一、试卷分析

二、成绩分析

15班的成绩与16班成绩差距不大，不管是基础知识还是文言文、消息知识的解答都很不尽人意，与其它班级的成绩相比差距更大。而16班的成绩较期末考试大幅度下滑，跌至低谷。

月考结束了，成绩也出来了。我有种抓狂的感觉，心理很堵，很冷，也很燥。一直以来对自己的教学是很有信心的，对自己的教学热情更是我最大的骄傲。通过这次月考，也让我发现了工作中的很多不足之处，在今后的工作中应戒骄戒躁，扎扎实实的搞好自己的课堂教学工作，使自己能有较大的进步。

首先是自己的教学方式和方法，总以为语文是熏陶和渐染的过程，或多或少的忽视了基础知识的学习，特别是对于学习基础差的学生，还需要加强这方面的教学，还是应该培养学生良好的学习习惯，有了好的纪律，才可能有良好的教学效果，表面上的热热闹闹混杂了不少浑水摸鱼不肯思考和读书的学生，也许我和学生一样，都该踏踏实实的走好每一步，先教好学好最基本的，然后才能够加深和拓展教材的内容;也许是自己的课堂有点务虚了，还是要实实在在的从字词句篇开始，点点滴滴打下基础，至于情感的熏陶，哲理的感悟，美文的享受应该循序渐进。

月考的试卷发下来了，望着这鲜红但低的分数，更是让我痛定思痛。

老师见我们都看过了卷子后说：“咱们班这次月考算是全学年中不错的了，有些同学进步了，但也有一部分同学退步了。”听老师这么说我感觉自己是班上最差的，周围好像有许多鄙视的眼光盯着我，脸上不禁发烫并低下了头。

我心里不停地埋怨自己，怎么这么差劲，不但有些题不会，就连会做的题也马虎的一塌糊涂。就拿语文卷子来说丢分最多的是成语填空题，竟然被扣了5分，在家里爸爸总是让我没事的时候经常翻看成语词典，平时还给我讲成语故事让我加深印象，可我就是不理会。

I felt very happy because I know I can make more friends in this beautiful city. It took us nearly one hour to listen teachers’ talk. Then we had to begin our first exam.it was not very hard. On, I forgot to talk about our headteacher. He was a student, too.but he becameour teacher for twenty days. I though he was a good teacher, too. He was very handsome. I was very happy t met him. He came from Australia. It was a very beautiful country. In his class, not only we can learn many English knowledge, but also can develop our spoken English. We talked about many things. On, it was very nice.

Today is my first day to come to this university. I am very happy.

时间一分一秒的过去了，月考也随着过去了，成绩也在盼望中出来了，成绩在我的羞愧中被隐埋了下来，知道我的成绩的人一定很少。

这里我也不想公布成绩，虽然这次考试对于很多人来说，已经很好了，可是对于我的爸爸妈妈这种望子成龙的心态来说，还是的天壤之别呀!对于我来说，我还是对发展学科和语文学科的成绩非常不满意，因为这几门的成绩非常的差，使我难说出口，我的英语和数学考得还不错，说明我能学好，可是我怎么偏偏学不好呢，当然问题很多，罗列也罗列不出来，在这里简要说一下。

第一大点非常重要，也是我致命的一点，那就是马虎，这对于我的学习和日常生活影响很坏，我也不敢夸下海口，说我能改正它，只能说我以后慢慢变细心一点，没有这么严重就行了。还有就是懒，发展学科只是死记硬背的东西，为什么学不好，当然是懒啦，不记不背，当然学不好啦。

字也是关键，我呀，喜欢写行书，便买行书字帖练，没想到初中生不能写行书，这样卷面分扣光了呀，现在我都开始行动了，我买了一本楷书字帖练，字一步一步走上了正轨，但还注意的是在什么时候字都要一笔一划的写。

还有更重要的一点，就是上课听讲，如果上课做一点小动作，下课几个小时也补不回来，并且上课上课要调动积极性，多举手发言才好，我呢，心情好了就积极，不好了就不积极，我不能因为心情而使学习的积极性不好。

以上就是我分析的了，我觉得分析的很透彻，我相信，一分耕耘一分收获，只要我用功了就肯定会有收获的!

Last weekend, our class had a public benefit activity.

In fact, we went to nursing homes to recite English and Chinese texts and sing songs for them for the old ladies and men. A few days before, we read a text about the loneliness of the people in the nursing homes. So we are volunteering to hold this volunteer labor. We have prepared our own part at for a week. On Saturday afternoon, we brought our performance there and showed them one by one.

The old were laughed happily, so did we. It’s so good to have such an activity.

上个周末，我们班进行了一场公益活动。

事实上，我们去了养老院给那儿的老爷爷老奶奶朗诵英文和中文文章、唱歌。前几天，我们看了一个关于老人们在养老院的孤独的文章。所以我们主动举行这次公益活动。我们准备自己的角色准备了一个星期。上周六下午，我们一样接一样地向他们展示我们的表演。

老爷爷老奶奶们都开心地笑了，我们也很开心。像这样的活动真是太好了。
