我知道，我和爷爷之间有一条巨大的代沟。

爷爷如今已64岁，双腿不便，说话不清不楚，这都是当年中风的后果。对他而言，陪伴他的只有拐杖、轮椅、黄梅戏，兴许还有孙子的电话。但我这个孙子吝啬得很，很少给他送去一丝慰藉。我和爷爷之间的沟壑其实是我一手造成的，爷爷想过来，我却拆毁了沟通的小桥。

国庆节放假前两天我们要月考，月考前几天同学们都在努力奋斗，为了一个共同的目标——好成绩。

月考可算过去了，迎来的是七天长假，这下可以玩个痛快了。可我总是打不起精神，日日夜夜都在思念着我那宝贝试卷。就是这个家伙害得我总是“抬头望明月，低头思试卷”。终于，漫长的七天过去了，而我的心情也变得越发的紧张、激动。星期天，我怀着忐忑不安的心情来到学校。我打开课本，一边无聊地翻着书，一边却在不停地望着讲台上，看有没有试卷。

可是这天卷子并没有发下来，弄得我心中的石头总掉不下去，过了两天多老师都没有提月考的事，就在星期三晚上数学和英语卷子发了下来，我数学考了99，英语考了96，我开始洋洋得意了，我在快乐中度过了一天。就在星期四晚上第二节自习上课前，有传言说月考的语文成绩出来了，我默默为自己祈祷着：千万别考砸了，千万别考砸了。“叮铃铃……”随着一阵死板的铃声，班主任:赵老师迈着轻盈的步伐走进教室，他的手上拿着一叠卷子，原来吵声不断的教室立刻变得安静下来，静得就连掉下一根针的声音都能够听见。

然而此时，我的心里仿佛钻进了一只活蹦乱跳的兔子一般，“怦怦”跳个不停。紧接着，老师开始发语文试卷了，随后教室里也有了同学们的议论声。我向四周的同学望了望：发到试卷的同学，有的愁眉苦脸，有的眉开眼笑;没有发到试卷的同学，有的交头接耳，东张西望，有的满脸紧张，焦急不已……看到这些，我更是心乱如麻。“姜威宇，69.5分。”什么?69.5分?我没有听错吧?我用力地捏了一下我的手心，“天啊，是真的，我得了69.5 分!”我的心破碎了。

我拖着长长的步子走上讲台取回试卷。这时，我早已崩溃，原本以为可以考80分左右的语文，竟然考了69.5分，数学竟比语文高了30分。

放学以后，我回到寝室，连忙把这个坏消息打电话汇报给妈妈，妈妈没有说什么让我早点休息，我躺在床上，望着天花板，只觉得脑子一片混乱。这一切都是那么的突然。我下定决心，一定要把语文成绩拉上来。

这次月考我对我的物理考试成绩不是很理想，因为我有好几分都是因粗心、不认真造成的。其实有很多的基本知识我还是没有学好。上课听着老师讲题，当堂记得很清楚的，但过一段时间就不好说了，明明已经遗忘一些，自己却丝毫不知，还以为什么都会的;作业有时写的认真，有时就有些怠慢了，等发回来看自己也错了那么多。考试，自然不用说，成绩起伏很大，认真做了，成绩就高些，倘是疏忽一点，那成绩便不堪入目了。总而言之，还是没有从根本上重视物理。

就针对这次月考来讲，可以当作反面典型了。第一，复习没有到位。总觉得物理没有什么可以复习的，翻翻卷子也就放下不管了。忽然想起小学班主任对我说的话来：“你虽然觉得擅长那一科但是事实并不是你想的那样，有时间应该去琢磨自己的弱项，提高的空间还很大。”总听人家说“不听老人言，吃亏在眼前”，现在真正自己体会到了。倘若考前认真温习一下书本，或许结果会比现在更好些。第二，做题的时候太急了，觉得这次的题目做起来并非那么的难，很多题目连题都不带看完的就去做下一个，然后不会的连想也不想就在那空着，继续做做后面的题。在最后的几分钟里我更是不去检查一下哪里有错，觉得我已经写完了也认为那些题做得挺好的，但发下卷子，错的几乎都是那些被我忽略的题。第三，审题不够细致。有些题目并非不会，就是马虎，什么法线应该是虚线我画成了实线，空里添度数的我添成了反射光线，计算题的输给算错了….这些都是因为粗心大意造成的。这错不知犯过多少次，但似乎是屡教不改，尤其是一着急，就更别说了。而且错的都是老师强调过的题，错的太冤了。

