经过这一次的月考，我发现自己存在了很大的问题。

语文考卷上面有一道题的题目是“读一读，从中选择三个词，写一段描写自然景色的话”。我没有看清题目，却写在上面选了三个词，每个词造一个句子。最后，还是白白地扣了1.5分，真是不值得啊!

考数学，我也没有看清题目的意思。那道题是“列出下面各题的算式”。我却把得数写出来了，白白地被扣了1.5分，真是不值得啊!

可是，现在说这么多都已经没有用了，过去的事情就让他过去吧!至于英语，我现在还不知道，听马老师是我英语只得70多分吧!马老师还对我说：“这次的英语题目非常难，得了70多分已经算不错的啦!”

我觉得这些都是一些客观原因，最主要的是我平时很少积累关于英语方面的一些资料。如果有积累的话，就不会考得这么差了!

经过这次的“教训”，我再也不敢粗心大意了!

我这次月考得很不好，语文考了85.5分。我想：平常我考的成绩都上90分，为什么这次考不上90分以上呢?回家后，我把我锁在房间里，在反思。

在基础题上我扣了最多分，一些简单的题都会出错。第二题扣了4分，我看了一下写错的答案，和正确的答案相差很多，我再仔细看了一下题目，是写跟字相同的读音，考试的时候，我却看成了跟字相同的意思。在有一题中，题目是写根据课文内容填空，在第二小题，我却自己随便写了一个，写对了两个，错了一个。在阅读题里，扣了一个最可惜的一分，题目明明写的是写带颜色的ABB形式的词语，我却写成不是颜色的。有个写关于医生技术高明的成语，我只写对了一个，说明是我在课外积累的成语不够多。我在考完试后做了仔细的检查，竟然没检查出错误，我想：是我检查的时候只是检查了写出的答案，却没有再读一次题目，才来检查。

从这次考试中，我知道了我考试时候的薄弱之处：①在做题的时候没有认真读题，只是一目十行。②在读题的时候并没有真正读懂题目的意思，就开始写题。③成语方面的知识不够丰富，在课外得多多积累。④阅读题的题目没有完全读透，不懂意思，要多读几遍。⑤作文 的题目要划关键词，要多读关键词，就能写好作文 。⑥做完题检查的时候要再读一遍题目，才来检查答案，这样才有效果。

俗话说：“虚心使人进步，骄傲使人落后。”在这次考试中，我也犯了这个毛病。要吸取教训，要从摔倒的地方爬起来，下次考试中不能再犯同样的错误，这样才能考得更好。希望下学期我能够考到很好的成绩，越来越进步。

这已经是月考后第4天了，可是我的心情还是久久不能平静……

我自问：是不是自己太清高?是不是认为自己自命不凡?是不是平时就没有养成认真细心的好习惯?哎，一言以蔽之，都怪我平时没有养成细致认真的习惯，月考的时候答题粗心大意、马马虎虎。

cutting down trees cause global warming, to some degree. Naturalists compare

forest to human’s lungs. The forests absorb the carbon dioxide and other gas

that cause global warming, and then give off the oxygen that good for the human

beings and other living creatures. It’s refreshed the air as well as reduced the

noise. If the air quality is bad, people may die from cancers, or the new

diseases for which they have no immunity. Forests also play an important role in

the prevention of natural disasters. Warmer temperatures cause water to expand

and also create more water by melting polar ice caps. That’s to say, the nations

which near the ocean may have been flooded by the water. But the forests can

prevent water loss and soil erosion, and cool off the global temperatures. It’s

the key to keep the balance of the nature.

Sometimes people only care about money making; they don’t care about the

price we pay for the pollution. When the disaster is around the corner, we may

be afraid and frustrated. The earth, on which our economies have always been

based, is suddenly threatening our existence. All we hope that is this

overpopulated, over industrialized planet can carry on for a longer time. And

maybe, it’s time for us to realize that we should protect the earth, stop

cutting down trees blindly and madly.

几天前，我进行了初中生活中的第一次月考。

我在看见她舅母对待她时恶毒的言语以及她舅母三个儿女的行为，看到简被他们几人欺负，我的眼睛不由得一酸，心也有些疼痛。之后又再次扪心自问：“如果我是简我能坚持么?我能像简那样长大后你不去愤世嫉俗么?”我相信我不会。因为从小我的环境太好了。从小便是在爸爸妈妈爷爷奶奶的宝贝下长大。从没有受过苦，受过累。之后，在一位善意的女仆的帮助下，她去了那所学校。在那所条件艰苦的学校里，简刻苦的学习，她也学得很快。没有抱怨过，只有感觉有些许的宽慰，不知是不是因为在她舅母家的痛苦日子让她感觉现在的生活反而很好。

我两次看到简在学校的日子，总是会放下书静静地想着：简她真的好厉害!在经历了那么不公平的生活后，在那么艰苦的环境下，她仍能保持着心态。就好像之前一切的不幸都是上天对她的考验，考过之后，她从中成长，她的心灵越发的美丽，而不是变的扭曲。这也许就是简的坚强体现吧~若她脆弱那么她就会变成不思进取，厌世的人。

再到之后她的默默离去。她毅然离开了爱德华·罗杰斯特。但是简却在爱德华最窘迫的时候回到他的身边，照顾她，陪伴他。这里，简对爱德华的爱让我感动。

我生活一片平凡的土地上，在这里有很多和我一样平凡的人，虽然平凡，但也有属于自己的生活和追求。

就说我自己吧，平凡的生活，平凡的家庭，有着平凡的理想。然而，平凡并不代表平庸。我身边就有值得我敬佩的平凡人，辛苦忙碌在庄稼人，当一年中最严热的时候，太阳就像个大火球烤着大地，他们却在劳作，被晒得黝黑的皮肤，衬托的好像连汗水都是浑浊的，他们却从来都不抱怨。憨厚、老实是他们的标志，可以见证他们平凡的就是他们额头上一层层的褶皱和手上的老茧，艰苦的日子使他们更加的沧桑。

在平凡的岗位也可能做出平凡的贡献。越在基层的民众越是平凡。清洁工很平凡，但他们的平凡给了这个社会一种美。因为它普通，简单，朴实，无论严寒酷暑他们总是在一片漆黑中就开始了一天的工作。所以这些平凡的人总有他们独特的美，我的父母也很平凡，他们总是努力把最好的给我，即使生活平淡，也想多加一些精彩的内容。

我很平凡，我的一切也很平凡，可我却从来没有放弃，在我看来，这种平凡是上天给我最好的礼物，它让我体会到最真实的感动和最真实的爱。我不能给每个人的生命都镀上光芒，可我会在他们最需要光亮的时候，为他们指引方向。

所以，当我们没有能力改变这平凡的人生，只能努力去改变自己的态度，别让这所谓的平凡羁绊住你，因为，它羁绊住的不仅仅是你的双脚，还有你的梦想和未来。

I have got a problem and I need to ask for your help. I feel I am a little too fat. What’s worse,I am putting on weight all the time. I am very worried about my figure and how I look. I even fear that some of my classmates call me names.

At one time, I tried to work out in a gym two or three times, but I finally gave up just because I had no time for it and always felt very tired after doing exercise. Once I tried going on a diet. However, after about a week, I could not go on because I felt so hungry that I was not able to continue my studies. Then I bought and took weight-loss pills in secret. Shortly after, they did work and I was losing weight fast. But soon I felt tired and weak sometimes.

I know those pills usually have bad effects on our health. Thus, I don’t know what I should do. Could you be kind enough to give some good advice.
