一、画重点，不可免

每当我们考试的时候，画重点是我们首要的一步。别看它只是画线如此简单，可它的作用却十分惊人。例如：在数学中，当我们在做与分率有关的题目时，首先要画出单位“1”，再判断它是求单位“1”，还是已知单位“1”这样就可保证万无一失了。

二、解题意，作分析

每当我们考试的时候，总会遇到我们难以解答的题目，在这种情况下，我们首先要理解题目的意思，再作简要分析。例如：在做英语的语法题时：Could I have________juice？首先理解题目的意思，这道题目的意思是：我可以喝一些饮料吗？再作分析：any用在否定句或疑问句；some用在肯定句或祈使句，由此可得知，此处应用some。

三、完成后，再检查

每当我们考试的时候，有些题目是自己会的，但却因粗心大意而失分，那么，检查就可以起到很大的作用。在做语文的看拼音，写汉字时，一些易错的形近字常常使我们失分，例如：蜿蜒的“蜒”与蜻蜓的“蜓”；竟然的“竟”与竞争的“竞”等。类似于这样的字，在检查的时候要多加注意。

同学们，良好的考试习惯与成绩有着密不可分的关系，让我们一起养成良好的考试习惯，创造出一片蔚蓝的天空。

In a word, it’s not enough to use exams to evaluate the students. If the schools want to assess the students, they shouldd use different ways. Only in this way, the result may be fair.

一句话：只用考试来检测学生远远不够。如果学校要评估学生，那就应该用不同的方式。只有这样，结果才公正。

下午，随着上课铃响，同学们陆续走进教室，英语老师也捧着试卷慢慢的走进教室。老师站在讲台上严肃地说：“今天我们考试，请大家准备好考试用的东西。”我一听，呆呆地坐在那，想“唉，竟然是英语考试，这可是我最怕的事情，啊，真是悲剧啊！”想完，只见老师发下试卷，说：“现在开始考试。”唉，只能写了。于是，我硬着头皮，乱写一通。

咦？这个怎么写呀！于是我想呀，想呀……忽然，我觉得试卷正面好像有这道题目，于是，我把试卷翻过来，看了一下，果然有这道题目，然后，我把填的答案抄过来，这样，这道题目就做完了。

过了半个小时，我的试卷做完了，看了看时间，快要下课了，于是我检查了一遍。过了一分钟，下课铃响了，我把试卷交了上去，静静的离开了教室。

听到成绩的时候我自己也很满意，在本校排十三名，在友好学校联考中排名四十二，每次期末考试都是和几个友好学校用同样的试卷考试，然后有一个五个学校总的排名，而在这排名前一百的同学里都会有相应的奖学金。

每次考完试就直接回家了，并不知道成绩，等到开学之后还像平常一样上课。只不过比平时多了一些紧张，因为实验班是学校比较好的班级，成绩是比较好的，讲课的速度和方式也都不一样，所以班级里的同学也是流动的，不是固定不变的，这个班级只留四十五个人，也就是按年纪排名来留人，四十五名以后的同学就要离开去别的班级，别的班级考的好，可以选择来实验班，继续留在原来的班级也可以。一句话，就是优胜劣汰吧，适者生存。

这几天表现也没有平常那么张扬，很明显的能感觉到班级里压抑的气氛，毕竟还是原来的人比较多，同窗学习，谁也不想离开这么好的学习环境，还有这些好同学。

本来就多愁善感的我这几天更是想了很多，每次走着回班级的楼梯，想着如果自己还能走这个楼梯，自己一定好好珍惜，更加努力的学习。翻开多半年没有打开的日记本，一点一点的写着自己复杂的心情，其实不想走，其实我想留。

该来的还是来了，班主任拿着成绩单，原本忙着写卷子的我们都盯着那张成绩单，可是老师没有读出来，可能有些不忍心吧，老师自己看了好一会，然后贴在了班级的墙上。

这时候真希望自己有千里眼啊，能看到自己的排名，已经没有心思继续写卷子了，终于捱到下课，我们一窝蜂的跑到成绩单前面，我在后面寻找自己的名字，没有我，在前面吗，一点点的看向前面的排名，看到了，看到了自己的名字，班级十三，年级十三，学校联考四十二，也就是说我考的还可以，可以留下来了，而且还有奖学金哦，哈哈，好开心。

