I think we should have healthy diet every day and eat proper food. We shouldnt eat junk food because it is bad for our health. Drink water and milk as often as possible. Milk is a great drink that can give us more calcium that make our bones much stronger.

Dont eat too much because it will make you uncomfortable and fat. Dont spend too much time watching TV, DVDs and Videos or using computers. Its good to take more exercise such as basketball, bike riding , swimming and so on. Follow these and you can be healthy.

午后一点钟左右，我们坐着大巴车来到了山脚下。抬头是连绵不断的山峰，低头是惊涛拍岸的大海。崂山就像大海中的巨石，满山的树就像是这巨石上的苔藓。我走向海边的护栏，看见阳光把大海照的波光粼粼，海浪一下一下地拍打着礁石，看到这样的画面，我不禁想到了苏轼有诗曰：“乱石穿空，惊涛拍岸，卷起千堆雪。”

我们上了山，在半山腰，我停下来看看远处的山峰，有的像一个含情脉脉的少女，有的像一个威武挺拔的士兵，还有的像一个拄着拐杖的老爷爷。忽然，我看见在一个山峰上立着一块巨大的石头，再看得仔细些，我发现那块巨石和峰顶只有一点连接！好像随时都有可能滚下来！爸爸告诉我，那块巨石叫飞来石，它立在儿已经有几千年了！哇！飞来石的年龄好大啊！崂山真神奇呀！

我们继续往上爬，看见一块牌子，上面写着：您距离瀑布还有九十米，加油！我们很幸奋，努力往上爬，上台阶、下台阶、再上台阶、再下台阶，一路狂奔。不一会儿面前出现了一座桥。还没上桥我们就觉得空气中充满了水汽，还可以听见“哗哗”的水声。我们上了桥看到瀑布好似一条白龙，发出震耳欲聋的吼声。瀑布流下的水，在阳光的照耀下好像是一串串闪亮的珍珠，在瀑布下方汇成了一个潭，漫出的水唱着、笑着、闹着，欢快地向远处流去。如烟如雾的水丝飘在我的脸上，钻进脖子里，凉丝丝的舒服极了。迎着阳光看去可以隐隐约约地看到美丽的彩虹。参观的游人纷纷拿出手机，把这精美的画面拍了下来。

我们继续前进，崂山还不算高，不一会儿我们就爬上了峰顶。我们从山顶上欣赏着美丽的景色。远处是茫茫的海，头顶是蓝蓝的天，脚下是郁郁葱葱的林，林中点缀着红红的瓦，这个神来之笔的画面真是让人心旷神怡呀！
