英语月考反思高一学生(热门20篇)

这次月考的语文考试虽然在90分以上，但只比90分高1.5分，并不是什么很光彩的事。

我一拿到卷子，就立刻翻到了作文的那一页，扣了3分，我心里总算放松了许多，但阅读题的扣分就不堪设想了。考试前，我知道我阅读题就会错很多，所以对阅读这一方面加强了复习，但是我一看卷子上的错误，竟全是粗心马虎错的!我现在翻到基础部分，还好，只扣了差不多2分。

我看了看，发现，如果去掉马虎错的题，改成正确的，那我就可以拿96分了，细心是多么重要啊!!但是我也有考试方面的收获。

我这次考试还是阅读题错的多，所以我还得对阅读题加强复习!

一个月的时间匆匆而逝，月考的成绩也下来了，这次月考，考得很糟糕。对待这次月考本是自信满满的，却没到……数学：100，英语103，最让我伤心的是语文：85。对此我要反省一下语文为什么考的那么差。

我的基础题写的还好，阅读我错的题最多，就得了几分，有的题一分也没得着。我还是觉得自己的课外知识太少。

我应该在考试前要做好准备，多多练习阅读题，把自己的思路展开，深刻理解文章含义和作者生平，要做完后再去和答案对照一下。

考试时对于一些容易的基础题要有信心和把握;对于一些难题，也要尽量拿分

要想语文成绩变好，应该多看一点课外书，提高写作水平。因为现在语文考试写作占很多分，要想语文成绩变好，首先写作水平必须得提高，这样才能抓到分数。还应该多积累一些好词好句，和古诗，这些都是有百益而无一害的，对语文考试也都有一定的帮助。

这次考试之所以没有考好，平时没有养成细致认真的习惯，考试的时候答题粗心大意、马马虎虎，导致很多题目会做却被扣分甚至没有做对。粗略看后就急于下笔，，导致阅读部分成绩不理想，得分太少

虽然我这次没考好，但我相信我要是按照上面所说的去做，下一次考试，我一定比这次考得好，争取进全班前十。

月考结束，下面本人就结合本次考试情况对一月以来的教学情况做如下反思：

一、试题特点

本次试题考试范围为八年级语文1、2单元，满分100分，时间120分钟。综观全卷，本试卷有以下特色：注重双基能力的考察，如1、2、3、4等小题中出现的古诗词默写；着眼于学生仿句能力的训练。如8、11等小题；关注学生阅读视野的开阔程度，如关于名著知识的设置；侧重学生主体领悟能力的考察，如看图说话，让学生站在作品主角的立场上思索、换位思考，这应该是培养学生理解能力和想象能力的最佳切入点。

二、试卷答题情况

（一）进步方面

通过一个多学期的学习，学生在古诗的背诵、仿句能力、换位思考等方面有了长足的进步，关于这些语文最基本知识的学习、训练，要继续坚持。

（二）不足之处

1、古诗默写，眼高手低。4小题依提示填写诗文原句，得满分的同学很少，其原因不是学生不会背，而是眼高手低。而此类题的评判标准又恰恰非常严格，错一个字就算错。

2、仿句能力虽较以往有所提高，但就整体而言，还不能令人满

意。针对仿句题型比重的加大和形式的多样，此项举措的实行已刻不容缓。

作文分数普遍不高。作文历来是语文成绩优异与否的最大制约因素，它也是语文的老大难，整个八年级学生的作文能得满分的寥寥无几，让人心理真不是滋味。作文出现失误的原因在于：一是学生没有认真阅读些写作要求；二是内容太简单，错别字很多，句子也不通顺，缺少描写和点睛之笔，有些文章只有事情的叙述，很少有描写，没有主次之分，显得很稚嫩； 三是书写不够规范。字迹潦草的，有乱用标点符号或标点不清的。

三、努力方向

1、对古诗的默写有待细化、强化。

2、继续进行仿句题型的强化训练。

3、通过强化训练不断提高学生审题水平。

4、推荐文学名著，拓展学生的阅读视野。

5、加大练笔力度，培养学生写作能力，提高学生运用语言文字的水平。

“对症下药，方可妙手回春”，通过此次考试题的分析总结，我一定在以后的教学工作中有计划、有针对性地全力培养学生语文诸多方面的能力，相信在期末时，会有所收获！

先分析一下学生目前学习的状态吧!

