Healthful eating is also easier than ever now. When people cook, they use new fat substitutes and cooking sprays to cut fat and calories. This reduces the risk of heart disease and high cholesterol. Additionally, we can buy fruits and vegetable fresh, frozen or canned. They are easy to prepare, so many of us eat more of those nutritious items daily. A hundred years ago, you couldn’t imagine the process of taking some frozen fruit and ice from the freezer, adding some low-fat yogurt from a plastic cup and some juice from a can in the refrigerator, and whipping up a low-fat smoothie in the blender!

Our lifestyle is fast, but people still like good food. What new food preparation technology has given us is more choices. Today, we can prepare food that is more convenient, healthier, and of greater variety than ever before in history.

英语也发生了失误，虽说主观部分做的挺好，但是有的语法还没真正掌握，语言点没有及时复习，在选择部分失分较多。上小爵爷时并没有认真听讲，做题时考到就方寸大乱，特别棘手。

语文最主要的还是字迹问题，拱手送出1分，虽然老师，父母经常督促我，但我还是屡教不改，这次尝到了苦头，下定决心把字写端正，不求有多好，只要清晰，端正。阅读想到就写，体会作者当时的情感，答题标准。

数学考得还算满意，只要仔细读题，放慢做题速度，我还是能做好的，但还是要及时做培优题，课外题。

如果有一天，随着科学技术的发展，我想那时我们世界的东西一定会有所改变的。那是我们住的房子一定不会像现在的房子那么普通，而是有很多的功能的。房门只要看到主人它才会自动的打开。房子里的柜子等东西，它开始是隐藏着的，但我们只要按一下功能按钮，它就会自动的出来的。而且房子在夏天时它会自动的变得凉爽起来，到了冬天它也会变得很热。在房顶上还有一双如天使般的翅膀，上面有三个按钮，其中的一双按钮是可以飞上蓝天的，另一个是降落的，最后一个按钮可以下到海洋里观看海里生物。

那时我们的衣服应该也估计也会改变的。我们永远只穿一件衣服，那衣服可以冬暖夏凉。你们认为它一定会烂吧。不过你们不用担心，它是永远不会烂的，它是采用好的布料做的。而且衣服脏了只要按一下按钮，它就会自动的冲洗干净，同时衣服也不是湿的。

你们说科技很好吧！但科技是靠我们人类好好学习去创造的。

Olympic Games hold every four years and I like to watch the matches so

much. People always pay much attention to the champions, while for me, the

inspiring players are easier to catch my attention. Though some players do not

get the prize, they deserve applause as the champions have. I remembered that in

the Beijing Olympics, in women’s 100-meter-race, a girl looked different from

other athletes, because she worn scarf and was from Afghanistan. She lagged much

behind other athletes, but she still got the intense applause. She showed to the

world that Afghan women could join this big event. Her insistence helped her to

come to the world stage.

People always say that if you want to be successful, then you need to never

give up. I agree with it. The power of insistence is infinite. It can bring us

to our destination. I have made up my mind to finish the task in the planned

time. At the beginning, I would write my homework once I got home and I finished

it quickly without other’s interruption. But sometimes my friends came to my

house and asked me to join the activity, and I would say yes without hesitation.

When I got home was almost ten o’clock, all I wanted to do was to sleep, but

thinking about the homework, then I decided to finish it and refused to leave

them another day. Today’s thing should be done in today. That’s my faith. My

insistence helps me to be an excellent student.

我的未来不是梦。15年后，我将赢得NBA总决赛奖杯奥布莱恩杯。

那时候27岁的我已经是20--年的NBA状元，效力于我最喜欢的球队——金州勇士队。我现在的名气肯定会超过库里和詹姆斯。也许，就像詹姆斯去看库里打球一样，我的偶像库里会来看我打球!

