这个寒假生活过的平平凡凡，不过在平凡的日子里也会有一些小小的插曲，问问那些小插曲肯能是快乐的一段时光，也可以是痛苦的时光。

在我的记忆中，以前总是盼望的过年，什么事情都没有过年快乐。现在，自己却感觉到过年与没有过年没有什么多大的区别。也许是自己已经长大了吧！所以自己才有这种感觉。

今年的寒假生活以往常的不一样，今年比往年更有纪念性。

不过这次过年真的很特别，大年初一都一直下着朦胧的小雨。也许是因为天晴了太久的缘故吧？所以才会下起朦胧的小雨。

也许因为下雨而太无聊了，我便跑到我外婆家里去，看到他们在打羽毛球，看似很好玩。呵呵！我心里想来的真是时候，因为我外婆家那里和我同龄的人很多，因此不会感到无聊。

在寒假生活里，说实话，从总体感觉是不错，但是我大部分的日子是在我外婆家里度过的，在自己家里度过的日子总是那么的少，在那里我每天我都过得很实在，虽然我是那里最小的一个，就连同龄的人的辈数都比我大，不过有他们在我很快乐。

看似着过寒假我会孤单，经过一番证实后，看来这一切并不是我自己想的那样。

不过我的记忆中，还是大年十五的那天晚上的焰火晚会给了我深刻的印象。在晚会里，还有我们学校的同学表演的节目很拉风。

那天晚上的焰火晚会里共分四个环节，那个场面惊人，人山人海。我看得出每个人的心里的是很激动的，大家都很爱静的抬头仰望天空。有的人很激动在下面发出了自己所能表达自己心里激动的声音。

晚会完了，大家有序的散去。

在假日里，每个人都开心，也会有痛苦的时候。不过我相信大家更多的是快乐。

不一会儿，爸爸妈妈就出了门。他们前脚刚走，我后脚就捧起我今天做饭的老师——妈妈常看的烹饪书，专心致志地看了起来。西红柿炒蛋，肉末炒番瓜，扁食汤我一边仔细地看着菜谱，一边准备着午饭材料。

开始做饭！我不停地给自己加油打气。我按照妈妈所说先盛一碗米，经过几次淘洗之后倒入电饭锅，再将两碗水也倒入其中，最后盖上锅盖，插上电源，设定时间，开始蒸起了饭。

下面要做西红柿炒蛋。我先将西红柿去皮仔细清洗后，准备切成块放在一边。望着锋利的刀锋，我犹豫了：切西红柿时会不会切到手啊？切到手了怎么办？可如果不切怎么做这道菜啊？别忘了给爸爸妈妈的承诺。我暗暗鼓励自己，拿起菜刀，小心翼翼地将西红柿切成块，再开火将油倒入锅内，不一会儿就响起了噼里啪啦的声响。唉呦！我太过不小心，使那不听话的油喷到了我的脸上。脸渐渐发热，我连忙抓过身边的闹钟，通过背面反光，把它当成镜子照了照自己的脸。模模糊糊的镜子上看不到我清清楚楚的脸，却非常清晰地看到了脸上的红点。我咬着牙，忍住暂时的疼痛，将早已准备好的两个鸡蛋依次打破，放入锅中，学着妈妈的样子，小心至极地炒了起来。见到蛋熟了，我立刻将西红柿倒进锅里，撒了些盐，味精，过了几分钟，一道香喷喷的菜就出锅了！

下面要做的是美味黄花鱼。我通过上次的教训，渐渐有了技巧：将油倒入锅时不能离太近。我小心谨慎地将油倒入锅里，立刻脚底摸油——闪到了一边。不一会儿，油热得差不多了，我将适量的酱油倒入其中，再依次扔进葱，盐，最后放入黄花鱼。我使黄花鱼在锅中翻来覆去，直到这条鱼从淡蓝色变成深蓝色后，鱼香才布满家中。

饭，菜，鱼，都有了，还差什么呢？对了，还差汤。这就容易多了！我不禁欢喜起来。我将适量的饮用水倒堡汤入锅中，直到烧开之后，才将扁食放入其中，再放入味精，盐。过了不久，扁食汤便大功告成！

The convenience of preparing food today is amazing. Even stoves have gotten too slow for us. Microwave cooking is much easier. We can press a few buttons and a meal is completely cooked in just a short time. People used to spend hours preparing an oven-cooked meal, and now they can use that time for other, better things. Plus, there are all kinds of portable, prepackaged foods we can buy. Heat them in the office microwave, and lunch at work is quick and easy.

