一个月的时间匆匆而逝，有的是不断的忙碌，不断的尝试，不断的反思，也有很多的困惑，通过月考，发现了自己在教学方面很多的不足，希望通过对试卷及对自己教学的反思，在语文教学的路途中不断前行。

一、试卷分析

本次试卷主要由三部分组成：积累与运用、文言文阅读、消息知识。学生出错最多的是在文言文上出错很多，主要是有错字及对个别字的翻译和句子的翻译不准确及古诗的填空不正确。选择题出错率更高，学生不能正确理解题目的要求。消息的基础知识及运用错误就更大。

二、成绩分析

15班的成绩与16班成绩差距不大，不管是基础知识还是文言文、消息知识的解答都很不尽人意，与其它班级的成绩相比差距更大。而16班的成绩较期末考试大幅度下滑，跌至低谷。

三、原因分析

(一)

给自己

月考结束了，成绩也出来了。我有种抓狂的感觉，心理很堵，很冷，也很燥。一直以来对自己的教学是很有信心的，对自己的教学热情更是我最大的骄傲。通过这次月考，也让我发现了工作中的很多不足之处，在今后的工作中应戒骄戒躁，扎扎实实的搞好自己的课堂教学工作，使自己能有较大的进步。

首先是自己的教学方式和方法，总以为语文是熏陶和渐染的过程，或多或少的忽视了基础知识的学习，特别是对于学习基础差的学生，还需要加强这方面的教学，还是应该培养学生良好的学习习惯，有了好的纪律，才可能有良好的教学效果，表面上的热热闹闹混杂了不少浑水摸鱼不肯思考和读书的学生，也许我和学生一样，都该踏踏实实的走好每一步，先教好学好最基本的，然后才能够加深和拓展教材的内容;也许是自己的课堂有点务虚了，还是要实实在在的从字词句篇开始，点点滴滴打下基础，至于情感的熏陶，哲理的感悟，美文的享受应该循序渐进。

其次是还不能很好的转换角色，对语文教学的理解还不够深刻，不能很好定位。对教材和考点还很不熟悉，不能很好的把握重难点;对学生情况了解不够，不能及时发现学生学习中的问题;对学生的指导不够。

给学生

面对那一张张满是红叉的试卷，我有点无力的感觉。一份试卷有70分是考背诵默写的，可是拿60分以上的寥寥无几，我沉默了，我无语了，我真的无法了解现在的孩子们了：他们都在想什么?他们都想干什么?他们来上学是为什么……我有太多的为什么想问他们，没有一定的文化积累，如何能学好语文!!面对他们四个字可以错三个字的试卷，真的无奈，那些都是说过多少遍，提醒过多少遍的，可是为什么一转眼他们就可以很潇洒的忘了，忘了，没有一丝的惭愧，没有一丝反省的意思。仍旧是一付的茫然，仍然一如既往的开心，他们可知道在他们茫然的表情后面是父母和老师那无奈的苦涩!!

unpleasing in your life. When its tough, do it tough. In other words, face

reality and be adult in your responses to lifes challenges.

Self-respect and a clear conscience are powerful components of integrity

and are the basis for enriching your relationships with others.

Integrity means you do what you do because its right and not just

fashionable or politically correct. A life of principle, of not succumbing to

the seductive sirens of an easy morality,will always win the day. My

grandparents taught me that.

The Spring Festival is very important to Chinese people. In the past，people could not often have meat，rice or other delicious food. They could only eat these during the Spring festival. 相对来说，初一对于紧张的初二来说，真不算什么，初一的我们还没有意识到中考对我们来说的重要性，而到了初二，这种紧张激烈的竞争环境，已被我们慢慢接纳与熟知，中考所带给我们的也不仅仅是抉择，更是未来的筹码。我们已经不得不正视中考。对于中考，我已经说了很多了，在之前的每一篇反思中几乎都能找到，所以之后我就来说说我自己吧。

说实话，我觉得我的学习并不好，好学生共有的一个素质——自觉，我总觉得我不够自觉，这一点我一直都在努力克制自己，做什么事都自觉一点，如今我虽然已经好了很多，但还是有些不自觉，不过我相信，如果一直努力下去的话，我一定可以的。

再说阅读，之前我的阅读很差，总的来说就是语文很差，总是上不了90，阅读问题很大，扣分很严重，但自从上了段老师的课有明显提高，粗心完全克服了，专注也正在练习系中我相信在不久的将来，我的学习将会更上一层楼。

