其次，发现学生做题中经常出现抄错题目中单词的现象。这在平时的考试中就有发现，但是强调后仍然出错。例如When is your birthday？连词成句写成When is you birthday？这样的现象不是发生在一个学生身上，很多学生都是这样粗心，平时发现就纠正，但是效果不是很好，不知道其他老师有没有好的做法？

最后就是跟我对学生要求不严格有关了。步入五年级，很多学生学习兴趣下降，两极分化加大，后面的学困生越来越多，如果放弃很明显是不行的，不重视他们也是不行的，要通过鼓励的方法，促进他们的学习，促使他们进步，缩小与其他同学的差距。

Examination is the most familiar word to the students for we all need to face it. Each existence has its own reason. The exam which has existed for long time also has its advantages.