这个学期还有大半，这个局面也并不是无可挽回的，只是我要付出比别人更多的努力罢了。以上的缺点我会尽量改掉，相比大喊“我一定要改掉所有缺点”的空口号，我想尽量更实际一些，请老师看我的表现吧，我会尽我所能，端正自己的态度，提高自己的成绩。

这是我上了初三的第一篇反思，深刻的检讨一下月考前的状态。

首先，月考考的特别糟糕，虽然还没有发下来卷子，可我总感觉的考砸了，虽然听同学说都不会考得太好，可我还是觉得很失望，毕竟现如今每一次的月考都很重要，马虎不得。并且许多错误是不应该发生的，还是粗心这个毛病，让我无法说什么，毕竟好久都没有做训练了，对自己太过放纵了。

接下来，就是期中考了，这次考试必须得好好准备，做好周到的复习，并每天做一次训练，提高自己的能力，在考试前尽量让自己达到最佳状态。并且平时也不要毛毛躁躁的，这样即学的不扎实，也会让我过于自大，更尤其是粗心，考试完了之后要静下心来，好好检查，不要让自己的毛躁造成不应该的失误，那样会追悔莫及。

现在的我需要的只是稳重，让心静下去，练成古井不波的心态，不会被外物所吸引，专心的去学习，将曾经的那些玩闹丢给回忆，开启一段新的人生，初三的生活不比以前，苦是不用说的，现在只有去适应，逃避是没用的……

或许我的思想还没有一下子就转变过来，可是时间不等人，只能尽快去适应。留给我的时间已然不多，还有大半年就要面临中考了，现在的成绩不说名次，连一类上的都有些悬，身上的压力越来越多，可我只能去适应，还能怎么做？

第二次月考成绩出来了，给我最大的感悟便是：我们总是漫不经心，所以我们总是步步惊心。

这次月考和第一次月考相比，进步很大，其中很重要的一个原因是，第一次月考前整整一个八月份，我总是在复读与大学之间想太多问题，情绪有点不稳定。还有就是高考后，两个多月不看书，感觉很多东西都丢了，所以第一次月考暴露出来的问题更多，但是当时成绩出来后，自己还不完全有复读的心态，所以第一次月考并没有总结。现在，总结一下第二次月考。

第二次月考，语文120分，数学127分，英语101分(不含口语听说考试成绩)，文科综合253分(政治81分，历史78分，地理94分)，总分601分。年级排名：第30名，班级排名：第8名。

这次语文，选择题全对(24分)，二卷为96分。二卷暴露出来的问题是：①文言文翻译不能把目光放长，将句子代入原文磋磨句意。②诗歌鉴赏的表达技巧、术语不能运用自如。③默写必背的古诗文篇目不能满分。④现代文中的阅读，基本的一些术语掌握还不够熟练。⑤作文思想不够深刻。

其中，不该丢的分有5分左右，包括了默写丢掉的2分。默写这一块完全是自己的漫不经心所致。我总是不愿意去背诵这些烦人的古诗文，漫不经心地对待，所以就应了那句“步步惊心”。

这次数学127分，在班里不高不低，当然和那些145分的同学相比，自己真的太差了。但是我不难过。

考数学的时候，选择题和填空题我习惯做完后，再认真地把选择题和填空题都算一遍，以确保全对，也让自己安心做后面的大题。做完、检查完填空题和选择题(共14道，70分)，已经用了半个小时。我还有一个半小时做后面的6道大题。但第一道大题是一道很复杂的三角函数化简题，我第一次化简完之后，算第二问的结果发现数字太大、太奇怪，所以又在草稿纸上化简了很多次，化到最后的两次，结果都是一样的，而且用来算第二问的问题让我觉得很正常，我就肯定最后两个化简答案是对的，这时候已经四点了，离考试结束还有一个小时。我赶紧向监考老师换了一张答卷，因为我的答题卡写了第一次化简的答案，已经不能写正确的答案了。于是后面的题目，我在一个小时里面匆匆地算完了，还好，二卷得了77分，加上选择题的满分50分，是127分。