激动人心的时刻到了！我们的数学分数出来了！我们每个人都怀着一颗紧张的心情等待着老师念分数。这时候，老师不急不缓的念起了分数来！李常浩——100分，李可馨——99。5分…………老师就这样念着，我不知道我会考的怎么样，不知道我会不会超过我的对手。

该念语文分了！我的语文分数竟然另我不可思议，87分。你们可能觉得这87分非常少，但是我们班最高分就是89分，我是87分，全班第三。我高兴地一蹦三尺高。

该念英语分了！我想：“惨了！惨了！我肯定考不到前15名了！”但是我考了84分，很多同学可能会问，怎么可能？你瞎编的吧！你不是83分吗？但是因为判卷老师判错了星期三我写对对着呢！老师判错了！韩老师也说判错了！所以我是84分，第15名。

虽然我语文、英语考得不赖，但是数学不行，所以我一定要加把劲。

经过总校统一安排，我们完成了前半学期的教育教学工作。现就这次期中考试过程的关键点，以及在今后的有限教学时间里，优化教学，完善教学管理，查缺补漏，总体提高教学质量，做如下分析汇报：

一、期中考试情况分析

1、试题方面：本次考试试题是由总校统一组织命题，就整个试题而言，除个别科目考题偏难，(选题角度的不同)偏易外，其余基本都体现了目前考试命题要求：注重基础、体现能力。

2、成绩情况：从总体成绩上看，大部分学科与上学期相比都有所提高，各年级优秀率有所提高，及格率明显增加。

3、考试所暴露的问题

①学生基础差

各年级都存在着部分学生基础太差，同班学生中，单科成绩差距太大，个别学生单科成绩个位数。例如：六年级的英语低分率较高,达到18%,三年级的数学、英语都在20%以上，这些都反映出学生的基础太差。

②学生的思想认识、学习态度问题

各年级都存在着部分学生学习目的不明确，学习方法不对头，没有养成在学习新课之前预习，在学习新知识的同时复习旧知识，在复习旧知识的同时求取新知识的习惯，学习浮于表面，敷衍行事，不能静心去学习，致使一些常见的应该熟知的知识不能正确解答。

③审题能力

试题的入题深度的确定和入题方法的选择，决定了学生审题能力的高低。大部分学生不知“磨刀不误砍柴功”这个道理，勿忙审题，甚至说匆忙做题，就连基本的思考过程都没有，或失之于思维方法偏颇，或失之于入题角度不正确，或失之于完成过程草草。答题语言的组织，缺乏准确性和逻辑性。前言不搭后语。

二、今后教学工作思路

期中考试之后的教学已经进入了后半期，即进行新课学习和综合训练阶段，在这一阶段我们认为应着重做好以下几个方面的工作。

1、注重基础，精讲精练。

在教学中，我们教师都把基础知识的传授与训练做为重点，能够多次严格训练以求达到夯实基础的目的。但事实不完全如我们所愿，仍存在基础知识与基本技能相脱节的现象。应当看到，所谓夯实基础，绝不只是背熟课本，增加练习题的数目而已，而是在深入理解的基础上，能够进行知识迁移，能够熟练地运用，把知识转化为解决实际问题的能力，这才叫夯实基础。

2、强化训练，查缺补漏，提高能力

我们在教学中，都非常注重训练与检测，学校要求进行周检测，单元检测，这在很大程度上，起到巩固知识，检测课堂教与学的效果，查缺补漏的作用。但是根据我们检测的过程和结果来看，我们的学生有时在课堂上觉得学习的很好了，拿起书来一看，概念原理什么都明白，但一遇到考试，或者稍具综合性的题目，需要这些概念，原理解决问题时，却又感觉似是而非，吃不准，有时还得再需要看看课本怎样说的。之所以出现这种现象，究其根源就是平时只注重做题，满足于做对，缺乏对概念、原理的深挖、细抠，没有注重形成宽泛的，严密的知识体系。因此，我们在做检测训练工作时，设置的习题要结合学生实际，选择那些有多种解法的练习题，让学生精练，做到一题多变、多解、多题一解。拓展外延，分析归纳，做一题、学一法、分一类、通一片。

