My teacher gave me an assignment "experience life" last week. I had been thinking how to finish it because I had never done any thing by myself before.

Mother was out today. It was a good chance to complete the assignment. Seeing the barrel was empty, I decided to fetch water from the well.

I took the empty barrel and went towards the well outside the yard. It snowed yesterday, so the alley was very slippery. A layer of thickice was frozen on the platform of the well. I was frightened by the sight, but I gathered my courage to walk towards it.

The alley was so slippery that I walked with difficultly. Suddenly, I slipped and fell down, water in the barrel totally poured down on the ground. I stepped on the platform carefully. After standing steadily and squatting down slowly, I hooked the barrel at the end of the rope and put the rope down slowly. I made an effort to drag the barrel up after it was filled with water. I was very careful because it was easy to slip and fall. Then, I carried the barrel of water and returned to my house. My figners were frozen stiff. I realized my effort was in vain. I hated myself.

I failed to finish the assignment but I did experience life through a trifle which seemed easy but difficult to do well. Such was my first experience of life.

A famous saying goes like this: knowledge is power. And the knowledge is in the books. I think reading books is very interesting! There is a children’s song here. Take a look, it is very beautiful!

The Lunar New Year is a great occasion to the Chinese people。 It lasts about  the first four days of the year， during which people do not work except for the  workers on duty。 Students do not go to school， and shops are dosed。

Several days before the new year， people begin to prepare。 Farmers kitt pigs，  sheep， cocks and hens。 City dwellers buy meat fish and vegetables。 Houses are  cleaned couplets are posted on the doors。 Colourful lanterns are hung at the  gate。

盼来盼去终于盼到暑假来临，猛地轻松下来，还很不适应。

首先，每天早上还是6：00左右就自然醒了，想睡懒觉都不可能。生物钟已成规律，等调整好也快开学了，不如保持老样子，就6：00起床吧。

Secondly, don’t make little “squads” in the dormitory. You should treat every person equally rather than discriminating or isolating someone. We object to establish deep friendship under the cost of sacrificing the friendship’s width and breadth. It’s important to keep balance in the dormitory.

Thirdly, dont invade your roommates privacy. Everyone has their own secrets and eccentricities. We should not search roommates privacy. Yesterday we went to a nearby village to help the peasants get in the crops. We left our school early in the morning. It took us half an hour to reach the village. After lunch, we had a short rest. We were fascinated by the beautiful scenery of the countryside. It got dark when we returned home. We were very tired, but we felt very happy.

低碳是指二氧化碳排放量较低。由于现在环境的污染，我们更加要低碳生活。可能有些人会说我一个普通人，怎么低碳?其实不然，低碳可以从身边的小事做起，并不一定要大费周章的去保护环境。但小事人人都可以去做，并且还能号召更多的人参与低碳生活。

由于我家年年节约用水，所以在整幢大楼里我家的水费总是最少。从此我知道了低碳生活也包括环保，我们可以进行许多“废物利用”。比如用完的草稿纸，还可以再用来练钢笔字。平时“绿色出行”，步行上班，上学，购物，以减少汽车二氧化碳的排放量。爬楼梯回家，不乘坐电梯。多植树，搞好绿化，释放氧气，吸收二氧化碳。节约用水，循环用水，珍惜水资源。

让我们从身边的小事做起，低碳生活吧!

放学了，我高高兴兴地回家。到了家门口，门上的电子眼把我全身上下扫描了一遍，然后显示器上绿灯亮了起来，大门自动打开了。这是高级住宅门，不用锁，只要一个扫描器， 一个显示器就可以分辨出这个站在门前的人是谁。到家之后，机器人雪菲帮我换好了鞋，我往鞋柜旁的一块地板上一站，这块地板便把我送到了我的房间，我开始写作业。

在家，业余的时候，捧起一杯香茗，握着一本书，心中的思绪跟着书中的人物，或喜或悲，有时竟也陷入其中，难以自拔。刘备、关羽、张飞三英战吕布时，难解难分，我的心也如临近战场，亢奋激动;当刘备败北白帝托孤时，那种英雄有梦难圆的悲伤，也让我惆怅。从股古诗到四大名著，再到国外名著，我对书本的喜爱从未滞懈。

坐在书桌前，香茗飘香，书香四溢，精神的食粮永远无法将自己的求知填满。于是，书也成了我生活中的重要组成，让我的生活充实，不再乏味。

我的生活，没有大起大落的多姿多彩，却平淡朴实。平淡的生活，一支笔，一本书，外加一杯香名，足矣!

Today was a day for music, because we had the preliminary contest in the morning and we would have the final contest in the evening.

After the preliminary contest, we thought that only one program could go on next at first. It mad Vanessa sad. This result gave us a big surprise. At last, we knew that she got the first place of girl’s vocal music. Why she couldn’t pass at first was because she didn’t use the match music. Just like a joke! However, we all thought that she sang well all the time no matter whether she could pass or not.

In the evening, Vanessa, Ellison and I took part in the music contest. Vanessa sang almost perfectly and she go the second prize and last. I don’t think Ellison and I sang well. Ellison forgot the words of the song and my voice was a little dumb. Maybe Ellison felt a little nervous and I didn’t feel very natural on the stage. We haven’t got any prize. It was a little pitiful. Besides, my mother and uncle came to see me last night, so they could hear the song I sang by chance. I thought I should take part in activities more and be on the stage more.

After the music concert, my mother, my uncle and I talked a lot in my room. I felt happy to see them and talk with them.

嘿!暑假真是多姿多彩，生活更是美满，当然，运动是必不可少的，你看，这一放暑假我就开始运动起来了，我嘛，通常是早上六点开始运动，从家里一直跑到爱丽丝公园，然后再从跑道跑三圈。有一次，我起来跑步，心情本来就不好的我我嚷嚷着跑了起来，爸爸看我的样子，心中怒火朝天，上来就打了我一下，还让我罚跑了三圈，真是偷鸡不成蚀把米啊!我立马精神起来，以后每日都老老实实的，连爸爸夸我都是听话的好孩子呢!还是听家长的话吧，这也是我跑步印象最深刻的一个了!

哎，说来话长啊，在过了一段时间后，嘻嘻，我的日子到啦，那就是我期待已久的——韩国之游!哈，出行之前我已整装待发出发喽，我乘坐飞机前往韩国，那么，在韩国，我印象最深的，那莫非就是安全体验馆啦!就举一个例子吧，我们体验人的心肺复苏的步骤，我找了一个假人，首先在人在晕倒时，应当先拍拍肩膀评估意识，然后确认呼吸，如果还有一点呼吸，赶紧叫人打120，然后双手张开，握住另一只手，十指交叉按在胸口上，连续按，四分钟内是黄金时间，要不停的按，应该打破科学原理了，来点有趣的吧，我边按着，血管的血上来了，太好了!耶!这次，是为了教大家知识，以防万一啦!呵呵，韩国之游真是充满了乐趣啊!

对我而言，多姿多彩的暑假是必不可少的啦!
