“嗡——”琴弦又一次发出了抗议的声响，似乎是在控诉它原本美妙的声音被我弹得一团糟。无力的把怀里的吉他扔在床上，心中“要有自己的乐队”的梦想不知道如何撑下去。坚持有时像夏天的雪球，即使再努力也无法留有它。

窗外的风景一如既往的单调。苦闷像是一颗毒瘤。我的梦想，我的乐队，以及我爱着的SJ。我猛然想起当初定下这个梦想的原因——喜欢SJ。墙上贴的满满的他们的每一张海报，书架上原本放书的格子却全是他们的写真专辑。

他们从青涩的小男孩变成现在的老少年，我从小女孩变成现在的ELF，我们的爱从2005.11.06开始，一直到永远。特特会在快要而立的年纪忍着严重的腰伤跳着夸张的舞蹈。却在转身的一刹那泪流满面；银赫会在录制节目时因为主持人的要求笑着吃下兔肝，却在下台后狂吐不止；还有其他成员，集体出了车祸，拄着拐杖缠着的纱布却还是要和ELF见面。

微笑着说不用担心的他们，最小的也有25岁的他们，没有年轻的资本不再被公司重视，演出时穿别人穿过的衣服、录MV只有一间小屋的他们，七年来，他们是在这个世界最大的Fan club的爱中挺过来的。正因为有了为了ELF而坚持做到最好的他们，才有了这么多年来坚持爱着他们的ELF。这是我才恍然大悟，我爱他们，不如说是爱他们的坚持，爱他们不管在困难都要对ELF扬起的笑脸。

我会像他们一样坚持，坚持自己的梦想，直到有一天可以像台上的他们一样耀眼。

回过神来，那只小蜗牛还在一步三滑的爬着。我俯下身子静静的看着它，似乎过了半个世纪那么长，他终于又回到他挚爱菜叶上。高扬的两只小触角像是在炫耀成功。

我想我终于懂得了我最需要的是什么——坚持。只有坚持下去，才会有梦想成真的一天。

我相信梦想就是最好的信仰，指引我们向前不彷徨。拥有梦想的人一定势不可挡。向着太阳就会有希望，坚持就是希望，哪怕它只是暗然缥缈,坚持是一种锋芒。

【壹】温暖而又美好的小细节。

很难概括那无数个时间点里，究竟都发生了什么。或许有那么多，并不是多么难能可贵，只是平凡的生活里平凡的小细节，只是身边平凡的人给予的温暖。就好像是早晨临出门时往你书包里塞一袋牛奶或一包饼干的母亲，会永远在你上学时提前半小时准备午餐；而那个总是一言不发看报纸的父亲，会因为你偶然提起的一本练习册跑遍大小书店；那瘦小的住在农村的外婆，你每次去看她时总要往你手里塞点什么脸上才会露出菊花般的笑容；那个在你放学前有事时会替你抄好家作的同学……

就好像无论何时，这群人总能在你身旁，以他们各自的习惯鼓励你，于是那些微尘一样的小事，都因为那温暖而美好的细微感动，在往后的日子里带上了暖色调的光泽，成为呼吸一样的，再普通不过的又赖以生存的细节。

【贰】成长中不停重新定义自己。

流逝的时间里，不可避免要经历成长这个过程。周岁，小学，初一，初二……看不同的书，说不同的话，听不同的歌，走不同的路，成为与以前不同的自己。在不断变化的、不断适应的过程，似乎都模糊了界限。可能长久以来一直有记录的习惯，那些零碎的生涩的字句所拼凑成的成长，只是不断重新定义自己。

成长是渗透到生命里的一件事，今天我是这样的人，明天我是那样的人，如此迫切地匆忙地定义自己，是想证明什么？大概是如此渴望而期待成为更接近梦想的那个人吧？

我一直都觉得梦想像风筝，遥不可及的灿烂，只是线在我自己手中。每个人都会有梦想，不止一个，它们总被藏在心底，惴惴不安而明亮的。有梦想是美好的事，就像信仰，单纯的信仰。未来的路很长，沿途跋涉的旅程，有梦想不孤单。

这些都是极琐碎频繁的小事与个人的想法，但这些就是生命中不可磨灭的烙印。或许会常想到，要过与众不同的生活，要成为万众瞩目的焦点，想在平凡中寻找轰轰烈烈，可那毕竟是空洞的。有温暖而美好的细节装点，了解成长中的自己，有梦想，这就是生活了，还缺什么呢？那些刻意去想的，不现实的，都不重要了。

