诚然，晚会的看点着实在明星的表演，电影的卖点的确在主角的英姿，可看过、笑过之后，别忘了稍带上幕后的演职人员，仅仅这样，那些冬天们就会很感动了。

冬天来了，春天还会远吗？简单的词藻蕴含着的哲理开导着一代又一代人，可总觉得这对冬天有点不公平，给人的感觉似乎在劝你：再熬两天吧！想想春暖花开，这该死的冬天就不那么难熬了！

可你是否知道，没有大雪为土地保温，春天的播种会顺利吗？没有冬日的冻结，春季泥土会湿润吗？没有严冬的磨练，春姑娘的脚步会那么健康坚定吗？冬天是春天的母亲，这话一点没错。所以，不才的我想盗版一下雪莱他老人家的话：没有冬天的到来，就没有春天美丽的临近。冬天是伟大的母亲。

春天固然绚丽，夏天着实热情，秋季的确丰满，大多数人都想像他们一样，清纯、阳光、稳重。可我却喜欢冬天，不是我假装另类，不是故作个性，我真的爱冬天的那份冷静、那份无私、那份宽容。由我的性格取向，我以后很可能作一位幕后人，默默奉献的那种职业，我喜欢它，就像我喜欢冬天一样。我会尽心尽力，虽然我不风光；我会踏实肯干，虽然我不耀眼。因为我认为：

做个冬天，更有魅力的，大家相信我吧！

[初一作文活力的冬天

有一首歌唱的好“神奇的九寨沟······”这个暑假，我随同家长来到了九寨沟，真是不去不知道，一去吓一跳呀，那真是一个神仙般的地方。

清晨，我们来到了九寨沟大门的前方，吃过早饭后，便随着游览车到达了第一个站点：树镇寨。下了车之后，我整个人为之一颤，清爽的凉风扑面袭来，清凉中还带一丝温暖，那时的九寨沟太阳还未升起，还有些朦胧，雾在山上还能看见，我们随着木板向上走着，先看到了树镇寨的水，不是太深，却因太急看不见水底，浪花不时泛起溅到我腿上，感到一阵清凉，浪花好似奔跑的绵羊，再往上走也是一样，不过，让我最为欣赏的还是诺日朗瀑布，那湍急的水流，让人们应接不暇，水不是太多，还可以清晰的看到水帘后的岩石，但瀑布却给人一种永生不息的感觉，还有一个未标名字的瀑布，在那里有一个特别奇特的景象，瀑布面前有一块很大的石头，在石头上面却长着一棵树，不是枝繁叶茂，也不是特别粗壮，但很高，也很挺直，让人不禁感觉到岁月沧桑，十分陈旧古老，用手去触碰一下这些水，顿时一种清凉的感觉涌上心头，让我一阵舒服。

这是湍急的水，还有很多静止不动的海，如：五彩池、长海、镜海等，最让我奇特的是镜海，正如其名，镜子一般的海，整个水面花花绿绿，映衬了周围的景色，就好像水与景色连接在了一起，让人们应接不暇，分辨不出哪里是水哪里是景色；还有长海，宛如一位隐士一般，静静地流淌，没有一丝声响，让人心静如水，微风吹来水面微微波动，一圈圈水纹美丽极了。

走出来的时候，让我流连忘返，尽管去了一次，可还想去一次，真是摄人心魂。

许多人说工作的快乐指数很低，是因为你对幸福要求太高。相同的工作环境，同样的工作性质，为什么有的人积极乐观，有的人却整天愁容满面?是我们拥有的东西不一样，还是因为我们的心理感受不一样?我觉得微幸福，应该是一种工作态度。因为幸福不在于多少，在于感知幸福的能力，一个没有感知幸福能力的人，无论他得到再多，他都不幸福;一个能感知幸福的人吗，无论他多么平凡，他都是幸福的。

繁重的工作压力，是否麻木了我们体会幸福的感觉?你是行水员，会觉得水流入麦田是一种幸福吗?你走村入户，会觉得百姓一声亲切的招呼是一种幸福吗?你修渠筑坝，会因为把一块石头放在了合适的位置而觉得幸福吗?你受到挫折，同事们一句温暖的宽慰会让你觉得幸福吗所有这些，不轰轰烈烈，只是点点滴滴，但我都会觉得是一种幸福。因为幸福从来都是藏在一点一滴之中，等我们去感受。

不要抱怨为什么总是我去做困难的事，别人总是捡便宜，你要想，是我有这个能力，别人没有，这一点自命不凡的小得意，会让你舒心一笑;也不要抱怨为什么我干的出色，却得不到提拔，名利如枷锁，高处不胜寒，就让别人去承受哪些风雨吧，有一点点阿Q的自嘲，会让你宽慰一笑;不要因遇到委屈、遭了误解、甚至受了排挤而悲观。

看别人为此而内心不安、良知蒙尘，你又何不"幸灾乐祸的宽容一笑;更不要把自己和别人拿来比较，尺有所短寸有所长，喜欢和别人作比较，只会徒增烦恼，多看自己，多自我欣赏一下，发现自己的长处，会让你自信一笑。工作中有那么多的不如意，与其无谓抱怨，不如感受其中蕴藏的那一点点小幸福，所有不快都可以一笑了之，因为微幸福就是能够保持每天一次微笑。

从平淡中看见欢喜，从繁琐中发现愉悦。微幸福，点点滴滴细微无奇，未必让你激动和兴奋，但它却细腻、深沉、温暖、久远，细细品味，韵味悠长，让你从平淡如水的日子里体会到一缕微甜。

瓦蓝的天空，飘着洁白的云朵;蔚蓝的大海，扬着洁白的船帆。这是大海留给我的色彩。可是现在的大海在我眼前只剩下了一片灰。天空灰蒙蒙的，海水青灰色，鱼排黑灰色，远山墨灰色。风凛冽地吹着，想把人像风筝一样吹上天。戴上帽子，套上手套，把脖子连着鼻子嘴巴一并围上，庆幸戴着眼镜，连眼睛也有了保护。全副武装后的我们七手八脚地爬上了渔船，要出海溜了湾。

突突突，船驶向大海。咸咸的空气又增加了鱼虾的鲜味，即便隔着围巾，冷飕飕的空气也毫无阻拦地钻进鼻子。呼吸得极为顺畅。鱼排近了，纵横交错的木板上，小小的木屋零零落落。像开垦齐整的田地上，村落零星。只是前者给人孤独的感觉，因为它的周围是茫茫的脾气古怪的大海。后者给人宁静的感觉，傍晚，村落升起袅袅炊烟，那是家的感觉。

浪来了，船头劈开浪花，海水化成无数水珠向我们射来。装着臃肿的我们在冷风中早已僵硬，加上船头简陋，就一个挡雨的棚，避无可避，只好眼睁睁看浪袭来。说是迟那是快，水珠打了全身。并没有打湿，只是衣服上潮潮的，最明显的是眼镜上被均匀地洒了层雾。心想，这身衣服回家后不洗，找个艳阳天，晒晒，会不会晒出一层盐来呀?这边还在胡思乱想，那厢浪一个接一个来了，身子随着船身涌动，一上一扑一下，没来由地觉得舒服起来。

因为全为溜弯，见我们的兴致趋于平静了，船家就调转船头，打道回府了。
