真正的朋友必须是率真的。一个人做到“正派”并不难，但要做到“正直”就非常之难了。一个正直的朋友是真诚、坦荡、刚正不阿的，当他看到别人的缺点、错误就要说出来，尤其是敢于对自己亲近的人直接说出来，这是一般人很难做到的。而人生倘能得一如此出于真爱的“直友”，便为一大幸事。这样的“直友”在你怯懦的时候能给你勇气，这样的人格就像一面镜子能够影响你的人格……每个人都有朋友，只区别于朋友的多少，好与坏。生活告诉我们要善于交朋友，一个人性格的开朗与活泼，自然交的朋友就比较多，但多不代表好。一个人的性格的沉默，冷静，交的朋友会比较少，但真正的朋友在这少数里面又有几个，我们还是要多交朋友，敢于交谈。 一个人的成功与好坏，朋友起决定性因素。

在我眼里，朋友不需要像玫瑰、牡丹那样高贵、美丽、有气质。只需似一朵百合，纯洁、善良、并有正义感。以前的我是一个不勇敢、不热情、很胆小的女孩。但我很庆幸，我竟拥有百合花似的朋友。不热情遇到热情：有时候她会来找我玩，每次都会向我招手，即使我们我们离得很远，只要她看到我了，她都会高高的举起她的手向我挥手。而且她也经常邀我去她家玩。她也会很热情的招待我。不勇敢遇到勇敢：我不敢一个人出去，我也不敢顶撞那些误会我的人。可她不同，她很自由，她敢去任何地方游玩。如果是别人误会了她，她一定要为自己澄清，并讨回公道。她也很善良，有正义感：因为坐公交车她会主动给小孩或是老人让座。并遇到乞丐(指老人与小孩，不包括青年人)，她总会给予帮助。我为我有这样的朋友而高兴——跟她接触久了，我从她身上学到了许多。我渐渐变得勇敢、乐观、热情，并不斤斤计较。见到朋友都会微笑并向她们问好。所以我认为朋友的真谛是：一个真正的朋友，不仅能陪你玩耍、说笑、分享喜悦、分享忧愁，还能够帮助你、提高你的不足。和朋友之间也可以取长补短、优势互补。
