规模——195个国家和欧盟代表团参会

法国外交部25日透露，截至当日，已确定有147位国家元首或政府首脑将在气候变化巴黎大会首日出席会议。据媒体报道，韩国总统朴槿惠、美国总统奥巴马、俄罗斯总统普京、联合国秘书长潘基文等政要均将与会。

法方称，这是自1995年《联合国气候变化框架公约》第1次缔约方会议以来，首次有这么多的国家领导人出席气候变化大会。此次大会共有来自195个国家和欧盟的代表团参加，全球近2000个非政府组织也将赴会。预计巴黎气候大会举办期间，巴黎的公交和地铁客流量每天将增加7万人次。

中国外交部副部长刘振民评价称，习近平出席大会开幕活动，表明了中方对气候变化问题的重视，也是对法国办好巴黎大会的有力支持，将为推动巴黎大会如期达成协议作出中国贡献。

焦点——一纸减排协议能否最终达成?

此次大会的首要目标是，在《联合国气候变化框架公约》框架下达成一项“具有法律约束力的并适用于各方的”全球减排新协议。新协议将在一定程度上确定，2020年《京都议定书》第二承诺期结束后国际社会如何分担应对气候变化的责任。

中方早前强调，期待巴黎大会能够达成全面、均衡、有力度的成果，同时将与各方密切合作，推动巴黎大会取得圆满成功。

“协议最终达成的前景较乐观。”中国国家气候变化专家委员会副主任何建坤接受中新网记者采访时分析称，峰会召开前，各国都表现出很强的政治意愿。中国分别和美国、法国、欧盟发表了“气候变化联合声明”，针对一些核心问题凝聚了共识，为协议达成打下良好基础。

何建坤强调，最终的减排目标是基于每个国家提出的国家自主贡献目标，这样自下而上提出目标较容易达成协议。但他认为，发达国家与发展中国家在资金、技术支持等问题还有分歧，需要在谈判中协调。

声音——关注中国全球气候治理主张

“气候变化是全球性挑战，任何一国都无法置身事外。”今年10月，习近平接受路透社采访时曾这样表态。

数据显示，2014年，中国单位国内生产总值能耗和二氧化碳排放分别比2005年下降29.9%和33.8%;今年6月，中国向《联合国气候变化框架公约》秘书处提交《强化应对气候变化行动——中国国家自主贡献》，确立了到2030年单位国内生产总值二氧化碳排放比2005年下降60%-65%;中共十八届五中全会也提出绿色发展的理念。

此外，今年10月，中国还宣布建立规模为200亿元人民币的气候变化南南合作基金，用以支持其他发展中国家。

何建坤强调，近年来，中国在降低单位国内生产总值二氧化碳排放上的成效令世人瞩目，到2020年中国或将超额完成减排目标，而设立下一步60%-65%的目标也富有力度。

分量——中国对非分量最重外交活动

结束巴黎之行后，习近平将于12月1日至2日对津巴布韦进行国事访问，2日至5日，将对南非进行国事访问，并赴约翰内斯堡主持中非合作论坛峰会。

习近平此行接连访问两个非洲国家，且是就任国家主席来对南非进行第二次国事访问，又恰逢中非合作论坛成立15周年，外界评论称，这次非洲之行是近年来中国对非级别最高、涉及面最广、分量最重的一次访问。

中国商务部副部长钱克明透露，中方在中非合作论坛峰会期间将宣布的中非务实合作新举措内容之丰富、力度之大、覆盖面之广，堪称历届论坛之最。

“中非关系在中国外交中一直占有重要的位置。在中国外交的整体布局中，发展中国家是基础，非洲作为发展中国家最为集中的大陆，可以称为中国外交‘基础中的基础’。”中国外交部长王毅评价说。

前景——推动中非战略对接 1+1>2

访问津巴布韦期间，习近平将同津巴布韦总统穆加贝共同见证基础设施建设、投融资、文化、野生动物保护等领域多项合作文件的签署。

中国同南非也将在经贸、教育、文化、科技等领域签署合作文件。此外，中方亦期待推进《中南5-10年合作战略规划》落实，加强两国发展战略对接，深化双方在海洋经济、产业产能、经济特区、能源、基础设施建设、金融等重点领域合作。