首先，学生还没有回到学习的轨道上来。谁都知道初三很累，谁都料到初三这个学期会紧张如战场，所以，在寒假里，大多数的人都像快要溺死的人，紧紧抓住消闲的最后一根稻草。等半是期盼，半是不情愿，但仍不得不来到学校，一下子融入紧张的学习生活中，是很难适应那紧张的生活节奏的。白天难以集中精神，晚上对作业疲于应对，加上早上早起，睡眠不足。导致一天又一天的恶性循环，致使学生学习状态不稳，学习效率不高，考试成绩不佳在所难免。

其次，没有找到良好的学习方法。跟各位老课任老师谈起来，最难教的其实不是平时，也不是初三上学期的紧张，而是初三下学期的综合复习。平时的学习，再紧张也是按部就班，知识范围有限，学习起来也不会感觉像是漫天撒网。很多学生在考完之后如梦初醒，评价自己这段时间的学习简直就像梦游。

第三，是无的放矢，找不到重心所在。这次月考，因为初三上学期课程已经全部进行完毕，这学期转入全面复习阶段，但原来各个学期都有明确的进度，唯有初三很笼统，只有“单元复习”几个字。加上各位老师的复习策略不一，有的是从初一开始复习，有的是从初三开始倒着复习，而这次月考，基本是跟我们的复习计划背道而驰，比如语文英语我们是从初一开始复习，考试范围却是初三。历史新课还没有结束，考试内容却是初一。也就是说复习的内容和考试内容正好脱节。所以我平心静气想一下，也权当安慰自己，幸亏是这样，而不是我们复习完毕却考成这种情况。反过来一想，还是不能原谅自己：还是教的、学的不扎实。

第四，学生面对中考的心态状况不一。跟上面的相比，其实这才是最严重的问题。我们都知道，面对大赛，最关键的是心态，号称二分技术八分心态。而在战争之中，决定胜负的往往不在队伍庞大，而在于军心，四面楚歌就是明显的例证。

在这区区几十人中，有好几种心态。心态最稳定的是学习排名前十的学生，这些学生目标明确，心无旁骛，知道关键时刻应该迎难而上，学习稳扎稳打。

患得患失的是十几名左右的同学，想考一中，差点实力;想要放弃，又不甘心。所以在别人埋头苦干的时候，这些人却是前瞻后顾，左顾右盼，心思不能集中。

最差的，最苦的是最后一批人。其实面对中考，没有谁会举重若轻，但当自己实力差别太大，想使劲却又无计可施，想上进却发现脑中几乎是一片空白的时候，无奈之下便选择了放弃。

面对这些，我已预料到，也做过许多有的放矢的谈心，但没有事实做依据，很多人还是没把我的劝说放在心上，甚至认为我小题大做。事实胜于雄辩，月考之后，吹尽黄沙始到金，还是放平心态，同仇敌忾，从头再来吧。

星期四下午，我实在按捺不住焦急，于是我快刀斩乱麻，声色俱厉地给学生开了一次班会课。

我一个一个的跟学生们分析，让学生自己分析自己最近的学习状况，然后一针见血指出他(她)目前存在的问题。不包容，不徇私，不夸大，不隐恶，对症下药，实事求是。然后一直到晚上八点，全部处理完毕，让学生们晚上都好好的反思、总结，以便第二天能够以崭新的面貌投入到学习中去。