虽然自己不难过，不觉得数字低分惋惜，但是我还是总结了一下暴露的问题：①立体几何还需要加强练习，尤其是自己的空间思维太差，练习强度需要加强。②不能熟练地在恒成立问题中进行构造新函数并进行第二次求导进行最大、最小值的计算。

英语这次考试对我的打击是很大的。因为我从来都不重视英语作文，之前一路靠着“运气”得高分的我这次二卷终于拿了个高二至今的最低分。之前的漫不经心，让我这次伤心至极。还好，正是这一次的步步惊心，开始让我重视英语作文，我觉得这是好事。没有打击，自己总是会漫不经心。

文科综合253分。此后的复习，我需要加强各科的记忆，形成系统的知识体系，多做题，多总结。

如果英语还像以前高分，这次的总分应该是610+，但是我感谢这次打击，它让我明白漫不经心带来的步步惊心，也让我自己不要因为爬得太高所以掉以轻心，高傲自大，忘记脚踏实地，最终跌得太低太痛。

我们家的家风便是“诚信”二字。诚就是要堂堂正正，清清白白地诚实做人，自己做的事情就要勇于承担，不能向别人身上推卸责任。而信就是要守信，说出去的话就如同泼出去的水，不能收回来，说过的话自己要做到。除了家风，还有另一个引导着人们的——家训。与家风相对，我们家的家训也是“诚信做人，踏实做事”。做事要踏踏实实，按部就班的做。就像路要一步一步的走，饭要一口一口的吃。如果做事情光想着一步登天，那么干出的事也不会有太大的成就。相反，如果一个人能够脚踏实地的专心做眼前的每件事情，不好高骛远，必然能够有所成就。

总之，家庭是社会的重要组成部分，每个成功的人必定有好的家风和家训。而良好的家风家训需要每个家庭成员来共筑，只有严格筑好家风家训，我们才能少走弯路。

Jacques Rogge, President, International Olympic Committee

That was spectacular. Tonight, the world was able to join in a magnificent tribute to the athletes and the Olympic spirit. It was an unforgettable and moving ceremony that celebrated the imagination, originality and energy of the Beijing Games.

We saw 204 national delegations march into the beautiful new National Stadium in the age-old tradition of the Games. Millions of people around the world were able to experience the thrill of seeing their heroes in a sea of team colours and national flags.

We witnessed athletes from these 204 countries and territories united in peace in one place. And for the next 16 days, they will be a part of one of the most thrilling competitions in history. As an Olympian, I can tell you that they will carry this memory with them forever.

This iconic stadium is one of the worlds new wonders. It was a fitting setting for an amazing Opening Ceremony, I look forward to an equally exciting and unforgettable 16 days.

Opening ceremonies have always been a way for host cities to welcome the world and for the world to gather and share the Olympic spirit. This ceremony to open the Beijing Olympic Games was a breathtaking culmination of seven years of planning and preparation. The world will remember this for a long time.

The Chinese character "fu" (meaning blessing or happiness) is a must. The character put on paper can be pasted normally or upside down, for in Chinese the "reversed fu" is homophonic with "fu comes", both being pronounced as "fudaole." Whats more, two big red lanterns can be raised on both sides of the front door. Red paper-cuttings can be seen on window glass and brightly colored New Year paintings with auspicious meanings may be put on the wall.

People attach great importance to Spring Festival Eve. At that time, all family members eat dinner together. The meal is more luxurious than usual. Dishes such as chicken, fish and bean curd cannot be excluded, for in Chinese, their pronunciations, respectively "ji", "yu" and "doufu," mean auspiciousness, abundance and richness. After the dinner, the whole family will sit together, chatting and watching TV. In recent years, the Spring Festival party broadcast on China Central Television Station (CCTV) is essential entertainment for the Chinese both at home and abroad. According to custom, each family will stay up to see the New Year in.

