初三，我彻底放下手机和电脑，开始尽可能往前冲，但还是很难做到，我们班的纪律问题，还是让我们班主任很头疼，有时，我想听课，但静不下心来听，但我始终坚持着，至少，我不能跟着那些不要好的人闹。课后，那让妈妈帮我补习。终于，期中考试，我的数学也及格了!召开潜力生会议的时候，我还被叫上台去领奖，校长发给我那本带奖的本子，我至今还珍藏着。

至此以后，我更加奋发努力地去学习，在喧嚣吵闹的环境下学习，真的很艰难，但我坚持下来了，一模考试，我从倒数冲到了第30名，那些上课捣乱的、不听的都被我远远地甩在了后面，这次我终于收获了真正的好成绩。

我坚信，只要愿意去学，不被外界因素干扰，成绩就会更上一层楼。

七年级测验的数学试卷，发下来了，我简直不敢相信自己的眼睛，数学一直是我的强项，这回竟只考了77分，顿时，我傻了眼，像一个傻子坐在自己的位上。

回想起当时：我一拿到数学试卷就不禁暗暗自喜：这张试卷上百分之八十是老师讲过的原题或同类题，还以为自己能考好，可是……

放学了，我心里七上八下，忐忑不安。我想这次爸爸一定会大发雷霆，而妈妈一定是失望的唉声叹气。可今天，回家的路竟如此漫长。我做的很慢很慢，连蜗牛都能超过我，路旁的大树“哗哗”作响，好像在嘲笑我……

到家了，一进门，我就躲进自己的房间里。我心里难受极了：我还拍爸爸大声的呵斥，也还拍妈妈难过的眼神。可总是要面对呀。

一直挨到睡前，我才把试卷拿出来给妈妈签字。妈妈浏览了一下试卷，皱了皱眉头但立刻又舒展开了，又微笑着把试卷递给爸爸，爸爸接过试卷看了看分数说：“既然数学是你的强科，你这纯属是粗心大意。”他将试卷放下，走过来摸了摸我的头很平静的对我说：“不早了，睡吧。把试卷放在这儿明天早晨我再签字下次加油吧。”

第二天一清早，我看见客厅的茶几上放着两份试卷。我很纳闷：怎么是两份呢？拿起一看，我的眼泪簌簌地流了下来。那份并不是试卷而是爸妈留给我的信条：

儿子：试卷字已签。我和你爸爸看了你的试卷，帮你分析了原因。相信你在今后的考试中不会再犯同样的错误。早饭在菜柜里。晚上见。

这一次考试成绩在我的意料之外。爸爸妈妈对待这次考试成绩的态度更在我的意料之外。让我和爸爸妈妈的关系更加紧密，也让我懂得了：失败给我最好的礼物就是一个教训：一定要把题目读完，认真对待每一道题，不能马虎大意，试题写完后，认真检查，反复检验，不再换同样的错误，让这次考试作为前进的起点。

Examination is the most familiar word to the students for we all need to face it. Each existence has its own reason. The exam which has existed for long time also has its advantages. Firstly, it can check how much or how hard you learned in this period of time. This can make you learn more about the study situation of yourself. Secondly, you can see some defects via the exam. Then you can decide how to correct them.

Meanwhile, exam also has some disadvantages. Some schools take too much exam even makes it as a burden to the students. If teachers and parents regard the exam as the most important thing, the students would feel stressful. These maybes lead to cheating.

So, we should take the appropriate attitude towards the examination. If everyone does so, exams will no more scare.

对这次考试进行了一次彻底的分析，这次月考没有考好，总结原因如下：

一、学生对英语考试的态度不端正，遇到难一点的题不是去分析而是瞎做，遇到不会就不做。

二、作为教师缺少了在学生心中的威信。回想一个月以来我一向定位错误没有把自我定位于学生的老师而是学生的朋友，很少对学生严厉的惩罚，以致于学生敷衍了事，课上瞬时记忆，课后缺乏落实，根本无视英语考试的严肃性与重要性。

三、教师与学生都没有处理好兴趣与知识学习的关系。作为教师过于注重学生的兴趣，导致学生有兴趣就愿意学，没兴趣就不想学。

语重心长地说了这么多，我明白这些远远不够，最重要的还是今后工作中该怎样做：

首先，今后在教学过程中对学生要严格要求，和学生建立亦师亦友的关系，重新建立在学生心中威信，让学生从心里佩服尊敬自我。

其次，适当地多做题，是学生养成良好的解题习惯。

最后，教师与学生都要调整心态，正确应对考试，尽快从失败的阴影中走出来，为期中考试做好充分准备，争取打一场悲壮彻底、问心无愧的战役。

My eating habits are good.For example, I often eat healthy foods, like wholemeal bread, eggs, vegetables and milk for breakfast and rice, noodles, and vegetables for dinner.