第二天星期五，我又给孩子们找出症结所在，扫除前进路上的绊脚石，然后集体明确：

1， 端正态度。人的天资有大小，但一个人的努力与毅力应该无分别。能考100分就不能考99，能考59，就不考58，可以允许成绩有差异，但是这成绩必须是你尽了全部的努力。然后我给学生们学习只是我们人生的一个方面，然而做事情的态度却能决定你成事与否。

2， 头脑清醒。我说世界上有一种人叫穷忙族。整天忙得不得了，但生活却没有实效，这种人生很悲哀。想想我们自己是否也陷入了穷忙的境地?知识明明学过了，为什么两遍三遍十遍八遍就是记不住?所以在做事的时候，就得有心。学过的东西就得动用一切手段，耳听，手记，圈点，互说，互问，温故知新……记住，记住之后就不能忘。

3， 通读教材。初三时期是综合初中所有知识的时期，这时候的学习，“临时抱佛脚”基本无效。原来小月考，知识有限，临时发力，偶尔也能取得好成绩。然而到初三，如果还是以点带面，就好比是捡了芝麻漏了方瓜。再看看成绩好的同学，人家的力气都是用在平时，把教材吃透，把知识织成网络，才会驾轻就熟、从容自如。

4， 稳扎稳打。最近作业确实够多，以至于学生们早早到校不干别的，互通作业，甚至照抄。现在反思一下，照抄的作业有无功效?还不是欺骗了老师更贻误了自己?!子曰：知之为知之，不知为不知，是知也。背得挺熟，为什么不反思一下自己的行为呢?

至于我自己，于危如累卵的局面之下也郑重反思。

首先：调整心态。正确面对这一次失败。我也想清楚了，这一次的月考，失败比成功好。成功往往使人麻痹，失败才会使人看到距离。月考的结果，接下来的谈心，第二天就让孩子们有了崭新的改变。我相信以后孩子们学习会更清醒，做作业会更尽责，心态会更平稳。

其次：以大局为重。作为班主任，我也必须不断学习，不断调整。刚开始我还是按照原来的管理方法来管理，还没有合理调整管理策略。以后的日子里，更应该多关注复习方法为重。至于自己，所有的书稿，约稿全部推掉，心无旁骛，放手一搏。

第三：搞好协调。初三学生，全盘好才会真的好，不能有一门弱科。所以做班主任，发现问题，及时沟通。有时候也不妨舍小家顾大家，为了全局，统筹把握。

第四：与学生同甘共苦。这上下的日子里，全程跟踪，做学生的主心骨、贴心人、排头兵，坦诚以待，有问题及时解决。

总之，用八个字概括自己的心迹吧：尽心尽力，无怨无悔!

一、成绩方面：

我教的三个班中，学生成绩从62分到111分不等。二班考得较好，及格率在四个重点班中名列第一，平均分也超过四个重点班平均分0.61分;四班成绩和二班相比稍差，这大概和班级调整有关，班内一次进了十名学生，老师和同学一时还不能适应;一班成绩最不理想，相当一部分学生考试不及格。

二、存在问题：

从这次月考中，我发现学生中存在的问题很多，有些学生选择题失分较多;有些学生不会做笔答题，特别是不会运用文学术语;有些学生作文字数不够;有些学生上课不会听课，不会做笔记，卷面不整洁等等。

三、具体应对措施：

面对这种种问题，我该如何去应对?我知道养成良好的学习习惯绝非一日之功， 首先还是要从思想入手，解决思想问题，让他们对语文足够重视。只有重视了语文学科学习，才能投入课堂听课，才能主动学习。目前学生还是缺乏这种劲头。

基于这种现象，在未来的教学中，我要及时对学生的学习进行辅导，通过考查了解学生的学习情况，及时调整授课进度。课堂内巧妙引入能激发学生学习兴趣的内容，有效利用时间。还要多做个别学生的思想工作，避免因为这一次考试的失利而失去学习兴趣!

