为进一步推动基层党组织建设，推进“两学一做”学习教育常态化制度化，进一步落实“三服务”一线工作，完善网格化管理模式，6月28日，在建党96周年到来之际，湖南省长沙市岳麓区咸嘉湖街道西大门社区联合岳麓区城建投，在高信向日葵小区12栋前坪广场举行了“红色引擎•结对联盟•共筑和谐”主题党日暨庆“七一”活动，岳麓区委常委、区委组织部部长彭利芝出席。

西大门社区“共享+红色基金”成立于2009年10月，基金主要由驻社区企事业单位、支部党员以及社会各界爱心人士捐赠，用于支部建设、党内关爱、共建活动等。截至2017年5月，基金累计开展各类支部活动17场次，慰问困难党员、群众380户次，发放慰问金23万余元。

接着，岳麓区城建投党支部与西大门社区党支部签订了支部结对共建协议，组织公司全体党员及业务骨干走进社区、支援社区、服务社区。区城建投相关负责人表示：“为了充分发挥基层党组织的‘红色引擎’作用，聚合帮扶动能，我们决定以庆祝建党96周年为契机，在继续深入推进‘三服务’一线工作的基础上，与西大门社区党支部结对共建，希望通过两项工作融合开展，共建联盟，共享资源，构建结对帮扶、双向促进、共同提高的基层党建工作新格局。”

彭利芝指出，西大门社区要以结对共建为契机，充分利用好区城建投的人才、资金、技术等资源优势，以“主题党日”活动为抓手，开展形式多样、主题多元、意义多重的主题党日活动，在活动中让党员加强沟通、增进感情、凝聚人心，不断建强基层党组织战斗堡垒。区城建投党支部也要深入百姓需求，在西大门社区党组织发展瓶颈上想办法，把资金资源用在点子上，把好事实事办到老百姓的心坎上。

咸嘉湖街道相关负责人表示，接下来，西大门社区将以“两学一做”学习教育为契机，通过网格长联党小组、党员联困难群众，促作风转变、促民生改善，以志愿服务活动为抓手，走进群众、贴近基层，听群众呼声、解群众难题，以良好的风气和形象，影响和带动群众共同推进社区发展。