中国社会科学院西亚非洲研究所非洲研究室主任贺文萍对中新网记者分析称，中非产能合作将成为双方战略对接的重点领域，这不仅有利于非洲的工业化进程，还可助推中非经贸关系的转型升级，即从以往主要以原材料与工业制成品间的贸易互补关系为主，升级为制造业和新能源、新环保产品开发、海洋经济开发等产业结构互补互助型的经济合作关系。

王毅表示，非洲正根据《2063年议程》描绘的“非洲梦”联合自强、发展振兴。“中国梦”和“非洲梦”完全可以契合对接。中国在发展经验和生产要素方面的相对优势，与非洲在自然人力资源和巨大市场方面的比较优势结合起来，将形成巨大合力，产生“1+1大于2”的强大效应。

There is a saying,”A girl changes fast in physical appearance from childhood to adulthood”. I just had my eighteen years birthday. It’s certain that I have grown much more beautiful now.(laugh) My biggest change is not the appearance but in mind. I have become much more mature. I don’t always think about going out to play instead of focusing my attention on study. I start considering my future. I try my best not to quarel with my parents as I know what they do is for me. I know I should filial my parents. What’s more, I don’t bully my younger sister and brother any more. I have changed a lot, because I have grown up.

俗话说，“女大十八变“。我刚刚过完我的十八岁生日。我肯定是变得更美了。（笑）我最大的改变不是在外貌上而是在思想上。我变得更加的成熟。我不再总是想着去玩而是把注意力放在学习上。我开始思考我的未来。我尽量不和父母吵架，因为我知道他们所做的都是为了我。我懂得了要孝顺父母。更重要的是，我不再欺负我的弟弟和妹妹了。我变了很多，因为我已经长大了。

My home town is in the center of Xuzhou which was a quiet and beautiful place. In the past, there were many animals. They were lovely and nice. The air was fresh and there were many birds fly in the sky.

我的家乡在徐州，是一个安静而美丽的地方中心。在过去，有许多动物。他们是可爱的，漂亮的。空气清新，有许多鸟在天空飞翔。

Over the past years, it has changed a lot. At the present, it becomes a modern town and develops a lot. Now, the people in Xuzhou are richer than before, so most of people go to work by bus or by underground. Sometimes, they also drive their private cars to work. Many people sell out their old houses and move into new flats.

过去的那些年，它已经发生了很大的变化。现在，它已经成为一个现代化城市，也得到了很大的发展。现在徐州的人都比以前富有，所以大多数人都是乘巴士或地铁去工作的。有时候，他们也开私家车去上班。很多人卖了他们的老房子，然后搬进新公寓。

In some ways, the development has brought some good things, but it has also causes much environment pollution. I think we should take action to reduce the pollution.

在某些方面，发展带来了好处，但是也带来了环境污染。我认为我们应该采取措施来减少污染。

There have been many changes in my life. With the development of the economy, my life is better off. For clothing, I have spare money to buy all sorts of pretty clothes. But in the past, there were fewer clothes in my wardrobe. For food, I usually had traditional Chinese food for every meal, rice, noodles or a steamed bun.

Nowadays, I can afford any delicious food, including western food. For housing, I moved from a cramped and gloomy room to a big and bright flat. For getting around, I rode an old bike on my way to work a year ago. At present, I drive my private car to travel. I believe my life will become better in the near future.

随着经济的发展,我们的生活已经有非常大的变化。我的生活可能会更好点。对于服装,我有比较富余的钱去买各种漂亮的衣服。但在过去, 在衣橱里只有很少的一些衣服。

从日常吃食来看,通常我们中国家庭只吃一些如：米饭、面条还有馒头之类的传统食品。现在我能买得起任何美味的食物,现在，我可以做好多美味的食物，包括西餐。

从住房来看,我从一个狭小、灰暗的小屋子，搬到了宽敞而明亮的楼房。一年前，我骑着一辆旧自行车上班。而如今,我却开着我的私人汽车去旅行。

我相信, 在不久的将来，我的未来会变得更好。

Great changes have taken place in China. Many new buildings have been built in cities, towns and villages.

The more cars we have, the more crowed the roads are. So the roads become wider and wider. Many overpasses (立交桥) have been built in big cities. Chinese people’s life is much better than ever before. We have Tv sets, washing machines, fridges, even computers, cars etc.

We’ll study harder and make our countrry stronger and more beautiful.
