我家的小狗长得十分可爱，圆圆的脑袋上嵌着一双琥珀色的大眼睛。它有一条粉嘟嘟的舌头，到了夏天总是伸出一大截。它的四肢强壮有力，爪尖是白色的。真逗人喜爱。 有一天，一只小黑狗啃着骨头，小狗马上窜上去抢。小黑狗一闪，让小狗扑了个空。接着，小狗猛地站起来，前爪前伸，身子后倾，尾巴一挺，“呼”地向小黑狗扑过去。小黑狗一声怪叫和小狗厮打。它们“汪汪”乱叫，蹿上蹿下。小狗看准时机，狠狠地把小黑狗的腿咬了一口，小黑狗惨叫了一声，一瘸一拐地夹着尾巴放下骨头溜走了。小狗趴在地上舔着身子，又津津有味地吃着“战利品”。

True friends always come to you when their help is in need.They try their best to help you without thinking what they can get from it. This invariably wins them love and respect from otbers, for they devote themselves to the happiness of others.

Up to the time of my writing this article, Aero has been helping me with my selecting the courses with great effort. He is a friendly and zealous guy. I think he has been liked by others since long ago because of his characteristics. He is always brisk,enthusiastic, energetic and he is smiling no matter when or where you see him. However, I like him for some other reason.It seems that between us there is a special way to communicate and its not the usual way through which we communicate such as words and gestures. He has always been a friend of mine be cause I like the way he acts and lives and the way we communicate.

One morning a week ago, he came to me and asked if he could be of help. Actually I had been worrying about my course of this semester for days since I hadnt got any English courses yet! Still I was totally caught off guard by Aeros offer though he had always been kind. I thought it was my own business and it had never occurred to me that some other individual would offer to help with my selecting the courses. So I declined his kindness.  The very next day, I got a cough and it later turned out to be a four-day high fever. In those days, I was extremely weak and lay in bed all day long and hardly had any strength even to eat. I lost the power to keep an eye on the possible vacancies of the English courses ever since I got a high fever. I began to regret declining Aeros offer. Just at that moment, Aero called,asking about my health and told me to have a good rest, saying that he would shoulder the responsibility of selecting my English courses for me. Now I am writing this article as the homework of this writing course and Id like to re emphasize that it is all due to my friends effort that I have finally made it.

I was really grateful to him when he called and offered to help and it is hard to express my gratitude with words.  All I want to say about it is that at that moment, I realized that he had offered to help not because it made him feel he was important but because he meant business. Hes a man of integrity. I am proud of having such a friend.

早晨，太阳刚刚升起来，但云像一床厚厚的被子似的遮住了它。一缕阳光透过云层的缝隙照进了我的房间。从窗外望去，蓝蓝的天空，一条雪白的云很长很长的，仿佛印在天空，把天空划成两半。过了一会儿，长长的云飘走了，蓝宝石般的天空中出现了一面白色的旗帜，那面旗帜飘啊飘啊，不知飘到哪里去了，因为它飘过的地方没留下一点痕迹。

接着又来了一大片云，像是一群正在奔跑的绵羊，可是才一转眼的工夫，羊群不见了，只剩下几片云停在天上。几分钟后，云开始调皮起来了，雪白的云团像海浪一样在空中翻滚着、碰撞着、推拥着、挤压着。虽然没有海的蔚蓝，没有涛的声音，但它有海的浩瀚，海的气势。

下午三点左右，天空上便布满了云，那满天的云不是一整块的，而是由一点点一点点的小云朵组成的。一小朵挨着一小朵，布满了整个天空。一小朵云像个小雨伞一样大，几小朵呢？几十朵呢？它们把南边的半个天空给遮住了。就像我们一样，一个人的力量是薄弱的，但一群人的力量是强大的，是不可战胜的！

一说到日食，大家肯定会想到太阳，迷信的人一般会说："’天狗’吃太阳啦！"日食这么美的自然景观，谁都想先睹为快。

去年的一个暑假，大约凌晨4：00的时候，大家早早地来到了海边，那时候天还是黑的，星星调皮地向我眨着眼睛。我们戴着太阳镜，等待着日食的到来。旁边的人热心地给我们讲解："这是因为地球绕着太阳转，月亮绕着地球转，所以才会出现日食这种自然现象。"突然，我听到有个小孩喊："大家快看！日食来了！"我们把头抬起来看天空，真的有一条金黄色的，暗淡的光在海面上浮出，过了一会儿，光线变得明亮了，像一把巨大的镰刀跨越海面。4：25了，太阳渐渐呈半圆形，()太阳公公终于肯浮出"半边脸"了。

