Post-holiday Syndrome Among Students

With the gloomy prospect of returning to school, many students could suffer from post-holiday syndrome, which refers to a general feeling of depression before returning to campus life, which is caused by irregular lifestyles during the holiday. Symptoms include fatigue, lack of appetite and concentration, irritability and a feeling of helplessness.

Various reasons can account for it. But most important of all, a large number of students tend to overindulge themselves in eating, merrymaking and playing around during the holidays, which makes it difficult to adjust to their routine study schedule and life pace on the campus.

My suggestions to deal with this syndrome are as follows. First, exercising and sticking to a normal schedule over the holidays will make a difference and nip post-holiday syndrome in the bud. Besides, it pays to return a few days earlier before the semester starts. The early return seems to have kept the holiday blues at bay.

This years summer vacation was most enjoyable. I spent fifteen days helping my grandparents doing farm work in the countryside， where I saw mountains fields covered with green plants. Sometimes I went swimming in the river to the west of the village， the water in which was quite clear.

梁墨瑾和翎都是圣域中学的学生。梁墨瑾性格大大咧咧，不拘小节，所以老师和同学很快就认识了她，或许说她有些腼腆没人会相信哈。翎是个少语的孩子，但是她的内心极为波澜壮阔，当然只是在梁墨瑾的面前。听说，领的父母已经去世，而墨瑾的妈妈(简称梁妈妈)和翎的妈妈关系极好，梁妈妈不忍心让翎进福利院，所以翎就由梁妈妈抚养。因为不能及时的有抚养翎的条件，小墨瑾毫不自私的将自己的一切分一半让给翎，对于当时年龄的孩子这很难，也让翎心中充满了温暖。或许就是缘分，从幼儿园到小学，到中学，她俩一直在一个班，更是形影不离，他们的亲密度要是第二，就没人是第一!

刚刚到家，梁墨瑾还来不及坐下来歇歇，喝口水润嗓子，使出全身力气把她和翎的书包一起扔到床底下，边扔边说：“我的假期我做主!才不要看到讨厌的书本!”“那你扔我的书包干什么?”翎不用看都知道她在干嘛。“呵呵呵……翎啊，每回放假，你总要问这句话，你累不累啊?”“难道你扔这么多次书包不累吗?”墨瑾翻了她一个白眼，她知道翎是好意。因为这次的寒假没留作业，梁妈妈允许她们疯玩一个一个假期，当然假期后五天要复习复习，老师心目中的好学生嘛!

梁墨瑾毫不犹豫地打开了笔记本，自从考上了中学，梁妈妈就没让她上过网!可怜了翎啊。当然，第一件事情就是打开QQ，可是，墨瑾输入了密码，都没有上去，说什么密码错误，什么跟什么嘛!

厌倦了假期白日的平淡，于是就有了在街道上散步的癖好。

刚出门，天就微雨，似夜空中的雾，沾满了一身，夜风凉飕飕的。幸好街道两旁的店家灯火给寒冷平添了几许暖意，我缩着脖子走向黑暗。蓦地一声断喝在平静中震荡耳膜:喂，老头，快起来!快走开啊!随着声音在一处屋檐的阴影中发现了一个蜷曲着的老人。伴着不同的差异，人们不约而同地围了过去。

接着屋里的一片灯光，我打量着老人发抖的身子，低垂的蓬乱的头发，破旧的衣裤。。。。。。不由地打了个寒颤。周围的人越聚越多，叫喊的人自然是房主，但大家都不知道老人的来历。

人群之中有的在窃窃私语，有的在有限地点烟，有的在摇头叹气。。。。。。我忽然感到口干舌燥了。片刻沉默后，一个童音在嚷:爸爸，老爷爷不冷吗?是啊!大家似乎是受到了什么启发，好些人开始跟房主交涉，众目睽睽之下，房主涨红了脸，:大伙帮个忙。房主恢复了自信，和几个小伙软硬兼施地把老人扶进了房内，一个中年人已经风风火火地在旁边的饮食店中拿来了热腾腾的面。

