to the forest"(退耕还林).This has brought much hope to the forest of our country as well as the sustainable development of our country.

Pollution: a Social Problem

When we read newspapers, we often come across the word pollution. This word was not familiar to the people some decades ago. But now, it is a serious threat to usbecause. it means the poisoning of the air, seas, rivers and lands, which would do harm to our health.

There are many factories that bring pollution to us. We can not have fresh air in the morning. This is mainly because of the poisonous smoke coming from factories, especially chemical ones. In rivers, seas and oceans, there are industrial wastes. Some factories just throw their wastes into seas or let them flow into rivers. When people drink the water from such rivers, they get poisoned. Besides, there is rubbish from ships and when sometimes an accident occurs in an ocean, oil flows out from tankers.

On land, the accumulation of rubbish in the streets may dirty the city and ruin our health. This is mainly due to the improper disposal of rubbish by people.

If we do mot fight against pollution, surely one day all of us will be killed. Some people like to put the blame on the industrial revolutions. On the contrary, the pollution problem will be solved only with the help of modem science and technology.

经过总校统一安排，我们完成了前半学期的教育教学工作。现就这次期中考试过程的关键点，以及在今后的有限教学时间里，优化教学，完善教学管理，查缺补漏，总体提高教学质量，做如下分析汇报：

一、期中考试情况分析

1、试题方面：本次考试试题是由总校统一组织命题，就整个试题而言，除个别科目考题偏难，(选题角度的不同)偏易外，其余基本都体现了目前考试命题要求：注重基础、体现能力。

2、成绩情况：从总体成绩上看，大部分学科与上学期相比都有所提高，各年级优秀率有所提高，及格率明显增加。

3、考试所暴露的问题

①学生基础差

各年级都存在着部分学生基础太差，同班学生中，单科成绩差距太大，个别学生单科成绩个位数。例如：六年级的英语低分率较高,达到18%,三年级的数学、英语都在20%以上，这些都反映出学生的基础太差。

②学生的思想认识、学习态度问题

各年级都存在着部分学生学习目的不明确，学习方法不对头，没有养成在学习新课之前预习，在学习新知识的同时复习旧知识，在复习旧知识的同时求取新知识的习惯，学习浮于表面，敷衍行事，不能静心去学习，致使一些常见的应该熟知的知识不能正确解答。

③审题能力

试题的入题深度的确定和入题方法的选择，决定了学生审题能力的高低。大部分学生不知“磨刀不误砍柴功”这个道理，勿忙审题，甚至说匆忙做题，就连基本的思考过程都没有，或失之于思维方法偏颇，或失之于入题角度不正确，或失之于完成过程草草。答题语言的组织，缺乏准确性和逻辑性。前言不搭后语。

二、今后教学工作思路

期中考试之后的教学已经进入了后半期，即进行新课学习和综合训练阶段，在这一阶段我们认为应着重做好以下几个方面的工作。

1、注重基础，精讲精练。

在教学中，我们教师都把基础知识的传授与训练做为重点，能够多次严格训练以求达到夯实基础的目的。但事实不完全如我们所愿，仍存在基础知识与基本技能相脱节的现象。应当看到，所谓夯实基础，绝不只是背熟课本，增加练习题的数目而已，而是在深入理解的基础上，能够进行知识迁移，能够熟练地运用，把知识转化为解决实际问题的能力，这才叫夯实基础。

2、强化训练，查缺补漏，提高能力

我们在教学中，都非常注重训练与检测，学校要求进行周检测，单元检测，这在很大程度上，起到巩固知识，检测课堂教与学的效果，查缺补漏的作用。但是根据我们检测的过程和结果来看，我们的学生有时在课堂上觉得学习的很好了，拿起书来一看，概念原理什么都明白，但一遇到考试，或者稍具综合性的题目，需要这些概念，原理解决问题时，却又感觉似是而非，吃不准，有时还得再需要看看课本怎样说的。之所以出现这种现象，究其根源就是平时只注重做题，满足于做对，缺乏对概念、原理的深挖、细抠，没有注重形成宽泛的，严密的知识体系。因此，我们在做检测训练工作时，设置的习题要结合学生实际，选择那些有多种解法的练习题，让学生精练，做到一题多变、多解、多题一解。拓展外延，分析归纳，做一题、学一法、分一类、通一片。