七彩的光茫使不戴太阳镜的人觉得难受。5：00，太阳露出了一大半，像一艘木船，耀眼的光茫使人痛得睁不开眼睛。太阳升起来了，可是，太阳像是被什么咬去了一块似的少了一个角，渐渐地，一个黑影明显地遮住了太阳。我们发现黑影越来越大，太阳越来越小，成了一个"月牙儿，"不多久，黑影遮住了整个太阳，只留下一条断断续续的光环在天边，不过一会儿那光环慢慢地自己连接起来，像太上老君的金刚圈一样。

我看了看手表，正好是10：05，和预告的时间一样。日食结束了，我们大家十分激动，这个说："这个日食真神奇！"那个也说："日食真美，今天总算没白来啊！

传说在很久很久远以前，发生了这样一件感人的事：有一天，嫦娥在家里勤劳地干着农活，忽然，她的丈夫兴冲冲地推开门，忙跑过去兴高采烈地对嫦娥说：“我告诉你一个好消息，我得到了一包能够成仙上天的仙药了，你得好好地保管好。”嫦娥一口答应了，后来让她丈夫的兄弟知道了后，于是逼嫦娥拿出仙药。可嫦娥不答应，一口便把这药吞了下去，就不翼而飞地飞向月亮。从此人们就把这一天当作中秋节了。

当夜暮完全降临后，明镜般的圆月早已悬挂在天空中。银白色的光辉映照着小河，大地，房屋，村庄，田野……像婴儿般温顺地躺在无比宽大的“摇篮”中。抬头一看，我看见月亮迈着轻盈的步伐，害羞地从云层走了出来。悄悄地瞧了我一眼，又羞涩地躲进了云层。可过了一会儿，她又忍不住地从云中探出脸来向我张望。我忍不住拍手欢呼，她又急忙藏到云层后面，真像个淘气的小姑娘！

月亮发出的光真美，星星发出的光和她的光比起来显得那么暗淡。月亮照在云上，云显得更白了。月亮的美真是难以形容，也许是皎洁的，也许是明亮的，也许是柔和的，也许是朦胧的……难怪从古至今，人们写下了千千万万首赞美月亮的诗篇。

As a saying goes, “Attitude is everything.” It means our attitude will decide whether we will succeed or not in the future. If we take a positive attitude and keep on trying , we will achieve our goals in the end.

I can’t agree more with this view. At one time I was not good at English, which made me very depressed. Then I realized that I had to do well in English to go to my favorite university. I talked with my teacher about my problem, who offered some valuable advice to me. With my teacher’s help, I improved my English gradually.

My story shows that if we have a good attitude and keep on trying, we will be able to overcome difficulty and move on. It is our attitude that plays a key role in our life.

桃花涧位于明珠楼中心景区，园内种有近万棵桃树。进入景区，映入眼帘的是一片片芬芳迷人的桃花，它真奇斗艳，千姿百态。一朵朵盛开的桃花犹如一个个小姑娘笑红了脸，这景色十分迷人。

沿着石板小路往桃林中心走，越来越多的桃花展现在我们眼前。每棵树褐色的枝干上，都盛开着许许多多的桃花。有的桃花张开粉红、桃红、白色的花瓣，迎接我们的到来;有的还是花骨朵儿，羞答答的藏在树枝上;还有的桃花已经开败，树下布满了花瓣，树上结出了一个个小毛桃。在花丛中，翩翩飞舞的蝴蝶，忙着采蜜的蜜蜂，为桃花涧增添了许多生机。看着美丽的桃花，听着小鸟清脆的叫声，闻着一阵阵迷人的芳香，感觉自己来到了世外桃源。

像巨龙般腾越在崇山峻岭、沙漠戈壁的长城，是由城关、城墙、敌台、烽火台等构成的，是我国古代各地和各民族统治集团间的军事防御工程体系。它是两三千年来，由各族人民反复多次修筑而成的，体现着中华民族的伟大力量和坚强意志，成为我国古代文明中的一项光辉灿烂的瑰宝。

可是有不少人污染环境、破坏生态环境的不道德和违法行为，使我们的祖国千苍百孔、伤痕累累，失去了当年的雄伟风范。原来，祖国的小溪汩汩的流着清澈见底，小鱼、小虾们欢快地流着——而现在，污水累累，小鱼、小虾们痛苦的在水里生活着。

人们去原始森林里，可却把垃圾人在原始森林里，把森林也污染了。许多偷猎者把稀贵的麋鹿、骏马、雄鹰大回家卖掉，使祖国大量流失稀贵的东西。还记得，《这片土地是神圣的》这片课文里西雅图说过，要保护好一草一地。