现在班里的竞争这点是非常激烈，所有人都想往前挤一挤，而前面的位置也不是那么容易你就能得到的，前面的人上好高中就不用担心，或是保送，要不然学习好自己考也没问题，而现在的我就在拼命的往前挤，当然如货我进去了就会有人出来，谁也不想出来，所以都在拼命的学习，整个初二的风气就都不一样了，不再像初一一样就是玩，怎么也意识不到学习的重要性，如果那样，真是很可悲。基础知识有没有打好，就想小学六年级升初一，8次模拟考试每一次都是到了考试才发现原来自己什么都不会深么都没有复习到，于是他影响到了你的初中，说实话，这一段说的就是当初的我，包括上了初中，都是考试一天前我才开始复习。

月考又要到了10月12日，马上就考，我并没有信心能考好，但我有信心，我努力了，至少，我努力了。

本次月考，我的语文考了94分，成绩不是很满意，因为有一道选择题非常简单，但是由于我的粗心导致出错，扣了3分，实在是可惜。其他题错了，还是错得心服口服，说明自己这些知识掌握得不够扎实，老师上课讲到的知识和回家阅读到的如果多加记忆与运用，是可以把分拿回来的，这就告诉自己，今后在课外阅读上应该加强了。

在下半学期，我努力改变这种现状，上课时专心听讲，不懂就问，回家后经常复习巩固，果然有了效果。在学习中，越学越有劲头，越学越高兴，回家后一吃完饭，看了新闻联播，就开始写作业。原来写语文练习册时要绞尽脑汁想好半天的问题，现在大部分都能解答得比较好，所以在分析中反思，是能把不足发现的一个好办法。知道了自己的优势和弱势后，就该好好想想今后该怎么做了。上课认真听讲，把笔记做好，老师问的问题能积极思考并发言，把精力投入到课堂上，争取不走神，才能保证听课效率，听课好了，写作业速度自然就快了，早点儿写完作业，按时睡觉，就能保证第二天精力充沛，听好课，这样良性循环，学习成绩就能保证。

我喜欢运动，寒假在家里总是和父母在门口阳台打篮球，当写作业时眼睛累了，我便会到处走走，或者跳跳绳，我还喜欢和朋友、家长一起出去爬山，一起出去旅游。这就是我，热爱运动的我当我遇到困难，遇到挫折时，我绝不会退缩，我会迎难而上;当我要做一件事时，我会尽全力把这件事做得最好。这就是我，勇于攀登、坚持不懈的我。

当考试不如意时，我不会沮丧，我会找出自己错误的地方，我不会让自己在同一个地方一而再再而三地犯错;当别的同学成绩追上我时，我会憋着一股劲努力学习;但我有不懂的问题时，我会自己思考、实验，也会向他人请教，我会不达目的不罢休。这就是我，积极进取、不甘于落后、勇于探究、盘根问底的我。我是一个“铁杆书虫”我喜欢读各个方面的书，经常一读书就忘记了一切，给我带来了一些麻烦，不过读书也使我受益匪浅，读书使我拓宽视野，增长知识面，懂得许多人生哲理。这就是我，热爱读书的我。

不管在什么地方，如果别人需要我的帮助，我都会尽力而为。这就是我，乐于助人的我。

人都不会是十全十美的，我也有很多小缺点，像粗心，考试时经常因为粗心扣了不该扣的分，生活中常常找不到物品，甚至有时把钱当成废纸丢进了垃圾篓……不过这些缺点我会努力改正。这就是我，有缺点但勇于面对缺点、改正缺点的我。

我对未来拥有美好的憧憬：当一位数学家，兼职作家。我知道只有美好的理想是不行的，所以我现在会好好学习，努力学好技术，为未来打下基础。这就是我，拥有理想并努力追寻的我。

I am not fond of basketball,let alone to play it.But I have seen a

wonderful basketball game between my class and postgraduate class.It is so

wonderful that I cannt help asking myself "Is it real".The answer is pretty

yes.I also learn a lot from the game.

First ,teamwork is very important.You are sure to fail if you play by

yourself.So five members must play together and well orgnized.Second ,you should

have a aim.In order to reach it,you should try your best.

Last,never give up whatever have happened.Even if you get low scores,you

shouldnt give up.If there is a will,there is a way.If there is a will ,there is

also a opportunity.And you can make failure into success.Believe yourself and

believe your team.You are the best one.
