今天老师教育我们要保护环境，让我想起住在河边的那些人，总把垃圾丢进河里，还有的在往河里尿尿，这些行为真是让人气愤。

我家旁边有一条清澈见底的小河，里面有五颜六色的小鱼、活泼的小虾和威武的螃蟹。过了几年，河里的水又臭又脏，里面的小鱼、小虾和螃蟹都死了，河边也堆得都是垃圾。我看了很生气，我想，如果小河还是那样清澈见底，小鱼小虾都还活着，河边两旁还有色彩鲜艳的花，那该多好哇！

环境是地球很重要的元素之一，如果没有好的环境，什么东西都会灭绝。我的家乡的空气很清新，环境卫生也很好。我的家乡能如此的美丽，村长是功不可没的。以前村民们都不懂得保护环境，就把垃圾往河里倒，弄得小河一股臭味，还引来了许多蚊虫，成日在河里快乐嬉戏的小鱼不见了，出现在眼前的是仰面朝天的死鱼，还有许许多多动物的尸体漂浮在河面上。村长看到这情形不由得自责了起来，于是召集大家不要再把任何东西都往河里倒，并且把垃圾捞起来烧了。经过一个多月的努力，清澈的小河，成群成群的小鱼再次呈现在我们眼前。从此以后，村民们都懂得保护环境了，村长看到了很欣慰，并且还提议了许多的方案，现在村民们都动起手来，保护环境，让我们的家乡更美。

天更蓝，水更清，鸟儿在天上飞，鱼儿在水上游。如果人人都爱保护环境。展现在人们的眼前，就是蒸蒸日上、欣欣向荣的新景象。

最近，大家都在议论天气变暖，引起南极冰山融化的后果问题，那我就把我的记录向大家介绍一下吧。

我首先发言：“感觉天气变暖挺好的，这样就不用穿毛衣了。可是冰山的融化会给全球带来极大的危害，甚至给人类造成一场毁灭性的灾难。不知你听了这些话认为是非耸人听闻呢？还是信以为真呢？”有人接着我的话说：“如冰山融化势必会照成海面上升，很多沿海城市都将被淹没，到那时，也会有很多人无家可归，让企鹅、北极熊等生活在寒冷地区的动物丧失赖以生存的家园。”“像这种情况是什么原因造成的？”有人提出了问题。我说：“这还用问吗？多半是人为因素导致的，乱砍盗伐，使大片的原始森林遭到破坏，变成良田。化学工业排出废气污染环境，使大气层产生一种“温室效应”把冰山给融化了。有时也会导致风暴或龙卷风的形成，将给沿海地区的人们造成严重的财产损失，甚至生命安全。"

要想杜绝或减慢冰山融化，就要减少对地球的破坏。让我们行动起来吧，从我做起，为保护环境做出我们应有的贡献。

保护地球，保护生态环境是我们每一个人的责任，这是我们都知道的一句话，可有多少人能真正做到这一句话呢？

记得我有一次去外婆家，外婆家里都干干净净的，却有一股酸酸臭臭的气味从窗户传过来，我跑过去一看，原来是一条小河，只见那条小河浑身发黑发臭，风一吹，臭味迎面扑来，使人不得不紧紧捂住口鼻，而且还有许多纸袋在河面上飘着，这条河怎么会这样呢？我带着疑问去问了外婆，外婆他说“在我小时候，这条河清澈无比，有许多小鱼小虾在河里面欢快的生活，而且没到夏天炎热的时候，我们都会成群结队的到河里游泳或抓一些小鱼小虾回去。而现在，人们不讲卫生，把垃圾扔到河里，逐渐的，河水发黑发臭，小鱼小虾全都死了。在夏天时，别说游泳了，连经过时也要捂住鼻口，迅速走过”。“那没人管吗？”我又问道。外婆回答说“我们曾经在河边立了一个牌子，上面写着：‘爱护小河，请别往小河扔垃圾，所以就不管了。”听完外婆的话我陷入了沉思，如果时间上人人到处扔垃圾的话，那地球上一定会脏乱不堪吧。所以请爱护地球，保护生态环境。

保护环境，从我做起，从点点滴滴做起，我们应该保护花草树木，珍稀水质源。如果每个人都少用一滴水，那一定能使一条条干枯的小河重获升级。为了地球的明天，人类的未来，让我们行动起来，节约能源，保卫家园，从我们身边做起。

眼下，无论是南方，还是北方，无论是厂矿还是家庭，“节能、环保”四个字前所未有地影响着社会生活的方方面面，也成为影响未来中国经济发展走向的最新热点。

很多人认为，不关电脑、不关水龙头、浪费点水电并不是什么大事，但他们并未意识到，在这些电能白白消耗掉的同时，工厂所排放的二氧化碳等有毒气体正在侵害着我们的身体健康，他们也没意识到发电厂发电、水厂所需要的煤炭等资源的浪费，以及发电时排放的废气和污水，给环境带来的危害，他们更未意识到，发电厂、水厂等机器设备、电脑耗材等材料在生产过程中给环境带来的潜在危害。

“节约资源，保护环境”已成为实现节约型社会必不可少的路径。

我们可以深切地体会到人口增长、经济的增长所带给地球的沉重负担，面对污染如此严重的环境，如此有限的资源，我们必须行动起来，为减轻地球负担，实现可持续发展作出我们应有的贡献。

由此，我郑重向仍未觉醒的人们建议：

第一，人类想要征服这伟大的大自然，就必须学会尊重大自然，对于改造大自然理应慎之又慎，既要大刀阔斧，勇于实践和创造，又要控制自然，使自身利益与自然和谐发展，决不能重蹈西方国家“先污染，后治理”的覆辙。

第二，要从我做起，从生活小事做起，首先选择有利于节约资源的生活方式，并从点滴做起。例如，不浪费水电，节约资源等等，善待我们的家园，善待地球，创造一个适合社会发展与进步的崭新时代。

第三，实行垃圾分类，定点投放。这样不仅仅能减少环卫工人的工作量，也能更好地起到废物利用的作用，从而减少污染，节约资源。