现在终于发现，这个平凡小城上车水马龙走过的岁月，是我所有的一切，临近温暖的北回归线。

这次考试之所以没有考好，总结原因如下：

1 平时没有养成细致认真的习惯，考试的时候答题粗心大意、马马虎虎，导致很多题目会做却被扣分甚至没有做对。

2 准备不充分。毛主席说，不打无准备之仗。言外之意，无准备之仗很难打赢，我却没有按照这句至理名言行事，导致这次考试吃了亏。

3 没有解决好兴趣与课程学习的矛盾。

自己有很多兴趣，作为一个人，一个完整的人，一个明白的人，当然不应该同机器一样，让自己的兴趣被平白无故抹煞，那样不仅悲惨而且无知，但是，如果因为自己的兴趣严重耽搁了学习就不好了，不仅不好，有时候真的是得不偿失。 失败了怎么办?认真反思是首先的： 第一，这次失败的原因是什么?要认真思考，挖掘根本的原因; 第二，你接下来要干什么?确定自己的目标，不要因为失败不甘心接着走，而是要正确地衡量自己。看看想要什么，自己的优势在什么地方，弱势是什么; 第三，确定目标。明确自己想要的，制定计划，按部就班的走。 失败不可怕，可怕的是一蹶不振以及盲目的追求。 数学是必考科目之一，故从初一开始就要认真地学习数学。

那么，怎样才能学好数学呢?现介绍几种方法以供参考：

一、课内重视听讲，课后及时复习。 新知识的接受，数学能力的培养主要在课堂上进行，所以要特点重视课内的学习效率，寻求正确的学习方法。上课时要紧跟老师的思路，积极展开思维预测下面的步骤，比较自己的解题思路与教师所讲有哪些不同。特别要抓住基础知识和基本技能的学习，课后要及时复习不留疑点。首先要在做各种习题之前将老师所讲的知识点回忆一遍，正确掌握各类公式的推理过程，庆尽量回忆而不采用不清楚立即翻书之举。认真独立完成作业，勤于思考，从某种意义上讲，应不造成不懂即问的学习作风，对于有些题目由于自己的思路不清，一时难以解出，应让自己冷静下来认真分析题目，尽量自己解决。在每个阶段的学习中要进行整理和归纳总结，把知识的点、线、面结合起来交织成知识网络，纳入自己的知识体系。

二、适当多做题，养成良好的解题习惯。 要想学好数学，多做题目是难免的，熟悉掌握各种题型的解题思路。刚开始要从基础题入手，以课本上的习题为准，反复练习打好基础，再找一些课外的习题，以帮助开拓思路，提高自己的分析、解决能力，掌握一般的解题规律。对于一些易错题，可备有错题集，写出自己的解题思路和正确的解题过程两者一起比较找出自己的错误所在，以便及时更正。在平时要养成良好的解题习惯。让自己的精力高度集中，使大脑兴奋，思维敏捷，能够进入最佳状态，在考试中能运用自如。实践证明：越到关键时候，你所表现的解题习惯与平时练习无异。如果平时解题时随便、粗心、大意等，往往在大考中充分暴露，故在平时养成良好的解题习惯是非常重要的。

三、调整心态，正确对待考试。 首先，应把主要精力放在基础知识、基本技能、基本方法这三个方面上，因为每次考试占绝大部分的也是基础性的题目，而对于那些难题及综合性较强的题目作为调剂，认真思考，尽量让自己理出头绪，做完题后要总结归纳。调整好自己的心态，使自己在任何时候镇静，思路有条不紊，克服浮躁的情绪。特别是对自己要有信心，永远鼓励自己，除了自己，谁也不能把我打倒，要有自己不垮，谁也不能打垮我的自豪感。

在考试前要做好准备，练练常规题，把自己的思路展开，切忌考前去在保证正确率的前提下提高解题速度。对于一些容易的基础题要有十二分把握拿全分;对于一些难题，也要尽量拿分，考试中要学会尝试得分，使自己的水平正常甚至超常发挥。 由此可见，要把数学学好就得找到适合自己的学习方法，了解数学学科的特点，使自己进入数学的广阔天地中去。

综上，我决心： 平时锻炼自己，强迫自己养成细致认真的习惯;把课堂学习放在学习的中心地位，并学有余力地积极发展兴趣爱好;考试前做好充分准备，打一场酣畅淋漓、悲壮彻底、问心无愧的战役 再接再励，继续努力，有一句话说的好，失败是成功之母!