Food preparation today allows for more variety. With refrigerators and freezers, we can preserve a lot of different foods in our homes. Since technology makes cooking so much faster, people are willing to make several dishes for even a small meal. Parents are more likely to let children be picky, now that they can easily heat them up some prepackaged macaroni and cheese on the side. Needless to say, adults living in the same house may have very different eating habits as well. If they don’t want to cook a lot of different dishes, it’s common now to eat out at restaurants several times a week.

Healthful eating is also easier than ever now. When people cook, they use new fat substitutes and cooking sprays to cut fat and calories. This reduces the risk of heart disease and high cholesterol. Additionally, we can buy fruits and vegetable fresh, frozen or canned. They are easy to prepare, so many of us eat more of those nutritious items daily. A hundred years ago, you couldn’t imagine the process of taking some frozen fruit and ice from the freezer, adding some low-fat yogurt from a plastic cup and some juice from a can in the refrigerator, and whipping up a low-fat smoothie in the blender!

Our lifestyle is fast, but people still like good food. What new food preparation technology has given us is more choices. Today, we can prepare food that is more convenient, healthier, and of greater variety than ever before in history.

我的寒假生活

时间过的真快，一年又过去了，新的一年又将来到，大人们都忙着大扫除，采购年货，小孩则欢天喜地准备计画明年的新生活。而最重要的是-我又长大了一岁。

今年一放假我们全家就到台湾去拜访亲戚。放寒假的每一天，叔叔都会开着他的新车，带我们到处逛逛，带我们去八里吃双胞胎，那里的双胞胎味道跟金门不一样，也比金门的好吃很多。还有到淡水吃阿给，铁蛋，都是当地的名产。我们还有到烘炉地爬山，到山上拜土地公，祈祷他保佑我们今年顺顺利利，可是好久没爬山，爬到山顶脚还蛮酸的。还有跟好多个舅公和姨婆，曾祖母到到三峡的妈祖庙拜拜，也要让我们今年过的比去年更顺利。外婆和舅舅，阿姨带我们去基隆吃海产，每家店的海鲜都快被吃光了呢。晚上爸爸还会带我们去夜市逛逛，吃吃当地有名的小吃。每天都玩的好快乐。在这个寒假中令我印象最深刻，最期待的的一天就是-除夕夜。当然，我们是小孩嘛！吃完团圆饭，我们就可以领压岁钱啦，而且当天晚上大人一定会打麻将，所以不管我们要玩甚麽就玩甚麽。我堂哥都会带我们到对面的超商买个饮料，扑克牌或是到杂货店买鞭炮。然后就跑到公寓的顶楼去-放鞭炮。放完鞭炮当然就是玩扑克牌罗。玩到每种游戏都腻了，堂哥还会自己想游戏让我们玩呢，虽然有些游戏是蛮无聊的，不过，还是照玩，玩到都不知道时间，一不小心太阳就出来了。

转眼间，寒假好快又过完了，又快要开学了。要赶快把心收回来，准备下学期的功课了，不要再像上学期一样混罗！等到暑假再开始玩吧。

快乐的寒假是因为在寒假期间，我做了一些快乐而有意义的事情。

这个寒假一开始，我就和我的几位朋友一起去学习了滑冰。有了伙伴，我们每天一起去滑冰场，一起练习。在练习的时候，我们也都免不了的会摔伤感一跤，不过完全没有关系，不惧失败的我们是不会被轻易的妥协。尽管我们摔了一跤又一跤，但是当最后胜利时刻来临时，占据我们身心只有无与伦比的快乐。

快乐就是我们终于通过自己的努力学会了滑冰，快乐也是我与朋友们之间的默契有度。因为是我们相互鼓励着对方，一步步走向了最后的成功。

这是我寒假里快乐的一件事，尤其是等到我们全都熟练了后，我们开始花样滑冰了。我们渐渐能够展开自己的双手，自由的在滑冰场上滑动，还能做出一些有难度的动作来。我的快乐寒假，与朋友一起学习滑冰，与朋友一起学会滑冰，最后与朋友一起花样化饼干，这些都给我的寒假带来了无比的快乐。

