春节，我和妈妈回家乡玩了几天，虽然时间很短，但我玩得非常开心，尝了家乡很多的传统节日的美食，并学习了一些家乡食品的作法，享受了很多在城市没有的乐趣。

我们住在舅公家，我们每顿饭都有鸡，因为是自己养的，且舅公厨艺了得，特别好吃。晚饭后家家户户就会做点心，叫“油糍”，它是用糯米粉做的，样子好像汤圆，搓成鸡蛋大小，再加芝麻，我跟着舅婆学，她说我做得像模像样，全部做好后，再放到热乎乎的油窝里炸，时间很重要，要把握得很好，可惜这一步我还没学会。

早上，我们吃的是云吞，这里的云吞是出了名的皮薄馅少肉滑，所以皮都是从专门店买回来的，只要把肉往一放一捏就行了，我很快学会了，舅婆还夸我做得好，吃着自己包的云吞，高兴极了。

到了晚上，表叔带着我们去放烟花，这里可热闹，到处都听到爆竹声，在空旷的田地上还看到有人在放烟花，年味很浓，在广州一定不能玩这些，我迫不及待地叫表叔放烟花，我们几个小朋友越玩越开心，很快就结为好朋友了。

这次回家乡让我尝到了美食，学会了包云吞，结交了朋友，真是一个快乐的假期啊!

寒假到了，令我感到难忘最难忘的就是跟爸爸爷爷一起堆雪人了。

起初，爸爸拿了个铲子，我还以为他要把雪铲掉呢，其实，爸爸是要堆雪人呢!我兴奋不已，急忙也上前去帮爸爸，当他的助手。爸爸要滚个中形的雪球，我犯啥了，雪球咋滚呀?这可是我第一次堆雪人呐，我只好请教爸爸了。爸爸说：“你先做个小的球，然后再慢慢的向前滚去。动画片里不是一直有那种雪球，慢慢越滚越大的嘛，你就照做!”我点点头。果然，球从小到大在大起来，好大呀!

我把滚好的球抱到“雪堆”旁边，爸爸正在把一块块雪组成堆，也是好大呀!在一旁观看的爷爷见此好玩的情景，也加入了我们的行列中。

不一会儿，我的手被冻的冰冷，但我还是坚持住，想想呆会儿等把雪人堆好了，手就会暖跟了，我就也不觉得冷了。

真是功夫不负有心人啊，经过我们仨的同心协力，终于把身子给完美了，接下来，还剩头了，我跟爸爸把我刚滚的球抱起来，正想按上，但滚的雪球里头是空的，又全碎了，出于无奈，爷爷就说做一个吧。爸爸又徒手用雪做了个球，这下可是滚圆的头啊!按上了头，该装眼睛跟鼻子了，奶奶找来两颗橄榄，说是当眼睛用，妈妈拿来了个红萝卜，当鼻子用，我又说：雪人该有张嘴跟帽子!

哈!一个长鼻子先生正用笑脸跟我打招呼哩!后来，我还跟雪人合影了呵!我是不会忘记你的，长鼻子先生，虽然你走了……

除夕之夜，我们全家围坐在一张大圆桌旁。桌上的菜可丰盛啦：金黄色的烧鸡，红红的年糕，雪白的汤圆，米黄色的油炸虾片，咖啡色的调味鱼，……最引人注目的，还是我们家的“大厨师”爷爷烹调的“醋溜墨鱼”。你看，那用刀切成的一片片的墨鱼片，炒熟了，卷了起来，就像一朵朵绽开的花朵，浇上香气扑鼻的醋溜汁，又香又美又好吃，真是太诱人了，就是吃上一口，也让人感到舍不得吞下去。

桌上那瓶黄澄澄的鲜橙汁，紧紧地吸引着我的双眼。

我叫爸爸给我倒上一杯，爸爸却给我出了个“难题”？？“嘉嘉，明天就是‘鸡’年了！请你至少说出五个含有‘鸡’字的成语，我就给你倒鲜橙汁。”“好！‘闻鸡起舞’‘鸡毛蒜皮’‘鸡犬不宁’……”可是我只说出三个，就只有抓头皮的份了。我用眼睛看着爷爷、奶奶、妈妈，妈妈笑着轻声地说：“‘鸡飞蛋打’”爷爷眯着眼说还有：“‘鸡犬不惊’‘鸡犬不留’。”奶奶也在我耳旁说了个“还有‘鸡鸣狗盗’！”于是，我就大声地一口气又说了四个，爸爸乐呵呵地点头说：“不错，不错，你还超出了两个，有奖！”说着给我倒了满满的一大杯鲜橙汁。

我的假期丰富多彩，其中，我去了唐山的一个阿姨家，还有一个弟弟，这是令我最难忘的一次。

那天，我是下午三点多走的，我在火车上整整坐了6个多小时，晚上才到，到了晚上，我们在阿姨家住了一个晚上，到了第二天早上，我们就去秦皇岛玩儿了，在路上，我睡了一会，终于到了，我们去了野生动物园，在秦皇岛的野生动物园里，有的动物是笼养的，而“猛兽区”的老虎、白虎、狼、野猪、狮子……都是散养的，必须开着车进去，我门是开着我叔叔的车进去的，白虎在一个大大的石头上庄严地坐着，时不时眨着小小的眼睛，野猪，大大的牙长长的露出了嘴。看了好长的时间，终于出了野生动物园。
