法国外交部25日透露，截至当日，已确定有147位国家元首或政府首脑将在气候变化巴黎大会首日出席会议。据媒体报道，韩国总统朴槿惠、美国总统奥巴马、俄罗斯总统普京、联合国秘书长潘基文等政要均将与会。

法方称，这是自1995年《联合国气候变化框架公约》第1次缔约方会议以来，首次有这么多的国家领导人出席气候变化大会。此次大会共有来自195个国家和欧盟的代表团参加，全球近2000个非政府组织也将赴会。预计巴黎气候大会举办期间，巴黎的公交和地铁客流量每天将增加7万人次。

中国外交部副部长刘振民评价称，习近平出席大会开幕活动，表明了中方对气候变化问题的重视，也是对法国办好巴黎大会的有力支持，将为推动巴黎大会如期达成协议作出中国贡献。

焦点——一纸减排协议能否最终达成?

此次大会的首要目标是，在《联合国气候变化框架公约》框架下达成一项“具有法律约束力的并适用于各方的”全球减排新协议。新协议将在一定程度上确定，2020年《京都议定书》第二承诺期结束后国际社会如何分担应对气候变化的责任。

中方早前强调，期待巴黎大会能够达成全面、均衡、有力度的成果，同时将与各方密切合作，推动巴黎大会取得圆满成功。

“协议最终达成的前景较乐观。”中国国家气候变化专家委员会副主任何建坤接受中新网记者采访时分析称，峰会召开前，各国都表现出很强的政治意愿。中国分别和美国、法国、欧盟发表了“气候变化联合声明”，针对一些核心问题凝聚了共识，为协议达成打下良好基础。

何建坤强调，最终的减排目标是基于每个国家提出的国家自主贡献目标，这样自下而上提出目标较容易达成协议。但他认为，发达国家与发展中国家在资金、技术支持等问题还有分歧，需要在谈判中协调。

声音——关注中国全球气候治理主张

“气候变化是全球性挑战，任何一国都无法置身事外。”今年10月，习近平接受路透社采访时曾这样表态。

数据显示，2014年，中国单位国内生产总值能耗和二氧化碳排放分别比2005年下降29.9%和33.8%;今年6月，中国向《联合国气候变化框架公约》秘书处提交《强化应对气候变化行动——中国国家自主贡献》，确立了到2030年单位国内生产总值二氧化碳排放比2005年下降60%-65%;中共十八届五中全会也提出绿色发展的理念。

此外，今年10月，中国还宣布建立规模为200亿元人民币的气候变化南南合作基金，用以支持其他发展中国家。

何建坤强调，近年来，中国在降低单位国内生产总值二氧化碳排放上的成效令世人瞩目，到2020年中国或将超额完成减排目标，而设立下一步60%-65%的目标也富有力度。

此次，习近平将在大会开幕式上发表讲话，阐述中国对全球气候治理的看法和主张。何建坤认为，届时中方将着重强调将应对气候变化与实现可持续发展相结合的立场，推进减排进程，体现大国担当精神，同时，中国也会反映发展中国家的利益诉求，强调根据不同国家的国情、所处发展阶段、资本能力等公平承担责任。

何建坤认为，中国为推进大会的成功，加强了同美、法等国沟通，中方清楚地阐释了自身的减排目标和贡献。在近期沟通中，务实合作也成为核心。中美在清洁能源、低碳城市等领域合作不断推进，双方在务实合作中取得双赢，这将是未来不断努力的方向。

春天，就好像走进了充满生机和活力的绿色世界。瞧，草地上，小草偷偷地从地里探出了脑袋，争先恐后地欢迎春天的到来;小河边，柳树换上了绿色的新装，柳枝随风摆动，好像在向春天招手，又像是在风中翩翩起舞。田野里，麦苗尽情地沐浴着阳光雨露的滋润，舒展着身体茁壮成长，远远看去像是给大地铺了绿色的地毯。

春天，就如何走进了色彩缤纷的图画。花园里，金黄色的迎春花，还有一些不知名的五颜六色的花，都竞相绽放，把春天装扮成了一位等待出嫁的新娘子，格外艳丽漂亮。果园里，粉红色的桃花，红色的杏花，雪白的梨花，也都陆续开放。花丛中，无数的蜜蜂飞来飞去，它们正忙着采蜜;一只只蝴蝶在花间飞舞，像是在互相传递着春天到来的信息和喜悦。

春天，就仿佛走进了洋溢着童趣的乐园。校园里，同学们在操场追逐打闹，在草地边嬉戏玩耍，处处洒下我们的欢声笑语。广场上，小朋友开心地做游戏，奔跑着放风筝。看到一只只风筝飞上了天空，小朋友们也放飞了自己童年的梦想。

My hometown used to be a backward place, because it was deep in the mountains, where there were no nice buildings and the roads were so narrow and dirty. People lived a poor life.

我的家乡过去是一个落后的地方，因为它在深山里面，那里没有漂亮的建筑物，公路也是又小又脏的。人们的生活都很贫苦。

While in recent years, with the development of society, my hometown has been greatly changed. Now the roads are getting much wider. There are many different cars and buses running on the roads. Trees and flowers are planted on the two sides of the roads. They can provide us with oxygen and fight against the pollutants. So the sky becomes cleaner and brighter. Whats more, you can see many modern and beautiful buildings everywhere, and the living conditions are improving. People are enjoying a comfortable life now.

近年来，随着社会的发展，我的家乡发生了很大的变化。现在的路是越来越大了。有许多不同的汽车和公交车在道路上运行。道路两边种满了树木和鲜花。他们可以为我们提供氧气，与污染物抗争。现在天空变得更清洁、更明亮。更重要的是，你随处可见到许多现代和美丽的建筑，人们的生活条件也得到了改善。现在人们在享受舒适的生活。