寒假很长，在寒假期间，我也不仅只学会了滑冰，最为重要的是，我与朋友之间的友谊深厚了很多。

其实早在寒假来临之前，我就问过我的这些朋友们。问他们的兴趣爱好，当时我就在想着，我们可以在这个寒假里培养一个自己的兴趣爱好。出乎我的意料，也让我无比欣喜的是，朋友们大都说了滑冰。这可真是一件惊喜的事，所以当寒假一来临，我们就开始去学滑冰了。

当我们滑冰学的差不多的时候，我们有开始转战其他领域了。比如唱歌、弹吉他等等。当这个寒假已经过去了一大半的时候，我与我的朋友们还去学了几首歌，有独唱有合唱，这个寒假很快乐，也很充实。

我的寒假生活，感到很幸福。每快到过年的前几天，妈妈都会去买好多过年的东西。到了过年的那一天，每个人都穿上新衣服，新鞋子，打扮的漂漂亮亮地去迎接新的一年的到来，到了晚上，一家人团聚在一起，吃着团圆饭，欣赏着外面燃放的绚丽的烟花，欢声笑语地过完这一天。这是令人幸福的。

我的寒假生活，更多的是助人为乐的喜悦。天气不是很恶劣，我打算下去滑旱冰，看到一个小女孩也在滑，旁边有大人扶着，但是依旧滑不起来。我滑上前，抓住她的手，教她如何站立，站立之后，她就可以滑起来一点了，那个小女孩脸上洋溢着幸福的笑容。我只是做了一件很小的事，却可以让我和她感到如此地快乐，这让我尝到了助人为乐的喜悦，或许雷锋叔叔帮助人的时候也是这种感觉吧！

寒假中我还坚持写日记，把生活中一些有意义的事及时记录下来，同时也可以提高自己的写作能力。我时常勉励自己：“勤能补拙是良训，一分辛劳一分才。”

德、智、体要全面发展，平时参加体育活动也是必不可少的。我报名参加了武术班，它既可强身健体，在学习之余也可打套拳放松一下。

金无赤金、人无完人。我始终相信只要保持一颗执着追求、知荣明耻的心，总会在自己人生的画卷上，书写出一幅美丽的篇章！

Do you think what is the most important in your life? Maybe some answers

are dreams. I may directly answer “lovers”.

In my opinion, lovers not simply mean your partner of life, but the people

you love: your parents, husband or wife, children and friends. I have a happy

life because of their company. I even can’t imagine the life without them.

My mum told me” money is not as important as you think, you neednt think

too highly of it. Don’t be greedy, my girl.” I got it. Person around us is the

most important. If they are unhappy, you won’t be happy. There is many beautiful

scenery in our life, however, the most important thing we should notice is that,

without the people we love, they worth nothing.

In reality, many people are chasing wealth which results to the ignorance

of people around them. Obviously, its not a brilliant choice. Don’t’ be

controlled by wealth or money. About life , this is my idea, what’s about

yours?

我相信大家的寒假过得很丰富吧，这个寒假我挑战了自我，我去学习滑雪了。

我们坐车来到了滑雪场，一进到滑雪场我就看到了一个雪坡和电梯，我看到那个雪坡就害怕，实在是太高了啊！没想到那个只是小雪坡，还有比这更高的在等着我呢！我滑的是双板，我把学具都佩戴整齐后就出发啦。我先把平地练习如何平行滑行，我用两根雪仗同时用力前进，真的成功了。接下来，我看见平地的上面有一个迷你小坡，给初学者练习极好。我千辛万苦地爬上坡去了，在准备下去的时候，爸爸教我重心向前就绝对不会摔倒了。我照爸爸所说的重心向前，弯腰，从坡上滑下来了，果然没问题。于是我自信满满地去做电梯，准备去滑较大的那个坡。到了顶上，看着下面，觉得一个个人都好小、好小。我还用刚刚的技巧滑下去了，下去的过程中，风很大，有时候会滑偏。唉，就这样我偏离了滑道，撞到了旁边的栏杆上，真惨呀！我努力地爬起来，重新回到滑道。滑了一段距离，不幸的意外又发生了。由于坡太陡，我有一点害怕，就不小心往后仰了一下，就又摔倒了。太好了！我终于又回到了平地上，我这第一次滑小坡真是不太顺利。所以呢，我又去滑了第二次，第二次真是相当顺利呢，连我自己都不敢相信。

