We have planned several activities. When we get there，we will visit the elderly in their rooms in groups，presenitng them with flowers and self－made cards to show our respect and love. Then we will do some cleaning and washing for them with the help of the nurses. As some old people feel lonely. We may chat with them about their old days, changes of our city, or anything they are interested in. We may also give them some performanees: singing, daneing, and so on. I had finished trainning in army for 8 days.Though this trainning I can learn a lot of things without schooling.I made many new good friends as well.

I never finished a whole work myself before this trainning. Because of this, I failed the most important exam. The drillmaster taught us that we must often say "never give up"in our life.Only in this way, we can succeed. I felt bloody lonely after I graduated from school.By mean of this trainning,I have new friendiness.We often talked about our favourite things as football,basketball and so on.... I think we need some trainning.It can make us become better and better. I will remember this trainning forever!

The Low-Carbon Economic

Nowadays,with more and more serious problem such as the global increasing temperture,the melting ice and the rising sea-levering,people are recognizing the important of developing the low-carbon economic now.

There are many ways we can do to reach the loe-carbon economic.Fristly,discovering others fuels which is more clean and more green to instead of the using of carbon.Secondly, we should have the save-energy conscious and do something which we can make,for instance,using the bus ranther than car when you go out,re-use the thing that can be recycle used,reducing the use of plastic bags.Last but not least,we should plant more trees or other greenplants,in which way we can not only improve the environment,but also can make our home more beauty.

In my opnion, the most important thing to reach the low-carbon economic is everyone must try their best do what they can do for it.Once everyone have the sence of low-carbon economic and have the action by themselves ,it will be earlier to reach it.

古往今来，地球妈妈用甘甜的乳汁哺育了无数代子孙。原来的她被小辈们装饰得楚楚动人。可是，现在人类为了自身的利益，将她折磨得天昏地暗。人类只有一个地球；而地球正面临着严峻的环境危机。“救救地球”已成为世界各国人民最强烈的呼声。

我参与了“红领巾植绿护绿队”的网站建设，在上面发布大量的环保图片和环保知识，以及关于环保的各方面的法律知识，我国在环保方面发展动向、世界各国的环境保护情况；每个月我都利用网络、报纸，查找一些最新的不同的专题和板块“环保资讯”来告诉大家；还定期制作一些宣传板来宣传环保知识和生活中的环保常识。提高了大家的环保意识；号召同学们从不同的方面来关爱自己的家园，从身边的小事做起，为周围的环境奉献自己的一份力量!我积极动员身边的人一起来依法保护和建设人类共有的同样也是仅有的家园，为促进经济和社会的可持续发展，为人类的文明做出贡献。我还和同学们共同发起“养一盆花，认养一棵树、爱惜每一片绿地，让我们周围充满绿色”和“小用塑料袋不使用泡沫饭盒和一次性筷子，让我们远离白色污染”的倡议。让我们放下方便袋，拿起菜篮子，让我们共同走向美好的绿色的明天，走向辉煌、灿烂的未来!

在我们的身边就有很多污染环境的污染物，比如说：大量的生活废弃品、废塑袋、一次性饭盒、果皮纸屑等等。污染物对环境来说，毫无疑问，肯定有很大的危害。

Pollutants, around us there are a lot of pollution of the environment such as: a large number of waste products, waste plastic bags, disposable lunch boxes, litter and so on. There is no doubt that the environment pollution, great harm, must have.

就拿我们学校来说吧，学校里有些学生经常乱扔果皮、纸屑，不仅影响了环境，更糟糕的是别人一不小心踩到了，就有可能滑倒;在班里，有些同学的椅子上还有些瓜子壳、铅笔屑。还有爱吃糖的同学经常往地上吐泡泡糖，别人要是踩上，粘在脚底下取不掉多伤情绪啊。还有些调皮的同学，用蜡笔在门上和墙壁上乱写乱画，破坏了教室的清洁。

Take our school, school, some students often throw the peel, wastepaper, not only affects the environment, even worse is that someone accidentally stepped on, it is possible to slip; in the class, some students of the chair and some melon seeds shell, pencil shavings. The students often love candy and bubble gum to spit on the ground, if someone stepped on, stick in the soles of the feet to take away much emotion. Some naughty students, crayon scribbled on the door and the wall graffiti, destroying the classroom clean.

像上面所说的那样破坏环境的人和事，真是举不胜举。我真想对人类说：“保护环境，人人有责。”让我们从现在做起，从自己做起，从小事做起，爱护我们身边的一草一木，为保护环境建设我们美好的的家园作出自己的贡献。

Some students like to participate actively in after class activities. They think after class activities are an integral part of school life.

By going in for such activities, they can learn what they cant learn from books, which will be beneficial to them in the future.

Others, however, dont like after class activities at all. They think that a students work at school is learning theoretical knowledge and nothing else. Taking part in after class activities is a waste of the valuable time at school.

In my opinion, every student should engage in some after class activities because from these activities we can learn many valuable things that we wont learn in classrooms.

School is not just a place for learning the difference between "lie" or "lay", or what caused the hours of the daily schedule.

Finally, after class activities broaden our circle of acquaintances. No amount of ordinary school work can take the place of friends acquired in the informal familiarities of activities.
