Nowadays, with the development of technology, the market competition is

fierce and people feel great pressure. In order to improve the working

efficiency, they force themselves to work overtime. However, they are not

machine and need to slow down life pace, or they will break down sooner or

later.

We cant slow down the working hour, but we can control our private time. A

lot of young people mix with working time and private time, so they cant enjoy

their life and feel depressed all the time. The smart person will find the

balance. They will put aside the working stuff when the clock tells them that it

is time to be off work and find the way to release their pressure, such as

KTV.

Spending the time with friends and families is always a good way to enjoy

our time. No matter what kind of difficulties we face, when we recall of these

happy moments, we will have motivation to move on. We cant choose everything we

want, but we can adjust ourselves to the environment and keep the good mood.

Once life pace slows down, we control our life.

I decided to be a middle teacher after college. There are many reasons contribute to this decision.

Firstly, when I was a little/boy, I have been dreaming of being a teacher. It seemed so fascinate to me and I hope I can make my dream come true.

And, I like so much to be with middle school students. Most of the students at that age are full of youthful spirity and I am sure their passion would pass to me. I will retain all the zest of adolescence.

Most people miss their grade school days and think they are the happiest time of their life, but whenever I recall them I cannot help feeling a little sad. In my young days I disliked any dismal atmosphere and could not bear the feeling of loneliness, yet the fact was that I often lived in a dismal home and frequently had the bitter taste of lonesomeness. I was not cheerful even in the company of my classmates at the grade school I attended. When I was alone at home the dismal atmosphere often filled me with fear even though thought here went to work in the morning but always came later than I did. For a young person like me t was too bad. Not until I was about sixteen years old had I outgrown t feeling of fear. Then there was that nagging feeling of loneliness either at home of at school. My father changed his job several times and with each change of his job we had to move and I had to attend a different grade school. Before I finished my elementary education I had attended three grade schools and thus it was difficult for me to cultivate enduring friendships. The feeling of being friendless was a constant source of pain to me. Those unhappy grade school days have of course long been over. I still have an abhorrence for any dismal atmosphere and lonesomeness, but hardened by experience I now find them less disturbing than they were.

在现在的生活当中有许多的人沉浸在过去的生活中、或是未来的幻想中，可是他们并不知道这样只是浪费现有的光阴，“百川东到海，何时复西归”这些都告诉了我们时间的珍贵，如果我们只去回忆过去的错误和辉煌、幻想未来的美好，而不去把握现在，那么一切的事情都只是空谈。

所以我们要把握住现在的时光，但是我们如何把握住现在的时光呢？我认为首先要有一个事实可行的事情作为目标，然后为了这个目标去努力的奋斗，这样才能够取得成功，但是这一条道路并不是一帆风顺的，这是一条充满着挫折困难的路，面对这条路我们千万不要迟疑，这条路的最后一定是充满阳光的。千万别因为等待“最佳时机”而让沸腾的思想冷却下来，那样只能让我们失去一个精彩的今天。

把握现在，也是坦然地面对自己与他人，不必为失去的机遇而扼腕长叹，也不必为不公平的现象而患得患失。因为谁都想充分证实自己，实现与理想毫不相悖的人生价值。但是，期望与现实往往发生冲突，我们所获得的未必是所期望的，所以不如现在我们就踏踏实实地去收获一份真实的自我。不仅如此，把握现在，还是充分地体验生活中的幸福与快乐。因此我们不必苛求生活的美好。反倒是一份称心的成绩，一个健康的身体，一份温暖的母爱……却能够成为我们幸福与快乐。但是与之相反的，病魔的光临，亲情的疏离……有时也让我们无法逃避却又带着一丝的幻想。不过让我们换一种思维去思考这件事情，却能够在痛苦的体验当中，更加的领悟到什么叫幸福与快乐，从而懂得把握现在和加倍珍惜今天的拥有。所以把握现在也是获得一个真正的自我、有幸福快乐的自我。

让我们把握现在吧！这样也就是把握住了未来，有了一个辉煌的今天更辉煌的未来将向你召唤。

美丽的音符

早晨，金黄色的太阳从那地平线上升起的时候，我学习生活的五线谱也开始描绘。听，那一间间富有文化气息的教室里传来了同学们的朗朗读书声，"风声、雨声、读书声，声声入耳，家事、国事、天下事，事事关心"。这难道不是我们莘莘学子的真实写照吗？看，那一间间整洁明亮的富有欢乐的教室里传来了老师的XYZ、ABC。老师们开心地授课，学子们欢快地学习，共同为美好的生活欢唱，谱写出一个个美丽的音符。

As implied in the name, “low-carbon” lifestyle is a kind of new pattern of

lifestyle which aims to lowering the carbon dioxide emission in living as much

as possible. For example, some office workers are not proud of driving private

cars from work to home any more but pride themselves on riding or taking public

transportation. In addition, they advocate recycling water and saving energy as

much as they can.