In the past two years, my parents took me to travel to many places, including big cities, small towns, famous mountians and so on. Therefore, I like traveling and I hope I can visit to many more places. Since then, I hope I can be a tour guide in the future, so I can travel to many tourist attractions. Besides, I can meet various people and I think communicating with different people is interesting, wchich can broaden my field of vision. I hope they can share their life stories with me so that I can know the general life of a place. I know it would be a challenging job, but I believe I can do well in my job.

[高一英语作文我的梦想

在这一次考试中，我取得了班级17名，年级92名的成绩，比上一次班级17名，年级67名的成绩退步了25个名次。对此，我比较了两次考试的成绩，发现只有语文和物理进步了，其它的科目都是退步，这就是我总名次退步的原因。

数学在以前是我的优势学科，虽然不算太好，但总是能帮我的总分往上提不少。自从上了九年级，许多人改变了学习方法或更加努力，而我不知道与时俱进，依然用以前的学习方法和态度，认为只要学会书本上和基础训练上的题就可以了。但经过这一次考试，我发现我错了。因为我做的题太少，所以试卷上的大题几乎都不会，数学成绩就下来了。为了防止下次再出现这种情况，我要多做资料，争取把资料学到那就做到那。

英语主要是基础不好以及下的功夫太少。我学英语的时间能分3类，分别是上英语课、写英语作业和背老师要求背的东西，从来没有主动学习过英语。因此，我一定会尽量抽出一些时间来学习英语，作业独立的按时完成。

历史、政治和化学主要是学的不扎实，导致在考试中犹豫不决。另外就是不自信，很多题我第一次写对了，但又恐怕不对，到最好还是把错误的答案写上了。所以我要上课认真听讲，把重要的知识牢牢记住，并常常温习。

虽然我的语文有了较大的进步，但作文只得了38分，而其他同学大多是40分以上，所以我的作文还有很大的进步空间，因此我要多读作文书，把作文也提到40分以上。这样就能有更大的提高。

当我知道这次月考成绩时，脑子里真的是一片空白，简直不相信这是真的，平时自以为是、洋洋自得的我彻底被刺痛了，怎么会呢，短短一个月的时间里我的总分下降了70分.我还有何脸面向辛勤培育我的老师和整日为我操劳的父母交待呢?

痛定思痛，我得到了一下教训：

1.从思想中对这次考试没有重视，复习过程中心浮气躁，走马观花。

2.平时上课时不专心听讲，不认真做笔记，写作业也是为了完成而完成。

3.脑子里有自满情绪，总爱耍些小聪明，还有就是比较懒惰。

作为学习委员我不但没给同学们做出榜样，带动同学们一起学习，反而还落在了许多同学后面，我辜负了老师对我的信任和希望。

从哪里跌倒就要从哪里爬起来。我要从思想上进行转变，把“别人要我学习”变成“我要主动学习”。

这次受到挫折是件好事，它让我看了我与他人之间的差距，更能激发我的斗志。

不想再说些什么，期中考试终究会洗刷我的一切耻辱。

It was Mother’s Day.Sun Zheng thought he should do something for

hismother.He decided to help his mother do some housework.After school he went

toa shop to buy some food on his way home.

When he got home, he did his best to cook some nice food,though he

couldn’tdo the cooking well.Thenhe cleaned the room.He felt very tired, but he

wasvery happy.

When his father and his mother came back and saw the clean rooms and

disheswhich weren’t so nice, they were very happy.They had their supper

together.Hismother said, "Thank you,my child!"

Barack Obama is the first president of black people, whose story inspires

so many young people to chase their dreams. As the saying that every successful

man has a woman to support him, and this woman for Obama is his wife Michelle.

As the first lady, Michelle helped Obama so much. During the campaign, she gave

inspiring speeches and people knew what they should voted for. Michelle was born

in a poor family, but her mother paid special attention to education. Michelle

was the top students all the time and she entered the top university, then she

got the degree of doctor. Then she worked in a good law office. She was an

excellent lawyer and the job experience made her a good orator. Michelle set

good examples for the women. She showed that woman’s power was great, and they

could be whoever they wanted.