既然小坡滑的不错，我就去挑战一下大坡吧。我在大坡的顶上站着，看了一会儿，感觉好害怕，实在是太高了。不过我在心里告诉自己只要重心向前就不会摔倒，没有什么可怕的，加油！这次挑战大坡一定可以成功的，不能因为害怕就退缩，要勇敢。第一次挑战大坡，非常成功，其实也不是和可怕。之后又试了几次，都没有摔倒，我很骄傲。

要敢于挑战，不要退缩，我觉得这次滑雪我是战胜了我自己！

[寒假生活之学习滑雪作文

我的寒假生活跟别人一样，只要做完寒假作业就能做自己想做的事情，听听音乐，画画，唱唱歌，看看有趣的电视……

可是我在寒假里最喜欢的就是放烟花了，为什么呢？就让我给你分享一段既有趣又好玩的事情吧！

春节那一天，爸爸买了许多的烟花，他们都有一个好听的名字是坦克、满地珍珠和小旋风。爸爸说在晚上放才好看，所以我们就只好满怀期待地等到了晚上。

终于等到了晚上，我们迫不及待地冲了出去，可是，爸爸的一句话让我们的心情就跌到了谷底一般，原来他忘记带打火机啦，哎！没有办法，他只好回去重拿。

终于等到了晚上，哇！小旋风就像陀螺一样在旋转。再看满地珍珠，我不由自主地发出了赞叹：“真的好美呀！”

当然坦克也是非常的好看。突然间，我是多么的想把时间停留在这一刻啊！可寒假总归是要过去的，所以我希望我下一个假期能过得更加充实有趣。

转眼间，新的学期开始了，在兴趣课上，同学们开心的聚在了一起，你一句我一句的讲起了寒假里自己过得最有趣的一件事。同学们七嘴八舌，议论纷纷地说了起来。有的说去放了烟花，有的说去了北京看了故宫，还有的同学说去了云南大理，那里的景色美极了，其中我最欣赏的是小哈哈同学。

只见小哈哈同学手舞足蹈，绘声绘色地说了起来：“在寒假里，我去了哈尔滨，一下飞机就看到了眼前的一座冰雕，还有我最想看到的白茫茫的大雪。不过那里有些冷，是零下15度，我们呼吸出来的气都是一大股白色的烟。最让我留恋忘返的还是冰雕，五颜六色的冰雕摸起来冰凉凉的呢!也很漂亮!”这一句话马上就勾起我们去哈尔滨的兴趣呢!

我也不甘落后，津津有味地说了起来：“2022年到了，全中国人民全部都沉浸在欢乐的新年里面，在除夕夜里，我与爸爸来到了五星街放飞了一盏孔明灯。这时，我突然惊奇的看见几个孔明灯，从天空中快速的掉了下来，样子好像是满天的星星划落下来一样。这时人们传出了爆笑的声音，还有几个小男孩特别的淘气，直接冲了上去，抢走了孔明灯。这种开头，我相信，祖国今年一定会笑声不断，繁荣发展。”

还有很多同学都说了自己的趣事。我知道了同学们的寒假，过得一定都是很有意义的!

期末考试结束了，告别了老师，告别了同学。我的假期自由生活开始喽！

和同学相比，我的假期是自由的，我不用整天背着小书包，在补课班学这学那，这都是家长的英明教导啊！同学们都羡慕我：“你多好啊！在家闲着！”其实我的生活也早有计划了，丝毫不比你们轻。一学期的学习，我已经清楚了我学习的薄弱环节，这个假期，我一定要努力，把不好的学科提上去！

外地的学生到沈阳来在英语方面比较较弱是不可避免的。英语老师的指导，已经让我懂得了怎样去弥补和别人的差距。其实有自学能力的人是完全可以自学英语的。老师给我指出了几点我的不足：第一我的词汇量不够，阅读面不是很广，主要是因为平时缺乏英文文章的阅读。第二就是答题技巧，要做更多的阅读或完形填空题。所以，这假期我要对自己“狠”一点。数学和语文嘛，我自认为学得很好。只是语文的古诗，我背的太少了，所以我要多多的背，为开学的比赛做好准备。

所以，我制定了学习计划。从早上八点到晚上六点，时间安排的就像上学一样。早上就是预习下学期的课本，而下午就是写练习册和自己学更多的课外知识。英语除了完成作业以外，我做了一本完形填空与阅读理解，我还正在背词汇和语法。语文我每天都坚持背古诗。

相信我的努力一定会收到成效，下学期我一定会再一次进步。寒假生活，是美好的，这就是我的“紧张”寒假生活！
