As all of us know, a strong will, perseverance , confidence and diligence. .. Are the essentials factors of success. Firstly I think man of strong will and perseverance always has an aggressive spirit. He can stick to his cause no matter how tough it might be. Secondly he should be full of confidence . He shows no frustration and powerlessness in the face of difficulty, but with confidence and strength soar he is ready to meet the next difficulty. So, believe yourself and trust yourself is the most important thing. Find something you really interest and trying to do it until then you will find everything is so easy. 看见弟弟这般成功，做哥哥的，不免羡慕弟弟的幸运。弟弟却说，幸运是没有的。初来菲律宾的时候，担任些低微的工作，但发现当地的人有些是比较愚蠢和懒惰的，于是便顶下他们放弃的事业，慢慢地不断收购和扩张，生意便逐渐做大了。

这便是海外华人的真实奋斗历史。它告诉我们：影响我们人生的绝不仅仅是环境，心态控制了个人的行动和思想。同时，心态也决定了自己的视野、事业和成就。