好些人散去了。我--一位看客，从裤兜里抽出手，耳边回响起幼稚的童音，在羞愧中重新迈开脚步。

今天我和妈妈去放风筝，我们首先去买风筝，我挑了个战斗机。

然后我们拿着风筝去了工会，我太激动了，一不小心把风筝线的盘给踩坏了。妈妈又给我买了一盘线，第一次我们没放起来，又试了一次还是飞不起来，我有点生气了，妈妈说是这里风太小了，妈妈就带我去了码头，码头上风很大，这下可好了。

谁知道还是没有放起来，妈妈又上网搜了搜放风筝的窍门，风筝就飞得高高的。

然后我拉着风筝飞飞这，飞飞那，出了失误就会降落一点，然后我一直坚持着，一会飞机飞不起来了，我着急了，俺妈妈又帮我飞了起来，不知不觉有很多风筝都飞了起来，那时我是第一名，一会有一位叔叔又成了第一，因为他的金鱼线很长很长，一会比舞钢大酒店还高呢！

他飞了多高，我数也数不清。他准备撞我去，我一下子避开了他，他又来撞我，我的战斗机发出子弹把他击落了，到了半中央他的风筝又升上去了，真是气死我了。他又准备来攻击我，我赶紧跑了，最后我把风筝收了去吃饭。

我今天真开心呀！

I like the winter holiday very much.Though its very shortI can enjoy the

Spring Festival.I can watch cartoon every day.

I neednt go to school frepuently.Sometimes I can go to play with my friend

outside.With the festival comingI can play all the time.I can play video game

with my brother.I am good at playing PC game.

So I often beats my brother.Then more and more relative came to my home.We

had dinner together.Its so lively that Iam very happy.But I still have to do my

homework.

May Day is the International Labor Day. I have a short holiday from April 29 to May 1. My parents planned to travel to Sanya, but it was too hot to visit there. Therefore, we just canceled the plan but stayed at home. On the first day morning, I went out with my friends and played basketball. We did not play basketball for a long time, so we had a great time together. Afternoon, my mom didnt let me out because of the hot weather. So I have to be at home and finish my homework. Surprisingly, my grandparents visited us on April 30. It was the Spring Festival when I saw them last time. I missed them a lot. In the two days, we went to the parks and zoo during the day. At night, we watched TV together and talked. My grand parents cared about my study and asked some questions about it. I told them that I studied hard and that they didnt have to worry about me. I spent a happy holiday.

When we are in the winter vacation,we are very happy.Because there are a lot of snow.

Snow will fowllow the winter papa.If the winter papa come,snow will down to the world we are in.Do you like make snow sculpture,but i like make the snow sculpture.Make the snow sculpture is the task in the winter vacation.If we dont finish the task,the other children will ridicule us.

I like the winter vacation.Because when the winter vacation come,the winter papa take snow,give us the matter to make snow sculpture. If i have a ice skate,i can skate.But i dont have a ice stkate,so i just like ice frisbee.Do you have ice frisbee?I am a ice frisbee supper man. There are a lot of things in the winter vacation,i like,the other childrens like,everybody like.

So we hope the winter vacation will be as long as many many years.