3、分类指导，分层辅导，个别辅导。

各科在进行整体教学的同时，要分层抓好三类生的工作(优、中、学困生)如优生的培养，做到及早抓，抓好抓实，可打破单科界线，集中优势力量进行，各科齐抓共管，课上组织优秀生讨论难题，典型题，课外增加布置新的内容，课下可个别面批、辅导。中间生，要常抓不懈，课堂教学时，要盯紧不放，课外辅导工作更应做细做实。要掌握好尺度，大胆降低难以达到的训练要求，放弃预计无法突破的知识，尽量腾出更多自我消化的时间。学困生的工作，难度最大，也是一直影响我们整体成绩的组成部分。这些学生，需要我们教师要有耐心，细心和爱心，把学困生成绩提高工作，当做一场持久战争去考虑。各科要协调做战，齐抓共管。当面辅导，当面批改作业及检测跟踪辅导可能会有效果。

总之，今后工作应做细、做实、做好，细节决定成败，付出决定命运，只要我们再执着地追求，不放弃每个细节，成功就会属于我们。

1)做模版：拿几片范文，找几句比较拽的结构型句子，拼凑出一个你自己顺手的框架即可。不用到处找，也不用找很多，一个框架即可，当然，准备一些可以替换的词：比如recommendation替换conclusion.漂亮句子很多，但若水三千，我只掬一瓢饮。

2)找出主要的错误类型，每种写出一道两句经典的表述即可。

3)考时30分钟分三个阶段：一)12-15分钟，写出完整的第一段，三个征文段的topic sentence，和完整的末段。写第一段的同时就构思topicsentence,末段无非是重复结论和三句topic。这样的好处是结构已经完整了，你不用慌了。。二)13-10分钟，完成三段正文。我以前觉得这个很困难，后来想通了。无非是把这层意思说清楚就行。3句话就够了。也够长了。三)5分钟check.还一个作用时，是在前面没有完成，还有一个buffer,也不至于弹尽粮绝。

4)非常措施：考试万一时间不够，首段就抄原句;如果时间还不够，末段就cut-paste首段和topic 的文本，稍加修改即可。但是，结构是完整的。

5)ok作文法的精髓和适用范围：精髓：看上去很美。适用范围：不想得6分的人(因为想的6分的人追求的是实际上也很美。如果运气好，可以的5分，运气不好，可以的4分。

[大学生该不该追求名牌大学英语等级考试六级作文

在今年的暑假之中，我参加了一次有趣的英语考试。

这次英语考试可是全国统考，说真的考试前我还是有些紧张，但是我一想到有老师和家长在默默支持我，我就一点也不紧张了，反而很有信心。

当主考官叫到我的名字时我非常高兴，因为我盼望已久的考试终于到来了。在考口试的时候我有很多单词没有学过，可是我还是一一的把它给拼读了出来，最后还是有两个单词没有拼出来。在抽签的时候我抽到了一首非常简单的歌，但是老师给我考了一首难的，我唱完后老师说我唱得非常好。

第二天我去考笔试，那些题一点也不难，考试规定的是两个小时，我却只用了二十分钟，是全校最快的一个学生，而且我还检查了几遍，我深信，我一定能取得好成绩。我心想，我能有这样的成绩，全靠大舅对我严格要求，还有我自己的努力。这次我最该感谢的是我的大舅，因为没有他我怎么可能有这么好的成绩，没有他的督促，没有他的严格要求，没有他的教训，我是不可能考得好的，我多么想亲自对大舅说一声谢谢啊。

我今后一定要少让大舅担心，自己好好的学习，好好的努力，一定要自觉学习，不要大舅督促，不要他叫我学我们才学，我不是为大舅而学。

这次的英语考试既有意义又有趣。我以后一定要多参加这一类的活动。

这周，我们进行了一次数学考试。周四，大家做完了试卷，正在检查。大家检查了一遍又一遍，终于，侯老师下达了命令，“交卷！”我们霎时一个个变得兴冲冲的，迫不及待地交上了试卷。我们度过了惊心动魄的考试环节，一个个像松开了的绳子似的，恢复啦往日的心情。