这次英语期试我没有，没有达到考试前制定的目标。我知道父母和老师对于我有着很大的期望，可是我还是没有。对于这点我感到十分抱歉。但是既然犯了错误就要改正，所以，通过考试我也想了很多。我知道期中考是一面清澈的镜子，在它面前，我羞愧地低下了头。

仔细看看试卷发现 竟然错了很多不该错的地方。我的基础知识部分扣了很多分，主要是单词掌握不好。阅读题扣了26分，说明我的阅读量不够，我的阅读速度慢影响了做后面的题，思考的时间少了。老师狠狠地批评了我。我的这次英语作文只得了6分，这与我的词汇量不够，阅读积累不够有很大的关系。

分析原因，主要是课前没有做好预习，课堂上没有积极的举手发言，课后不认真复习，把写作业当成一种完成任务。于是，在考试的时候，我得到了我应有的“报应”。经过我的仔细反思，有这样的结果是我在做作业时，囫囵吞枣，没有仔细审题，认真做题，这让我失去了一次特别好的自我提高的机会。我应该把写作业当成一个新的开始，而不是上一段学习的结束，每一次的作业都要当做一次小的考试。我要增加一些仿写和阅读的练习。

在今后的学习中，在课堂上我要积极回答问题做好笔记，多记一些老师拓展的知识点，每天回家要复习一遍老师讲的内容，认真完成一篇阅读与完形填空，我有上进心想去学的英语知识，自己努力，超越自己，比别的同学更好。

知道各科的分数后，什么也说不出来，只知道，成绩就像一场大暴雨，哗哗的直线下降。

总的来说，这次月考的成绩不是很理想，很多科目都在走下坡路。

其中一个原因是因为国庆放假太过于放松，没有把各科复习的时间安排好。在政治和历史上花的时间相对来讲会比较多，虽然相比较上学期期末有进步，但还是没有达到最理想的成绩，可见效率并不高。

还有一个原因就是出现在语、数、英、物、化上，基础还不够扎实，课后没有及时巩固，课外的积累也不够多，没有意识到自己的散漫和无知，对于这些需要大量做题的学科，总是抱有偷懒心理。以至于成绩一直提高不上去。

各个科目的试卷上有很多被扣分的题目是因为没有认真思考或者一时粗心大意，当然也有一些类似于“填图答题卡时填错选项”之类的低级错误。虽然考场上的状态很重要，但是决定成绩的关键还是在平时课堂以及课后及时的掌握与巩固，才不至于在考试的前几天才来临时抱佛脚。

因此，采取的措施：

1、对各科的试卷进行分析，查缺补漏;

2、将自己期中考试的各科的目标写出来贴在书桌上;

3、制定学习计划，合理规划每天的学习时间，每天的学习任务都按照计划进行，不使自己手忙脚乱，没有方向和目标;

4、不懂的题目要及时解决不要遗留;

5、在书桌前写上能督促自己学习的警句，在想要放松，抬起头时能第一眼看到，警醒自己。

这个世界非常公平，你在放松的时候，别人在耕耘。可如今，他们在收获，而你只能望洋兴叹!这一次的月考警醒我了：不要在需要刻苦的时候选择逃避!

升入高中的第一次月考成绩已经出炉，语文92分全班第一，数学98分居次席，英语100，综合91，这看似良好的成绩，其中还藏着小小的遗憾，这些遗憾都是由疏忽大意造成的。

先说语文，除去作文扣的四分，其余的四分丢的真不应该，两道题回答不完整各扣一分，一道没加引号扣一分，一道“画蛇添足”扣掉一分，我如果能一丝不苟的去完成它们，语文成绩岂不是一个多么可观的数字?

数学的马虎更不应该，一失手成千古恨，把x的绝对值当成了x，虽说一个是对的，但把绝对值弄成个负数，简直心里后悔地像老鼠在挠。唉，只能怪自己太大意了吧。

历史部分更是大伤元气，司母戊鼎的历史地位如何一题，标准答案是世界上现存最大的青铜器，可我粗劣加工写成了世界上最大的鼎，这还不算，我在后面加上了四个字——用于祭祀，本该扣一分，因为它们四个又扣掉一分。

生物别提，43分，要不是历史的的顽强抵抗，综合否则失守90分，生物课代表没戏了。

月考的一系列失误，由于马虎失分的多，把自己会做的做错，不后悔才怪呢!以后类似的错误不要再犯，无论做什么马虎总会耽误大局。第二 “画蛇添足”让我吃亏不少，复习资料的时候，要把每个知识点弄清、搞明白，每天学过的知识要及时温习。温故而知新，可以为师矣。