下一步用什么方法让学生学习语文，而且使他们愿学语文?我想采用鼓励法：当看到学生有点进步时，我大加表扬;当看到学生生字、生词和诗文记得好时，我在全班鼓励;当发现学生能够齐答问题时，我也要大加赞扬……

我以后尽量用课件上课，在每一个幻灯片上尽量多打内容，将课讲细讲透，减少写粉笔字的时间消耗，多增加课堂练习。语文成绩的提高关键靠平时的积累。对此，我有一些想法：

1、一定要让学生动手写，尤其是重点与难点。通过这种形式把应掌握的知识梳理一遍，同时也达到了记忆的目的。

2、重视教学反馈，及时了解学生对课堂教学内容的掌握情况，以及作业完成情况。

3、鼓励他们拓展积累课外知识，提高阅读分析能力和写作能力，以适应当今高考。

我要用老师的“勤”来弥补学生的“惰”，对他们多督促。 我相信只要努力，学生的成绩一定会提高!

One day as the school was over, Qin Bo, my classmate, called me accompanying him to have kite flying at the big grass field. I had not been flown kite for a long time. So I promised him at last, when I reached there at five, I found him waiting for me.

Many boys were flying their kites higher in the sky. They were excited when they found their kites win another’s. They shouted with joy and jumped up and down.

Not long after, Qin Bo’s kite was in the sky, but mine was not. I was so disappointed that I wanted to give up. But I thought how disgraceful I was. So I asked Qin Bo to exchange the kites. Oh! His kite was wonderful. It was so light that it flow higher than the kites of all. He told me why my kite could not fly because it was maderoughly; the head was heavy, and the end was light, I agreed and made up my mind to make a new kne that would fly high in the sky.

我的数学成绩在班里算是顶尖的了，这次却只考了80分。在这里我要好好反省反省考试时我千不该万不该做的事情却把它做了，要给自己一个警告。

反省一：

考试时我把太多的时间浪费在草稿簿上，没有节约时间来做试卷(老爸不许骂我)，我千不该万不该做这样的事情，我不会再这样，把时间浪费在草稿本上。

反省二：

考试时，我做最后一道应用题想了很久，最后还是没有想出来，干脆用蒙了。我以后不会用蒙，我会在前面节约时间，但是也会认真做考卷，实在写不出来的，我就先放着，做自己会做的别的题目，到最后确定自己没做错以后，再想那道想不出来的题目。

反省三：

由于在做最后一题浪费了很多的时间，没办法检查考卷，把面积扩大几倍做错了，这道题是最最不应该的，也是最不应该丢掉的1分。哎，太冤了，我忘了加一条直径，被白白扣掉了5分，这7分加上去我就考87分了，大家说是不是很不应该呀?

以上三点是最该反省的地方，还有好多好多的细节问题就不一一反省了。

我会通过这次总结的经验，在上课时认真听讲，作业认真做，争取在下一次考到95分以上。

现在，我的目标是95分，我会以这次80分的考卷为耻，努力在下一次考试当中争夺95分!

去年暑假，我和妈妈、爸爸一起去到琼山的大伯家玩。到了琼山的大尼山村镇，天气已晚，已经接近黄昏了，大伯说：“明天我带你们一起到我家鱼塘里捉螃蟹吧!”我们齐声说：“好的。”

第二天，天一亮，我们准备出发了。一场惊心动魄的捕捉螃蟹行动开始了，大伯以飞虎队队长似的说：“现在可以出发了，”我们提水桶，拿着箩筐坐在摩托车上，鸟在枝头欢快地唱歌，我们略过一片片稻田。不久，到了大伯的鱼塘，展现眼前的是一片宽阔的鱼塘，我的好奇心来了。一个想法从我的脑海中跳了出来，对大伯说：“我想观察一下螃蟹为什么会横着走路。”大伯朝着我笑了笑，摸了摸我的头，“好的，我支持你，但你要注意螃蟹的大钳。”我既然说了这句话就要做到。我这举动得到了爸爸的小看说：“你呀你，我劝你不要不知天高地厚，不要去惹它，它那锋利的钳子一夹，你就会疼得大叫一声，疼啊!”

