早就听说五岳之首——泰山的雄伟气势，但那只是耳闻，暑假，我亲眼目睹了它的气魄和妩媚。

在我看来，泰山是秀丽的。从红门向上攀登，刚开始台阶并不陡，爬起来很轻松，环顾四周，古刹幽深，绿荫覆盖，细听，不远处还有知了声，可走过去，又听不见了。渐渐的，台阶密集了，山路也陡了，我们便走一段，再停下来歇一歇。嘘……不要出声，近处好象有水声，似有似无，顺着声音找去，透过那层层叠叠的枝叶，发现了一泓清泉。听着那潺潺流水声，看着这一望无边的绿荫，顿时觉得仿佛整个人都飞起来了，飞翔在丛林间，聆听知了的演唱，嬉戏在水溪边，倾听清泉的呜咽。

五岳之首——东岳泰山。我想大家都很熟悉。站在山脚抬头向上看，你能发现它是那么磅礴壮观。

我们从九曲十八盘登上最高峰。

十八盘是泰山最险的一条山路，共有石阶1600余级，两山崖壁如削，陡峭的盘路镶嵌其中，远远望去，恰似天门云梯。泰山之雄伟，尽在十八盘;泰山之壮美，尽在攀登中!泰山之奇观，尽在泰山顶。我们登上泰山顶，举目远眺，只见山外有山，景外有景，无限风光，摄人心魄。

在泰山顶上看日出真是壮观而动人心弦，随着旭日发出的第一缕曙光撕破黎明前的黑暗，从而使东方天幕由漆黑而逐渐转为鱼肚白、红色，直至耀眼的金黄，喷射出万道霞光，最后，一轮火球跃出水面，腾空而起，整个过程象一个技艺高超的魔术师，在瞬息间变幻出千万种多姿多彩的画面，令人叹为观止。

泰山位于山东的泰安。它是五岳之中的东岳，也是五岳之中最雄伟的山峰。

我走在山中的小路上，在途中，我看见了一层一层的绿树，还看见了许多大小不一的石头。我继续向前走着，我忽然听见了“哗--哗”的巨响。我快步走到前面一看，原来是一条巨大的瀑布。瀑布飞泻而下，直落在一块巨大的石头上，这块大石头的表面非常光滑，所以瀑布的水滴在石头上，声音非常悦耳。水花四溅，如雾又如细雨撒落人们满身。

沿着小路，我来到了南天门，南天门这个地方云雾迷茫，白花花的一片，根本看不见一个人。满山漂浮着浓浓的云雾，人行间像浸在了乳白色的牛奶中。我继续向前走，雾就越来越多，有的时候甚至连云和雾都分不清呢!我看不出哪些是雾，哪些是云。

我继续踏上阶梯，一直走到了玉皇顶。从玉皇顶上俯视山下的树丛、花和云，都像缩了水一样，都变小了。再仔细一看，许多像芝麻粒的人们，还在雾气重重的南天门里，好像迷了路。

我信步前进，我看见一位高大的"将军"——综合楼。这栋楼既像高高大大的将军，又如婉蜓盘旋的长龙。综合楼是由三栋小教学楼组成的，我走进综合楼，一排排整整齐的教室映入我的眼帘。教室干干净净，闪闪发光。我来到长廊，长廊是一个斜坡，冲下去，让我感到风的力量。

我走出综合楼，我向升旗台望去，仿佛一把火焰在夕阳下燃烧着。我往前走去，红旗使我想起了牺牲的中华人民的血液。升旗台也很高，像一个巨人般那么高。

喜欢倚着窗户，看窗外的风景。窗户挡住了寒风，让温暖的阳光流了进来，照在身上，暖暖的，十分惬意。而眼睛所见的窗外景象，却似一双双纤纤玉手，撩拨着我的心弦。

“儿童上学归来早，忙趁东风放纸鸢。”在城内，虽然不能经常看见风筝，但是到了早春，向房间的窗户处望去，却能看见几个满脸稚气的小孩在放风筝。此时，暖风吹绿了那片空地，像是给它穿上一件绿衣裳，那种新生的绿，充满了活力，展示出春天的希望。就在这生机勃勃的春天，孩子们沐浴着阳光，放飞手中的风筝，奔跑在草地上。柔和的阳光，笼罩着挂满纯真的笑脸，银铃般的笑声在天地间回荡。呵！他们的梦想，是不是像风筝般，也在蓝天下翱翔？

First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.