可没多久胆战心惊的日子又来到了。

周五，天气很好，大家也带着愉快的心情来到了学校，但一到数学课，就“晴转多云”了。原来，昨天，侯老师一停不停地改试卷，终于把试卷改完了。今天，就要公布考试成绩了，所以大家才担心考不好，个个心都快提到喉咙里来了。“李昕哲，87分，沈吴越，87分……”“什么！”我拿到试卷，差点没忍住叫出来。

在4点钟的时候，我做作业做的心不在焉，想着考的这么差，肯定要被妈骂死了。我想着想着，四点钟就下课了。在车上，我把考试成绩告诉了妈妈，果然不出我所料，妈妈的脸先是“晴转多云”又是“多云转阴”，最后竟然“阴转暴雨”了。

妈妈路上一个劲的批评我，我呢，一路上一个劲地承认错误。到了家，妈妈让我把试卷拿给她看，我们来到房间，我从书包里拿出《单元评价卷》，摆在妈妈面前，妈妈则一页页的给我分析起来。“你看你看，如果这些计算没错，那不就98分了吗？”妈妈说了一大堆分析的话，最后给我总结出了一个字——懒！

妈妈总结完之后越发生气，让我抄写“懒”直到吃完饭！我抄啊抄啊，转眼就吃晚饭了，我们吃完晚饭，我一个人默默地走进房间，独自反省起来。

我的脑袋里装满了问号：为什么会考差呢？我明明检查了呀？就在我苦苦思索的时候，妈妈走了进来，她的脸上不再是“下暴雨”，已经变成了“大晴天”，她和声细语的说：“你想想看，如果你没有把竖式给省略，是不是就没有错题了呢？如果没有错题是不是就能考好了呢？”我想了想，回答道：“对！”“那没写竖式是不是因为懒呢？”“是！”我恍然大悟，原来我之所以没考好，原来都是“懒”这个害人精在捣鬼，我下次绝对不会再上当了，“懒”，咱们走着瞧！

吃一堑，长一智，这次虽然没有考好，但我明白了一个大道理！

新学期的第一单元语文检测我考了一个令人十分不满意的分数——六十六分，这个分数是我有史以来最差的分数。怎么会考这么点分数呢？

平时上课不专心，考试前又没有好好复习。记得考试前一天的晚上，我本该在家里好好复习功课的，可我却呆呆地坐在电视机前，一动也不动，早已被电视机勾去了魂魄。那晚我把复习抛到九霄云外去了！第二天早上临时抱佛脚复习那么一小会儿。考试时发现有些难题不会做，想从同桌那儿参考些，可老师的眼光不停地向我们扫视着，我只得两眼向天花板上看，尽管如此，我还是想不出来。我跳过这一道题，准备做好其他的题目回头再做。在我还没有完成阅读题时下课铃声响起来了，我最害怕的就是这种声音，一旦响起，我未做完的考卷将被收走。我还有很多空格没填好，我用恳求的目光望着组长，组长对我说：“我收了后面的卷子再来收你的，你快点。”时间飞快地流逝着，不一会儿，组长又过来了，考试卷被无情地收走了，任凭我生拉硬拽也拿不回来了。我确定这一次考砸了，90分肯定不会有了，80分有点危险。如果被爸爸妈妈知道了我考得那么差，肯定会被骂，想着想着我心里不觉打起了寒战。好不容易熬到了下午，老师开始发考卷了，我的心怦怦乱跳着，我期盼着可以考个八十分，可等考卷发下来了一看我傻眼了，希望破灭了。六十六，挺顺利的数字，但却使我的心如同掉进了喜马拉雅山谷底。放学了，我垂头丧气地走进妈妈的车子里，妈妈得知了我的分数，因为在开车不便骂我。可一进家门，妈妈的痛骂和苦口婆心又开始了。晚上，爸爸回来了，他得知分数后大惊失色说：“你以前不是考得还好吗，今天怎么才考六十几分？”于是爸爸又对我深刻的教育了一番。

哎，如果时光能够倒流，我一定会专心听讲、认真复习、仔细答题，考一个好分数！哎，考试！