我听了爸爸的话，准备想打退堂鼓。想到黄老师常对我们说“不要面对困难就打退堂鼓”一想到这里，我一声不出走到螃蟹洞旁，守株待兔等侍螃蟹的出动。这时，我一只螃蟹横着走出来了，探了头，四处观望走出了洞口，你看它的样子，好可爱!我眼疾手快一下子就就捉住了它，我高兴地对爸爸说：“你看，这不是轻而易举的事吗?”可是，我高兴地太早了，它一下子就夹住我的手。疼得我哇哇大叫，我用力一甩，就把可恶的螃蟹甩去一边了。我想它一定会回到洞里。没想到，它既然歪打正着扔进我的放螃蟹的盆里，我创了一个奇迹，乐得我，高兴跳了起来。

到了中午，我提着装螃蟹的篮子一起回到大伯家。路上我问爸爸螃蟹为什么会横着走路。爸爸说：“是螃蟹的每只脚都由七节组成，关节只能上下活动，大多数螃蟹头胸部的宽度大于身子的长度，因而爬行时只能一侧脚弯曲，用足尖名够到远处的地面时便开始收缩了，所以螃蟹会横着走路。”我问爸爸您为什么会懂得这么多知识。

第一次月考结束了，成绩也发下来了，本以为心情会轻松一些，但是反而更紧张了。

因为成绩很不理想，我们是八个班里的倒数第一，这不仅使我疑惑，更使成老师不解。因为在这一个月里，我们同学没有做什么太出格的事，都安安生生的，不是别乱。

因此，我觉得这次月考我们发挥失常了。我觉得我们都没有认真对待这次月考。我总结了一下我考试失利的原因，共有两点：第一，复习不严密。这次考试中，我发现了许多问题，有些地方我都没有复习到。第二，复习方法没有掌握。这是在初中阶段的第一次重要考试，在学习了一个月后，要月考了，心中当然有些紧张，但又不知道怎样复习，试卷会考哪方面的知识，没有一个目标，很盲目，所以只有把所有的书都复习了一遍，但所学的知识太多了，有些东西就丢掉了，导致考试时会迷惑。因此，我要经常复习，踏踏实实地做到日日清、周周清、月月清，并且还要经常复习以前的旧知识，多思考，多问问题。找到一个适合自己的学习方法，争取在期中考试能取得进步。

在这次月考中，我学会了许多，我知道我的不足在哪里，我知道我还要再努力。也许这次月考的成绩不是很理想，但这次月考却给我上了一节让我今生难忘的课，这节课中，他教给了我无论是在做事还是生活中，都要做到做好，做到极致，做到精益求精，这样才对得起自己，对得起支持自己的人。有一句话说得好：“人之所以成功或失败，完全取决于对别人和自己的态度”。因此做任何事情都要认真对待，都要一丝不苟，都要作完整，不能拖拖拉拉，不论是多么小的事情都要这样，就算是把一片烂纸人进垃圾桶，也要认真去做。假如我们人人都明白这次考试告诉我们的道理，教给我们在做实事的方法，并且付诸实践，我觉得这次考试的成绩就不重要了，因为我们获得的是比成绩更重要、更有意义的东西。

这次月考已经结束了，可以说这次月考试失败的，但是一次的失败，不会让一个勇敢坚强的人爬不起来，反而会让这个勇敢坚强的人变得更加坚韧、成熟，这个勇敢坚强的人会一次又一次的让失败低头，我们不会在逆境中低头，我们要在逆境中扬起头，寻找新的方向和希望。中国人常说“闻过则喜”，意思是听到自己有过失，就高兴。虽然这次我们考试考砸了，但我们从这次考试中找到了不足，有了方向，我们应该吸取教训。我相信，我们八班一定是最棒的，我们八班一定可以在期中考试时一举成功。
