There are various activities in the college, such as hiking, gathering, competitions and so on. And what impresses me most is my experience of being a volunteer teacher.

I was a freshman when the School of Foreign Languages organized a voluntary activity which aimed at providing children in poor areas with a better education. 因为这里排队的人不多，所以很快就轮到我了。看到对手，我不由得松了一口气，因为跟我斗的是503班的一头瘦弱的“小牛”。我们的决斗一开始他就向我发起猛攻。他的腿真硬啊，撞在我的腿上犹如硬石砸落下来。我不甘示弱，双手牢牢地抱着脚，谨慎地周旋着，一旦抓住时机就凶猛地进行反击，非要和他拼个你死我活不可！慢慢地，他支持不住了，只好向我投降。“呜呼，我赢了！”我开心地大叫起来。同时，我也悟出了一个道理：在“战场”上，要智取，不可蛮斗。

后来，我又去玩了“跳麻袋”、“金字塔”、“踢足球”……每项活动都很好玩，都带给了我不同的体验。

这次的游园活动令我终生难忘，因为我们在玩游戏的同时学到了不少知识，也懂得了不少道理！

Making a trip to ShangHai on May 18 was an experience which I will never forget.

I arrived in ShangHai at about 2 oclock,and immediately took a No.5 bus to the sea area.The beautiful blue sea was so large that I couldnt see the other side of it.After getting off the bus,I went straight to the shore.Taking off my shoes,I put my feet into the water.The water was cool,and walking in the water was such a great joy that I didnt want to stop.Then I collected shells.When it got dark,I sat on the shore,watching the sea.The night scene was simply marvelous!

Finally I had to go back.It was an unforgettable day in my life.

教室里传出阵阵歌声，那是我们正在上音乐公开课，不仅班主任胡老师来听课，还有几位音乐老师也来观摩，我们可得好好表现。任老师首先让我们学发声练习和基本训练，然后又带我们复习了过去学的歌曲,接着就开始教我们学新歌《叮呤呤》,这首歌里面有不少修饰音,还有比较难唱好的二声部,不过我们都不怕困难,认真地跟着老师练习着,由于这首曲子十分欢快，大家都很喜欢，因此学的都特别认真，很快就唱的有模有样了。接着任老师把我们全班同学分成了伴奏组和演唱组,我们第一大组是伴奏组，负责为演唱组伴奏,要准确地打好节拍，大家手里拿着三角铁、双响筒、碰铃、响板……随着节奏依次敲响,大家都觉得这样的方式十分新奇,每个人都微笑着,眼中透出兴奋,努力地打着自己的节拍, 快乐地陶醉在自己的音乐节拍之中。演唱组的同学们更是兴致高昂，他们引吭高歌着，有的摇头晃脑，有的扭动身躯，红红的脸庞上充满着青春的光彩。任老师微笑着看着我们,不断地提醒：“注意节奏，注意配合。”慢慢地，伴奏组的同学们学会了怎样打准节拍，演唱组的同学学会了怎样随着音乐节拍歌唱，没多久，两组同学的配合越来越默契了。我们的投入使一旁听课的老师也受到了感染,不由自主地打起了节拍。你看，伴奏组的同学个个神情专注，手中的器具随着节奏准确的响着，心中默默地唱着。演唱组的同学情绪高昂，随着音乐节拍的起落，用悦耳动听的声音，婉转地演唱着这首欢快的民歌。我们的伴奏那么整齐、和谐；他们的歌声那么的美妙、动听，歌声和着音乐声，音乐声伴着歌声，交融在一起，那么的整齐、协调，那么的默契、和谐，我们仿佛成了一支训练有素的乐队。他们的歌唱在嘴里，我们的歌唱在心里，演唱和伴奏好象歌曲的二个翅膀，驾驭着歌声在四处飞翔，啊，优美的音乐在空中回荡，悠扬的歌声在教室里回响，同学们陶醉了，老师也陶醉了，我们仿佛进入了歌中的意境：高山坡上飘白云，白云深处响铃声……我们一遍一遍地演奏着，一遍一遍地歌唱着，任老师开心地笑着,因为她的努力没有白费；同学们的脸上也都溢满了欢乐的笑容，每一位老师的眼里都闪烁着赞许的目光，大家愈唱愈兴奋，愈练愈有劲。不知不觉中下课的铃声响了，老师们恋恋不舍地走出教室，我们依然沉浸在歌的仙境中不能自拔。我不由自主地说道：“时间怎么过得这么快，真想接着再上一堂这么开心的音乐课。”同桌说：“是啊，这堂音乐课简直就像是在做游戏，它让你感觉那么轻松，那么快乐，在不知不觉中就学会了老师教的知识，这真是一堂令人难忘的音乐课！”我想,如果学习都是这样有趣多好啊！

how time flies!im fifteen years now.during the long time,there was one thing that i will never forget.

the spring festival is our traditional festival.during the spring festival,people usually visit their friends and relatives.when i was 9 years old,my family took the bus to my grandparents to say "happy new year" to them.

in the bus,i had a good seat.at 7:30,the bus came to a village.a woman got on with a baby in her arms.at that time,there was no seat.but she must look after her baby carefully.she had to stand next to me.i wanted to stand up and let her sit down,but i was afraid of hearing the other people say"that girl want to be praised."i looked around.most people were looking out of the windows and some were sleeping.suddenly,a little boy behind me,stood up and made room for the woman.she said "thank you very much" with a big smile.the boy smiled,too.when i told my cousin about it after that,he said "the child is the father of a man." im very ashamed.why couldt i do the same thing as the little boy did?

from that i learn that we should do our best to help people who need help.if everyone makes a contribution to helping others,the world will become much more beautiful!