寒冷的假期里，一丝丝温暖的爱意为我带来了无限的温馨与欢乐。这个充满爱的假期，我久久不能忘怀……

爱是早晨起来那一杯浓浓的牛奶，为你驱除寒冷;爱是中午那一缕最耀眼的阳光，为你送去温暖;爱是睡前一句简单的“晚安”，为你带来美梦;爱总是无穷无尽、浓浓不断、无处不在……

还清楚的记着那一天，我像往常一样重复着每天的历程：起床、洗脸、梳头……吃完早饭，整理好心情我出去玩耍，走着走着一个手拄着拐杖，走路蹒跚的老奶奶向我走来，我粗略的打量了一下，这位老奶奶慈眉善目、面带微笑，于是我上前问好并说：“老奶奶，您慢点走，我搀着你吧!”老奶奶告诉我，她年纪大了走路不方便拄着拐杖还好些。就这样我搀着老奶奶一边走一边说，一直到了老奶奶的家，临走前，老奶奶并没有给我说谢谢，但她却说了一句话，我始终铭记在心。回家的路上，我认真的思考着老奶奶说的那句话，明白了爱原来是那么的简单。

这个寒假虽然比以往更加寒冷，但爱的力量却让整个寒假充满了温暖。其实每一位人身边都充满爱，体会到不到，要看自己用没用心去领会。只要我们用心去聆听、去体会、去感悟，那么爱就会无时无刻不在我们身边。

采一缕七彩阳光，领悟爱的力量;掬一捧山泉溪水，体会爱的味道;摘一束艳丽花朵，品味爱的芬芳。在这个充满爱的寒假，我成长了很多，愿我们用爱去温暖每一位人，让爱永远伴随在我们身边，让爱的味道充满每一个角落，每一个寒假。老奶奶说的那句话就是：“用爱去温暖每一位人。”

小时候，我的寒暑假生活总是由爸爸妈妈替我做主。现在，我已是四年级的小学生了，今年的寒假脚步近了，我说服了爸爸和妈妈,争取到一回自己做主的宝贵机会，计划实施一个内容丰富、意义非凡的假期生活。

寒假未到，我已经拿出了一份精心制定的寒假作业的完成进度表。学生的首要任务是学习，即使是放假，我也会继续将认认真真地完成作业的好习惯贯彻到底。因此，每天我都安排了2个小时的学习充电时间，持之以恒地进行知识的更新与巩固。

另外，我还计划着争取多读有益的课外书。平时读书时间紧张，家里书橱里有好多书我都还没来得及看个遍，这假期可就好派上用场了！高尔基也说过：“书是人类进步的阶梯。”我读书很专注，周围的人们的谈笑声是无法让我转移注意力的，所以妈妈经常很自豪地对邻居们说：“我家小宇读书时的脸上总挂着‘请勿打扰‘的神情，想把他从书里叫醒可真不容易！”我们小区里的大爷、大妈们都疼爱地叫我“小书迷”。书看得多了，我的写作水平也稳步提高了。这学期我的习作《我》、《欢迎您到这里来》、《我的小鳄鱼龟》等多篇习作先后在全国小学生习作评比中得奖并被推荐发表在CN级学生读写刊物上。我很开心，勤奋的汗水没白流。我将继续努力，在寒假里争取再发表新作。

放心，我不会天天泡在书本里。我还准备在假期里向爸爸下“战书”与他好好较量一番，刷新自己的象棋和五子棋的挑战记录。我还想练习打打乒乓球或者羽毛球，好好锻炼自己的运动细胞。对了，我已经和小伙伴们一起约好了收看电视节目、拼电子积木、展示各种自己发明的游戏的时间了，您要有兴趣加入我们，那精彩的“叠汉堡”、“坦克大战”……一定让您耳目一新！

每逢周末，我还要请爸爸、妈妈带我和小伙伴到观音山游玩。那里的沙滩在明媚的阳光地照射下闪闪发光，放眼望去一片金灿灿的，犹如细碎的金子，踩上去可舒服了。我们可以在沙滩上随心所欲进行沙雕设计，制造梦想的欢乐城堡，放飞理想的风筝……让欢乐的笑声响彻云霄。

“阳光下蜻蜓飞过来，一片片绿油油的稻田，水彩蜡笔和万花筒，画不出天边那一条彩虹……”这首伴着我长大的《童年》是那么动听。今年，我一定要让寒假真正成为我童年时的“幸福时光”。