3、分类指导，分层辅导，个别辅导。

各科在进行整体教学的同时，要分层抓好三类生的工作(优、中、学困生)如优生的培养，做到及早抓，抓好抓实，可打破单科界线，集中优势力量进行，各科齐抓共管，课上组织优秀生讨论难题，典型题，课外增加布置新的内容，课下可个别面批、辅导。中间生，要常抓不懈，课堂教学时，要盯紧不放，课外辅导工作更应做细做实。要掌握好尺度，大胆降低难以达到的训练要求，放弃预计无法突破的知识，尽量腾出更多自我消化的时间。学困生的工作，难度最大，也是一直影响我们整体成绩的组成部分。这些学生，需要我们教师要有耐心，细心和爱心，把学困生成绩提高工作，当做一场持久战争去考虑。各科要协调做战，齐抓共管。当面辅导，当面批改作业及检测跟踪辅导可能会有效果。

总之，今后工作应做细、做实、做好，细节决定成败，付出决定命运，只要我们再执着地追求，不放弃每个细节，成功就会属于我们。

发数学试卷了。这次一定考得很好，记得考试过程我都觉得挺顺利的，所以考的肯定不会差。“孙庶哲”我赶紧去看：“啊！竟然数学我考了93。5分，这个分数也不理想了。”我认真看了一下试卷：粗心！粗心！还是粗心！错的全都在计算和填空上，竖式我太粗心了，把“5”写成“0”，一下子扣了3分；填空我没有认真想就填上去了，我这个粗心的毛病什么时候才能改掉啊！

语文数学都考得不好，唯一希望在英语了。平时我的英语成绩是我最自豪的！英语试卷还没发到我，我心里想：不是100分就是98分！试卷发下来了，我竟然又只考了88分！顿时我的脑子一片空白，呆在了那里，几分钟都没反应过来。等我反应过来，认真的看试卷：都错在听力上，都是我太骄傲太轻敌了，我真想回到考试之前，再重考一次。可是这又怎么可能呢？我现在真想挖个洞把自己藏起来，真的没脸见人了。

爸爸妈妈知道了我的成绩，平和的对我说：“没关系，认识到错误，下学期改掉，就行了。”我知道爸爸妈妈这是对我的鼓励，其实爸爸妈妈心里非常难过。

本来天像一个发了霉的汤圆一样，黑沉沉的。但在爸爸妈妈一再鼓励下，我们走出校门的时候天空慢慢变得明朗起来了。啊！明天一定是一个好天气！

11月12日星期日晴

今天是我们考完期中考试的第二天了。成绩也出来了。

今天老师告诉我们，期中的考试成绩出来了，我们的心里个个都像打了鸡血一样，既紧张又兴奋。第一节课的是一个主课语文课。当班主任老师走进了班里的时候，手上还拿这一滩卷子，老师手里拿着的就是我们语文期中考试的卷子。

老师走像了讲台，我的心里忐忑不安，怕我考不好了又要遇到三次的巨大暴风雨。我的心里立马紧张了起来，老师念了一个又一个人的名字，一个又一个的分数。当念到了我的名字的时候，我考了七十多分，我的脸上立马沮丧起来，因为这几股暴风雨我肯定得收招。

第二节课也是正科，数学课。数学老师也是拿着一滩卷子来到了讲台上，又是一个又一个的人，一个又一个的分。又是念到我的名字以后，我又是一个很差的分数。我感觉我要死定了。

到了第最后一节课又是正科，英语课。我还是考了一个很差的分数。我已经非常的绝望了，语、数、英三科的成绩都不是我理想的成绩，和我理想的成绩还差的好远好远。我突然感觉今天的时间过得好漫长。

My Views on Examinations

Since school comes into being， the test standard has been used to appraise performance of students。 So far it is still being used， which may suggest that actually there are some advantages in it。 However， it is also highly possible that the test standard is a not ideal way to find out what students have learned and what they havent。 Most school is still using it just because there is no better method to replace it。

In my opinion， the following three points are the critical flaws in the test standard。

One of the most harmful effects on the test method is that it will force us to study just for passing tests， not for acquiring knowledge especially in China。 Obviously the final object of education is XXX us intellective by learning more knowledge。 While the test is only a way to examine the level of students studies， it has been deteriorated to a sifter deciding the fate of students。 Why can it be called a terrible sifter？ Now in the tests， which decide who can enter a higher school， thousands of poor students， who want a splendid future， must prepare for the tests by finishing a great deal of practices。 Those practice tests are heavy-laden to them。 So in this case， how can they be expected to study to obtain knowledge？ To them that are enough if they can reach the level which tests need。 In the end what our nation will get， genuine persons with ability or just test robots？