月考，其实并不是多么难，认真、细心的态度会造就一切。

从初二下学期到现在已经有一个多月了，我们月考也已经过去了，可是成绩一出来.......嗨!!!一家欢喜，一家愁!我也不例外，但是我是愁，我的月考成绩不是很理想，特别是语文，我只考了80分，再看看别人，特别是班长，人家考了91，什么概念：差了整整11分。别人为啥比我考的好，我还没有上优秀，而别人已经超过优秀好几分了。

我经过再三反思，才找出了问题的所在：我没有好好复习，月考在第6周，而在第4周时老师就告诉我们现在要复习讲过的内容，而我总认为还有时间不用复习，到第5周复习也行，但是到了第5周我又想到第6周也就是考试前复习。就这样我才从第6周的星期一复习起来，虽然有的内容我复习的很好，但还有一点内容没有复习好，就这样到了考试，我虽然把题全写完了，但是有的题是我懵出来的。

我认为我的分数和对我学习的态度有关，我们的英语老师经常对我们说：你对学习的态度是什么，你的分数就是什么。以前我并不理解，但是考完这次试后，我真正的理解了这句话的意思 是什么。

因此，我决定我一定要端正学习态度，老师讲完课后就要及时复习，争取在期中考试中取得好成绩。

高一学生入学已有两周时间，每每让他们口头谈谈对某件热点时政事件的看法，孩子们总是吞吞吐吐，即便能说出点内容的，也流于俗套，很少能有自己的真知灼见和真情实感了。介于此，我给学生们上了一堂题为《心音共鸣——写触动心灵的人和事》，本课教学重点就是让孩子们学会从不同角度挖掘生活中的感动点。

一谈到写作文，大多数学生是出于骨子里的痛苦，正所谓“苦坐苦等苦思苦想苦愁入口苦不堪言，愁纲愁线愁情愁理愁眉苦脸愁断肝肠”。那么学生苦于作文或是文章内容平淡无味的原因是什么呢?归纳起来，我认为以下这两点“缺乏”尤为重要，即一是缺乏对生活的敏感;二是缺乏一颗感恩的心。但是这两点对于学生来说，是空洞的理论上的说教。因此，我给学生们看了两则素材。一则是1999年发生在贵州麻岭风景区的缆车坠落事件，其中一对年轻的父母举起双手救活了年幼的孩子，而自己却没能醒来。之后，歌手韩红领养了这个孩子，并创作《天亮了》这首歌来纪念这个生命的故事。而另一个故事是发生在青海省的一个极度缺水的沙漠，一头母牛为自己的小牛争取一口活命的水而任由运水的人们的呵斥驱赶，甚至皮开肉绽。

之后让孩子们小组讨论，从中挖掘出感动他们的地方。学生们很容易找到父母对子女的爱。其实孩子们的思维受到了束缚，他们只观察到了人类社会的父母与子女的爱，却忽略了动物界的亲情，所谓“羊有跪乳之恩，鸦有反哺之义”，正是如此。

宋代学者朱熹云“问渠那得清如水?为有源头活水来”。作文教学一直是高中语文教学的重头戏，当学生的写作思维受限时，就需要教师能灵活地带领学生去挖掘“源头活水”，探寻一潭思考的清泉。罗丹亦云“生活中不缺少美，而是缺少发现美的眼睛”，同样，学生们不是缺少感动的素材，而是缺少发现素材中感动点的慧眼。

教师在指导学生写作时，切忌流于形式，亦不要盲目围着高考的指挥棒转，只关注时下貌似套路化的素材，忽略了对学生发散思维的训练。一心将教师主观的写作方向有意无意地灌输给学生，那么学生无形中就会“先入为主”，围着教师的思维转。这样其实限制了学生的自我感受的表达，暗藏“又一村”的思维灵光可能转瞬即逝，造成千篇一律的刻板化作文。 所以聪明的教师应首先学会倾听，学会肯定孩子们的想法，说不定能从他们的眼睛里看到一个不一样的世界。这对教师来说也是一个教学相长的机会。

教师应在平时的教学工作中指导学生多多观察生活，多从平凡小事撷取思想的浪花，让这独特的视角与大脑中现存的知识积累碰撞出傲人的火花，学会在细节中感知人世间的真、善、美，让自己做一个生活的有心人。