20--年6月18日，NBA总决赛第七场，旧金山湾区竞技场，勇士主场迎战猛龙。这场比赛我会是首发控卫，而猛龙会有我的小学同学王海富作为首发中锋。这场比赛将决定最终谁会赢得奥布莱恩杯。

勇士在前三节一直领先，但猛龙在第四节最后一分钟追平比分。比赛还剩最后10秒，猛龙领先2分。我的心几乎要跳出嗓子眼，仿佛能听到自己的心怦怦直跳。我告诉自己要冷静，冷静，再冷静。我持球，王海富拦截。面对曾经的队友，我比任何人都更想赢得这场比赛。我用库里最好的三分球结束了比赛。球掉进了篮筐，大家欢呼起来。我拥抱运动员，互相击掌祝贺。就在大家都以为勇士夺冠的时候，裁判吹响了哨子，宣布我投篮的时候比赛其实已经结束了。这一次，刚刚输掉战斗的猛龙，让队像疯子一样欢呼起来。我们呆若木鸡，悲伤地离开了。我下定决心要魔鬼训练，一定要打败猛龙。

之后我更努力的训练。科比说：“你见过凌晨4点的洛杉矶吗?”凌晨3点看过旧金山，因为脑子里总有一个声音在回响：我要赢!

时间终于来到了20--年6月18日，旧金山湾区竞技场，NBA总决赛第七场，勇士主场迎战猛龙。同样的日期，同样的地点，同样的对手。历史总是如此相似。再次面对王海夫，我已经不是当年的我了。

最后一节猛龙领先两分，又是同样的一幕。最后十秒钟，我毫不犹豫带球前进，传球给王海夫。一个完美的假动作躲过了防守队员。王海富继续补防。我直接开枪了。我一投篮，就摔倒在地上，因为我失去了平衡。时间似乎静止了，现场所有人都在盯着关系到两队命运的关键球，最后进入网穴。同样的场景，不同的结果。我终于拿起了奥布莱恩杯，兴奋地向大家挥手。难以置信，我看到库里在人群中对我竖起大拇指。

我的未来不是梦。我相信，只要我有梦想，有目标，勇敢的追求，努力的工作，我的梦想一定会实现。当然，到那个时候，我将成为中国第一个篮球运动员，带领中国队夺得男篮世锦赛冠军，站上国际领奖台!

Last weekend, On Saturday morning I got up at 6;30. After breakfast I did

my homework at home.

In the afternoon , I played football with my friends on our playgroud. In

the evening I watched TV with my parents at home.

On Sunday morning I went to visit my grandparents with my mother. In the

afternoon I went to go fishing with my grandpa. We had a good time . I went back

home with my mother in the evening. What a wonderfu weekend !

Ithink much about my future that it’s good. First of all, I must have a healthybody so that I can work or do anything. I strongly support that saying that thebody is the root of the revolution. Besides, I think I will have a harmoniousfamily with my wife and children. I am the support of my family. I must workhard for them, so a good job is necessary. I want to be an engineer that earnsa lot. And I will support my parents and my wife’s. From this point, a good jobis extremely important. However, I hope I still have some free time forleisure, like traveling or do something I like. In short, I want a peace butrich future with my families.

关于我的未来，我畅想过很多，它是美好的。首先，我必须要有一个健康的身体保证我能工作或做别的事情。我十分赞同“身体是革命的本钱”这一说法。此外，我也会和我的妻子和孩子组建一个和谐美满的家庭，我是家里的支柱。我要为他们努力工作，所以一份好的工作也是必不可少的。我想成为一名工程师，这挣得比较多。我也要赡养我和我妻子的父母，从这点来看，一份好的工作就显得十分重要了。但是，我仍然希望我闲暇空余的时间，去旅旅游或者做我想做的事。简单来说，我想要的未来就和家人一起过平淡富足的日子。

时间在不知不觉间已从指尖流逝，如白驹过隙般，轻松的初一已经过去，经历了漫长的暑假，迎来了新的开始——初二。

新学期新气象，初二紧张的学习氛围已经打开。杜老师说过，初二是一个十分重要的时期，我们会变得浮躁，会叛逆。而且初二是一个转折点，它增加了一门物理，是逐渐拉开差距的一年，无形中给我们增加了更多的压力。

在摸底考试中，我考得并不理想。《钢铁》中许多人名都不记全，说明我看书也是走马观花式，并没有去认真推敲和记忆。英语也没有进步多少，让我懊恼的是错了不少会做的题，说明我做题时太过浮躁。

初二新学期，我应该加倍努力。勤能补拙是良训，我要少点骄傲多些勤奋。最主要找到能使自己学习成绩提升的好方法，改变自己，成为另一个优秀的我。

新学期，家长为我们做了很多，将教室的墙重新粉刷，带来了许多绿色植物，让教室生机勃勃，虽然已经入秋，却充满了春的韵律。

在这么好的环境下我们应该用满意的成绩去回报他们的辛勤付出。
