In fact, I didnt understand the story at that time. I didnt know why it called Pride and Prejudice. Of course someone was pride, but I didnt find where s the prejudice. I thought its normal, the way people treated each other in that. I considered prejudice would be very disgusting. But to the movie everthing was OK in my minds, except its length. Now, I think I have understood more about it. Im a prejudiced person so I cant find wheres wrong. I merely like to do the things I like. In this book,what I appreciate most is not Melanie’skindness or Rheet’s dedication and patience,but Scarlett’s courage to throw her long-standing morality and tradition whe faced with diffiiculties.At the beginning of the war,she didn’t care about this.In her world are endless dinner parties and dance parties.In her body are her father’s brave Irish blood and her mother’s noble French pure blood.She had a vast farm as her home.She had hundreds of slaves.This is Scarlett.,a member of noblity,proud and different.However,the war changed everything.Her mother died of illness.Her father become silent and the farm was nearly deserted.Even food became a big problem.All the pressure was put on Scarlett’s shoulder.She must feed a family of 9 people in it.What a big difference of level.If all this happened to someone else,he or she may choose to escape.On the contrary,Scarlett choose to face the change of life bravely.How can we not admire her courage of to change herself.Life is like a mountain.The road can’t be completely smooth.When we fall down from the peak,we may get hert ,we may get disappointed,we may feel despair.But if you want to survive,you must stand up to face it.

It is obvious that 《Gone with the wind》 is really a good book,even if a long time has passed away,it is still suitable for today’s society.It is of great importance to change ourselves,change our value even our thoughts when our life chages.

On the other hand,I think there is no real perfect in the world.Everybody has his shortcomings.It is necessary for us to learn to forgive others’ faults.If we keep good-tempered,Ibelieve there will be more comedy and less tragedy.

今年暑假语文老师推荐我们阅读《鲁滨逊漂流记》、《小王子》、《草房子》等书，所以，一放暑假我就到书店买了这几本书，当然，这个暑假有了它们的陪伴，我的生活也充实了许多。其实刚拿到《鲁滨逊漂流记》这本书，看到封面上的人物，我一点也不喜欢，可是后来当我漫不经心地阅读它时，竟越读越感兴趣，越读感受越深。这是一本能给人坚强信念的书。现在，回想起书中主人公在孤岛上求生的生活经历，我心里便不由得生起一种敬佩感!

本书的主人公鲁滨逊，原本可以享受安逸的生活，但他一直不愿这样。在一次航海中，所乘的船在一个荒岛附近触礁，船上的水手和乘客全被淹死了，只有他一人活了下来。海浪把他卷上了沙滩，在克服了悲观与绝望后，他凭借自己的双手和智慧解决了许多难题，在荒岛上生活了20__年，造就了一个奇迹。

读了《鲁滨逊漂流记》，我想起了之前发生在暑假的一件事。那天，爸爸妈妈妈有事要办，带着弟弟去天水一天，就把我一人留在了兰州，而剩下的饭菜也只够吃一顿。这下可就麻烦了，我的午餐、晚餐都没有了着落，我只好努力去尝试着煮饭。可煮好的饭全是夹生的，我硬着头皮吃下了一点午饭。一个下午，我的肚子一直在反抗，俗话说：“人是铁，饭是钢，一顿不吃饿得荒。”无奈我又开始尝试做饭。这次，我变聪明了一点，用平板上网查怎么做饭，并认真回忆平时妈妈做饭的过程，经过了两三个小时，我终于做出了一顿像样的晚饭。通过这件事，我也深深领悟到，虽然我们不可能像鲁滨逊那样身陷绝境，但在日常的生活中，我们也会遇到困难与挫折，因此，我们同样需要勇敢地面对困难。不论遇到什么困难，只要我们不怕，不放弃，始终保持一种积极向上、从容乐观的心态，就一定可以像鲁滨逊那样，成为一个胜利者。

在成长过程中，无数本书滋养着我，伴我度过漫漫长途。我对书如鱼和水，紧紧系在一起不可分开。臧克家说过“读过一本好书，像交了一个益友”当一本书真正住进你的心里，你就会有这种感触。

小时候受爸爸的影响，对书很感兴趣。爸爸便买来了几本名着以陶冶我的情致。但我太小，只是随便翻翻。

my first impression of this story was from screen.

its long long ago, maybe before i can read english books. i dont remember which movie edition i had seen. but i was impressed by the music, the scenery and the costume. i was very favor of a section of music in its balls. its pretty brisk, liked a wonderful song of a bird. regarding to the characters, i liked elizabeth, the heroine,though i didnt think shes beautiful. but shes smart. however, i didnt pay much attention to the plot. i thought its so long that it made me impatient and bored. by now, i havent read the whole story in english or its chinese version, either. i owe it to my prejudice.
