江西省定南县 实验学校四班 潘孟 米，却成了几百万人民解放军的排头兵；他的体重不足50公斤，却像一块巨石，激起我们心灵深处的层层浪花。他就是一心为人民，甘愿做”傻子”的雷锋叔叔。

雷锋叔叔他竟然不会休息，为他人甘愿受苦受累。星期日不是帮同志们洗补衣服，就是帮工人搬运红砖。就连出差也不休息，不是帮旅客做事，就是帮服务员干活，累得满头大汗，心里还热乎乎的。难道他不知道休息休息该多么舒服？

他的袜子补了又补，有数不清的补丁，却舍不得买一双新的，总是补了又穿，穿了又补。别人把他的袜子扔到垃圾桶里，他还把袜子捡回来，舍不得扔掉。为自己，他一分钱也舍不得花啊！

可是，辽阳市遭受了洪水的灾害，雷锋叔叔却毫不犹豫地把自己省吃俭用积存的100元钱寄给了灾区人民，还不让别人知道。有的人怎么不会说他是个“傻子”呢？

可雷锋叔叔却说，他甘愿做一个“傻子”，一个一心为人民一心为祖国的“傻子”！

是啊，我们的社会需要雷锋这样的“傻子”，我们的人民需要这样的“傻子”，我们身边的“傻子”还不少呢！学校组织的植树活动，同学们拿出自己平时舍不得花的零钱，捐给了学校买小树苗。不正像雷锋叔叔那样？把自己积存的钱无私的捐给了灾区人民；有的同学捡到了手机、钱自己不用，却将它交到了学校，归还给失主；有的同学在火车、列车上主动给老奶奶让座；还有的同学宁愿坐别人的坏凳子，却把自己的好凳子让给别人……他们不也是人民喜欢，人民需要的“傻子”吗？

我想读了《雷锋日记》以后，肯定会有更多像雷锋叔叔那样一心为人民，甘愿做“傻子”的人。