As college students, we also make some contribution in our daily life to

下班了，我旁边的闹铃不停的说着，我按下闹铃，它变成了机器人走到门前关掉了制氧机。在地球环境恶劣，不再适合人类居住，所以我们就搬到火星住了，可是火星上不能相互传输信号，所以人类还是选择了地球作为工作的场所。

My school life is very common. I get up at six o’clock every morning from Monday to Friday. And the I would go running with my classmates, as our head teacher says health is the most important thing. After running I have to do morning exercises on the playground. Then I can have breakfast. Having breakfast, I need to have morning reading. 回到家，我又试着戴上那副指甲，在妈妈掺扶下来到古筝旁，我慢慢地坐下来，刚想弹琴那十指连心的痛向我涌来，我不由地痛苦地呻吟着，这追心的痛让我玩法静下心来，我哭了。居里夫人，自信与天赋在我脑海中浮现。对，一定要打起精神。

伤快好了，我的曲子也差不多了，只等着考级上大显身手。我一直在疑惑，是谁在默默的鼓励着我呢?

是自信!自信真的最重要吗?是的，自信其实最重要，在人们的生活中，面对任何人，任何事物，都有要学会自信。

the development of science and technology have brought about many changes in peoples life. for eample, the invention of television and space rocket have opened a new era for mankind. through the use of tv people can hear the sound and learn the events happening thousands of miles away. owing to the invention of spaceship and rocket, the dream of mans landing on the moon has now come true.

science and technology also play an important role in our socialist construction. we may say, our socialist construction is just like a skyscraper, while science and technology are its base. without the base, the skyscraper cant be built. therefore, we should try our best to contribute to the development of science and technology so as to provide a more solid base to build our country.

“这是哪里？什么？我竟然穿越到了异界，怎么回事？怎么会有两个我，难道我遇到了未来的自己？”我不由得兴奋起来，我的梦想竟然成真了，我那一瞬间变状若疯癫的狂笑了起来。那是一个勇敢敢拼、不畏惧任何事物、勤奋刻苦修炼、拥有雄心壮志、乐于助人的美男子。当然，这是后面才发现的，而我在第一遍看到他时，最终不由得蹦出了两个字：弱鸡。因为他是在太弱了，在这个以武为尊的世界里，他的修为达到了最底层。我一路跟随他，想要知道未来的自己到底是什么样的人，随着他的成长，成为了一代强者，但是他却没有丝毫强者的架子，依然是乐于助人，就像是邻家的老爷爷一样。但是好景不长，那个世界的时代大破灭竟然来了，来自于天外的生灵疯狂屠杀在他们看来弱小的“宠物”。他不顾自身安危，已然进入了公认的第一险地，经过数次的在生死之间徘徊，自身的境界达到了一个全新的高度，以不可阻挡的强势，神挡杀神，佛挡杀佛，将来自于天外的残忍生灵杀了个干净，那场景，不正是我日思夜想的嘛？在经过天外生灵后，时空大破灭来临，他却不顾自身安危的与天道作对，人人都认为那是不可阻挡的存在。在他濒临死亡的时候，却大吼一声：我的人生，我要自己做主，不可让外人把控，我要的是自由，我的路是一条人生的旅程，我的道就是方向，顺着这个方向走下去。追寻真谛，掌控自由。拥有自在！人生，就是一次又一次的经历，亦或者说，不同的经历，造就不同的人生，如经历了寒风，会成为雪，经历了炙阳，会成为雨?经历什么样的人生，就会成为什么样子，如此，生命才会精彩。我不会放弃，既然我没有斩灭此地的宏远，也没有沉沦在内的懦弱，我有的只是想去决定自己的脚步，掌握自己的命运，若我无法选择出生，那么我就要去选择死亡的方式。于是便爆发了自己的极限，“修吾传承之法，不敬天地，不畏鬼神，翻手掀去苍穹，低头大地哀鸣！”看得我气血翻滚，那种霸气，那种精神......我兴奋的醒了过来，再知道那只是梦后，有些遗憾。但是很快，我便恢复了过来，虽然我不能成为那样的存在，但是在我心中，他永远是我未来的我。

“轰隆”一声，一道雷霆便消失了，雨过天晴，好像是在为我而高兴。

The dream is flying at the foot of the Great Wall. Hope will kindle in our

mind. A lamp in the darkness guides us in the direction. Remember, Socrates

said, "nothing in the world is happier than striving for dreams.". I never doubt

it, because dreams can become reality as long as they struggle. Even if no

success, we do not regret, because we have at least tried for the dream, but

also struggled. Everyone is eager to succeed, but also all his life to this

goal.
