The Father and His Son

从十四年前踏上讲台的那一刻，她就明白自己的生活就是这样的单调：学校，家，与那灯火柳绿的社会，她始终保持应该有的距离。在她毕业第一年的时候，也是她小学英语起步的第一年，学校给她的就是一本书，别的什么也没有，于是，别人所有的休闲时间，她都用来制作教具，自己动手画课文的插图，寻找一切可以用来辅助教学的工具，当时就有很多人劝她：英语又不是作为主科的，最后也不要考试，你干嘛这么认真，差不多就行了!对于别人的“善意提醒”，她只能抱以一笑，坚持沉浸在自己的“快乐”之中，为了上出一节让学生感兴趣的课，为了让自己的每一节课都达到自己满意的效果，为了那一张张充满期待的小脸和初学英语的热情和喜悦，她所有的辛苦和努力都显得是那么的有价值。

二、争当好老师

在她心目中，希望学生把她当作朋友一样，可以交心的。所以她一直努力营造一种更为和谐的师生关系，无论是生活中，还是学习上，她都乐意为他们排忧解难，她希望每一个在自己课堂上的学生都是“亲其师而信其道”的，她的坚持，从后来到她课堂上听课的老师那儿得来的反馈得到了很好的印证，每一个老师都能感受到她与学生之间的融洽，她在关注学生时的投入与真诚，学生在听时的入神，教师与学生互动的和谐，她觉得这已经成为了一种享受。她常用乐观无私的心态看待自己的职业，她从中发现无尽的快乐，汲取工作的热情，收获成功的喜悦。

刚毕业时所教的四年级学生中，有一个叫陆曼的小女孩，活泼，开朗，特别喜欢学英语，课堂表现特别的棒，王老师一直以为她是一个优秀的学生，后来通过与其他老师还有她家长的交流，才知道，她的语文成绩只有六十几分，数学也好不到哪儿去，王老师就觉得很困惑，这样一个热情向上的小女孩怎么就成了别的老师眼中的“差生”了呢?王老师不能理解，更不能接受，于是总是利用课间的时候找学生聊聊天，终于知道，原来她的语、数成绩不好，是因为她不喜欢语文和数学老师，觉得她们太严厉了，就讨厌学习这两门课程，所以就越学越差。真的，如果只是因为这种原因，让这样一个原本可以很优秀的学生就这样放弃了自己，真是太可惜了。王老师耐心的开导陆曼，告诉她，每一个老师的教学方法有不同，但每一个老师的出发点都是一样的，都是为了学生好，希望他们能够进步，学有所得。这是一个懂事的女孩，通过与科任老师的协调，对于陆曼的点滴进步都予以表扬，很快，陆曼就让王老师看到了出乎意料的效果，最后考上了南京晓庄师范学校。王老师很感动，感动于自己当初的坚持，其实这样的学生她每一年都会遇到，并且她也一如继往的以自己的耐心和爱心去感化，教育他们，希望每一个孩子都成为一朵美丽的花朵，为祖国贡献一份自己的力量。

三、热衷教科研

打铁还需自身硬，她不是一名专业的英语老师，却从此踏上了英语教学的岗位，她知道自己将付出的要比别人多得多，每一个单词，每一篇课文，在教学生之前，都要反反复复的跟录音读很多遍。在教学之余，她能潜心钻研，认真学习教学理念，充实自己，完善自己，积极的撰写教学心得，总结在教学中的一些体会和经验，把实践的教学心得上升到理论的层次和高度，个人的多篇教研论文在省市教学杂志上发表，多篇论文在国家、省、市级评比中获奖，撰写的全镇英语质量分析报告连续3年获得县评比一等奖。此外，还积极参与课题研究，并将课程研究成果运用到日常英语教学中去，先后主持了县十五、十一五、十二五课题研究，均顺利结题。

功夫不负有心人，她的文章陆续发表于各类报刊、杂志，各类评比的荣誉证书接踵而至，指导学生的习作大量发表，自己也成为一名县小学英语教学能手。

四、争做好队友

工作中她都能够坚持发挥自己乐于助人的善良本性，无论是哪一个老师需要帮助，她都会不遗余力的去贡献自己的力量。所以，每一个老师在需要上公开课，或者比赛课，或者是教学中有什么困惑的时候，都喜欢来找她，和她一起探讨，或者请她帮忙出主意，做课件等等，同事们的信任对她来说就是最大的动力，记不清有多少个夜晚为了别人的课，或是别人的课件她熬到深夜，有时候只是为一句话，或是一个字体，一个图片，反反复复的修改，只是为了不辜负别人对她的信赖。看到同事们一个个取得喜人的成绩她也由衷的替她们感到高兴!

付出总有回报，她的努力获得了学校领导，同事，学生，家长的一致认何，这让她感到作为一个教师的无比幸福。她不知道，做一名好老师，究竟有什么样的标准，她只知道努力做一名好老师，并且将一直坚持下去!

铁拐李首先对这一建议表示欢迎，他兴致昂扬地说：“好啊！大家先看我的！”便把拐杖投向海中，拐杖像一条小船漂浮在水面，铁拐李一个筋斗，翻立在拐杖上。

接着汉钟离把他的芭蕉扇丢到海上，跳下去站在上面。

接着，其他几位仙人也各显神通，张果老倒骑着毛驴，吕洞宾踏着雌雄宝剑，韩湘子坐着萧，何仙姑乘着花篮，蓝采和站在拍板上，曹国舅踩着玉版，都在海面上漂浮了起来。

八仙安稳地顺着汹涌的波浪漂去，这与腾云驾雾感觉大不相同，别有一番新的刺激和情调，大家玩得好不快意。

这时，曹国舅突然用手指向右边，并高声喊道：

“大家看啊！那里有座海市蜃楼！”

大家转头一看，只见一座仙山渐渐地从海里升起，山上有树木，有楼房，一会儿就升到半空中，慢慢地变成天边的浮云，一转眼，那浮云又被风吹散了。

韩湘子说：“我们真是眼福不浅！蜃气是海里蛟龙嘘出来的气体 ，百年难得一见啊！”

突然 ，蓝采和从他们当中消失了。大家远近观望，一边找一边喊，可就是不见蓝采和的踪迹，张果老猜说：

“可能是东海龙王作怪，他不欢迎我们在他的海上大显神通，把蓝采和抓到龙宫去了，走 我们一起到龙宫要人去！”

大家来到龙宫，婉言请求龙王放人。龙王蛮不讲理，不但不肯，还派自己的几个儿子带领虾兵蟹将追杀八仙。八仙只得用随身的法宝当武器，抵抗虾兵蟹将，经过一场激烈的战斗之后，龙王的两个太子被八仙杀死了。

龙王一听，自己的两个儿子被八仙杀了，真是悲愤至极，商请南海、西海、北海龙王来帮忙。龙王的不依不饶，把八仙也给惹火了。铁拐李用酒葫芦把海水吸光，其余几位仙人将泰山搬了过来，往东海一扔，东海立刻变成了一座高 。

双方打得天昏地暗，日月无光，把太上老君、如来佛和观世音也惊动了，他们全都赶来调解。调解的结果是，由蓝采和送东海龙王两片玉版，作为杀两位太子的补偿泰山则由观世音负责搬回原处。

因为这一场纠纷，八仙被玉皇大帝降级一等。从此，八仙再也不敢到外面惹是生非了。
